I know, anyone else could've easily taken advantage of the opportunity with a diagnosis, service call, and expenses. But, not these owners. They helped me over the phone and even followed up, to make sure my issue got resolved. This was the second time I had to reach out to them. The first time was a few years back, in which they helped me out too. Cheryl at Hammerhead pools is amazing! I called them because my pump wasn't priming. She walked me through some things I could try but I needed professional help (I'm NOT mechanically inclined at all!) They came on time and fixed my problem in a few minutes and showed my how to check the impeller on my own to save a service call. They also recommended a good pump schedule and programmed my system. There are a number of pool companies in Las Vegas but you can't find a more trustworthy or fair group of people than Hammerhead pools. (1970 something construction) After going through the "oh I know this guy" companies.. somehow I found Hammerhead... maybe on yelp? Anyways, they have been the most honest, easy going, friendly, and TRUSTWORTHY company by far! We've gotten our new pool pump through them and used their service for about a year now. Family owned, which we love! We had issues with the pool pump but it was no fault of theirs, issue with the manufacturing. They made countless calls to pentair/Leslie pools and had the issue resolved with no hassle on our end. We also have 3 pups and a busy schedule. I appreciate the fact that they come when they say, text when they are a few minutes out, and close the gate up when they leave. We started using Hammerhead almost a year ago, Cheryl came out was very nice, professional, and even pointed out that our floor jets were off and couldn't understand why the National company we were using had them shut off. We've used multiple companies over the last 14 years and I can say our pool has never looked better. We always had this oily haze on the top of the water after our previous pool companies would leave. We no longer have that haze, the water always looks clear, and ready for a swim. No matter who from their team comes, and we've had a couple different people, it always looks good. During the pandemic there became a shortage of chlorine, before we heard about it on the news, Cheryl had sent out emails to her customers telling us how she would be handling it, we didn't worry about our pool turning green. If something is broke, needs repaired, or becoming a concern, they reach out immediately, send you the needed quotes, and take care of all repairs in timely fashion. Super service and fair prices. They provided pool cleaning to my very large pool at a rental property for $120/mo. When it was time to sell the house, and I was an out-of-state seller, we had problems with the filters, the lights, some wiring, and a few other issues (parts and such for pump operation). My in ground jacuzzi jets were not flowing so I called Hammerhead to have someone come out to look at it. They recommended I purchase new filters and replace them. So I let them know I have never done this before and could they do it for me. Also if this is not the issue could they look into my Jacuzzi jets. So I ordered the filters and they arrived in a couple days. I called Hammerhead back and left a lengthy message with all my info. Not a call back at all. So I assume they are busy since it is spring and everyone is getting their pools ready for summer. I understand that replacing pool filters is not a hard thing to do, but since I have never done it, it would have nice to have the guidance. Pools are not my expertise and this is why I called you.
