Delivery times are inconsistent and sometimes 1-2 days late. They are supposed to deliver by noon, but I sometimes the water isn't delivered until early evening. I like the water and water cooler I purchased. read more

I never had an issue until they were bought out by primo. Even since then it's been one issue after another. First my scheduled delivery was missed with no follow up, then it was rescheduled causing us to be left with no water. The next delivery I was given my "2 FREE" annual cases per the Costco promotion we signed over 10 years ago only to be charged for them on my next billing cycle. The delivery driver even stated they were my "gift " at no charge. It took almost 6 months and multiple calls before it ever got corrected. The next issue was they started only replacing what was on the delivery order vs the amount of gallons they picked up. After a few phone calls I found out it was a change once the merge happened. Then my next delivery had 12, 5 gallon jugs because they replaced what I set out instead of what was on the delivery order! Now here we are again 1 year later and I was left my annual free case of water, which was not in my delivery order, and come to find out I was charged for it again. This merge was the worst thing to happen to what used to be an amazing service through Costco. Costco should really consider ending this collab because the service given is not up to par with Costco standards! read more

This company's work ethic is unbelievably horrendous. They will tell you anything on the phone but never communicate it to their drivers. I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years. I got a delivery yesterday. They actually left it outside on the street. They didn't come in my driveway nor did they pick up the 16 empty bottles that they promised to pick up for the last three deliveries. How can they run a company like this? They probably can because they have bought up all the water rights and they have a monopoly. And by the way, they charge over three dollars a gallon for water. It has been nearly impossible to get a delivery. Many phone calls, many promises of delivery. We get about one delivery for every five or six promised. Horrible customer service. Primo bought these guys out and the service is nonexistent now. You cannot get ahold of anyone, and when you do they just tell you what you want to hear. My medical office is completely out of water and they said we'd have our order 3 days ago. Everytime I check, the date just gets pushed back again. I canceled the account this morning and he specifically said "the next two deliveries have been cancelled" I said "no no. You're cancelling the account. The whole thing". Ive been having billing issues and delivery issues for what seems like 2 years now. Finding a suitable replacement in a desert town (I pay for my mother's service) has been another. My bill has been fluctuating from what I signed up for to 2x and almost 4x what it should be. Online, there are not many details of the extra charges. Just boom, added charge. Also, I get charged by Sparkletts, Primo Water and something that shows up as Washington DC Water and Sewage. After some digging, ALL 3 are sparklets. There is something dirty happening, some kind of scam that is NOT OK. Someone should have some kind of oversight into this and get all the customers their money back. This cant be legal!! read more

This company has been screwing over my parents for over three years. The only reason we still have a cooler is because the cooler that my dad had, they would not come and pick up. We had to bring the cooler with us and transfer the service to my residence. We are getting ready to move out of town and have called them to come and pick this cooler up and they have decided not to show three different times. They then said once we finally got them on the phone, "Well didn't you get our message?" Knowing good and well that no message was ever sent. We haven't had a delivery in 2 months! BUYER BEWARE! Don't use this company for your business. They won't deliver on time and will say they "tried". The wait times to speak to someone about your issues seem to average 45 mins or more. Then they'll dictate how much water that you will be receiving after they miss multiple deliveries. Save yourself time and headaches by using a different company. read more

Zero stars. We've been customers for years. Started out good. The driver would text me the morning of delivery to confirm the amount I needed. Always on time and customer service was great. Fast forward a couple years and a couple buyouts.... They now cancel delivery without telling you even on the same day after they've confirmed via text and phone. Try live chatting and it's a bot, no live people. Try calling and you wait on hold for hours to be transferred multiple times to have to give your account # to the next person and start all over. I'm currently on hold for the second time today... going on 33 mins now. They shorted my last order, which was also delivered 2 hours late. When I called to complain they offered to bring replacement bottles a month later... at which point I will run out of water and have to go restock on my own to deal with their shortcomings. Long-distance customer service agents have no way of contacting local warehouses or drivers to find out why things are canceled or troubleshoot issues. I would honestly leave 0 stars if I could. From beginning to end this company has been a problem. Starting up, they completely messed up my order. It took them 2 weeks to resolve this issue. Almost every delivery was wrong, the drivers left my gate open, made multiple mistakes etc. I was never credited or compensated for THEIR mistakes. After ending up with serious health issues and I couldn't get on the phone, I wrote to them 3 times with no solution. Letting them know I had to relocate to be cared for by family and could not afford the service moving forward. They proceeded to not respond, not cancel my service, and continued to ship to the address I was no longer at. Horrible customer service. Horrible delivery experiences. I signed up at Costco under the impression that I would be charged under $10 a month for the dispenser, and then seven dollars for each bottle delivered and for each bottle there would be a $10 deposit which would be returned when I give the bottles back, which means when I get a new delivery, I get two new bottles so my deposit from the previous two bottles just gets rolled over into the new two bottles totally makes sense. Then as time goes on, I start to notice that my bill was quite a bit higher than anticipated and upon calling the Sparkletts they told me a completely different price chart for the services provided and. bottles charge, etc. they are now wanting to charge me $20 per bottle each time I get a bottle delivered and nothing about any deposits or anything like that. I told them I signed up at Costco under a promotion and they said that the price has been the same since day one which obviously is not the case because who in the right mind would except a charge for $20 for a single 5 gallon bottle of water when they could just go down the street and fill one up for much cheaper than that. I understand the quality of the water is wonderful. I have to say but not worth that amount so about three months goes by and I admit I was a little behind on my payments so I told them that I can no longer afford these high prices and I would like to cancel my account effective immediately and I need this unit out of my apartment ASAP. Well, they told me that unfortunately they can't pick up the unit until I pay my previous balance in full which I told them I understood and I would soon as I could. Well, three weeks later I get a collections notice in the mail saying that I owe them $200 for previous services and $300 for water dispenser that I did not return to them. I've been trying to return it for over two months now and with no luck I am go to the local office here in Lakeside and insist that they take their dispenser back and remove that $300 collections from my name the representative at Costco told me that I will not be liable for any damages or losses of the unit, they would just replace it free of charge and continue at the same monthly rate which in my case nothing happened to the unit, it's still here in my apartment taking up space that I don't have anymore and now they wanna charge me 300 extra dollars for not returning it over two months so I think this is very faulty and dirty and manipulative of the company and I would never recommend them to anyone unless they want to be unreasonable prices for delivery and have random charges added to your account that you did not agree to when you signed up. I am going to attempt to drop off the unit at a location that my water and unit came from today because I cannot deal with this any longer and clearly the customer service has done. We had Sierra springs for 20 years, they purchased the Compnay signed us up without knowing won't pick UP THE NASTY WATER. its been sitting in front of my house for months. You have to correspond by mail. I have called their customer service department 10 times to pick up water and wrote stop service. I get same canned answer. The product is good and the deals are pretty good for Costco members. The down side is the follow up customer service. A customer averages an hour or more on hold to talk to customer service. That's if you don not get disconnected. I had to return a water cooler I had for a couple of weeks Was not able to reach anyone and when I did I had to drive. This company won't stop harassing me and is attempting to collect a debt not owed. I've shown them several times in email that i don't owe it but they won't stop contacting for it through phone, email and mail. Sometimes they stop for months but then they start again, they just did it again. They are trying to charge me late fees and bottle fees because they abandoned all the bottles at my house for a half year I emailed them several times to come get them. They would just say someone is gonna call me and come get them, but they didn't for months on end and they kept sending me past due bills and more late fees for the bottles. I don't owe this as it was their responsibility to come get them and I asked them to come get them for months but was just ignored or lied to. Now they are trying to steal 351.30 dollars from me for their incompetence when in reality they owe me money for all the waste of time, harassment and attempted theft. Just Contacted CA Attorney general to report these Criminals and in talk with a lawyer to sue them. I still have them delivering water to my business and I'm cancelling that also. What an absolute clown show this place is. For over a year I had weekly deliveries. Have always had it programmed into the calendar on my phone to repeat weekly to remind me. Then one day they randomly switch me to every two weeks. Called in talked to someone who said they didn't know who or why I was switched to every two weeks but that they could put in a request to go back to weekly. Never heard anything about that. Now they just skipped me again on the bi-weekly, checked the website, it showed I was in fact supposed to have a delivery that day. So two more weeks go by & the driver shows up & tells me they only come once a month. lol Literally been programmed into my phone for over a year every day they show up & these clowns just don't do their job & then show up & lie to your face. Despite the website showing my delivery date. Absolute biggest joke of a business I've ever dealt with. How do you even mess up water delivery. Clowns. Never again. I have called and scheduled delivery 6 times, with each rep assuring it has been escalated to the branch manager and that delivery will happen "tomorrow " and it stilll hasn't. STAY AWAY at all costs! I NEVER give Yelp reviews, but this is special. Horrible customer service. Supremely unresponsive. My water service of 20 years was transferred to Sparklett's/Primo. Without notice, a crate of water was dropped off with a tacked on $6 delivery fee. Since I never order a single crate, I asked for an adjustment of the delivery fee. After 3-4 calls to 800 number, I was rudely told "pay the fee or quit the service". I quit the service, and asked to return the crate I never ordered. The national call center staff said they would arrange to pick up up. NOTHING HAPPENED. no return phone calls or arrangements. Since then they have monthly added charges so the bill has tripled. Can't reach local distributor and 800 staff won't provide contact information. They tell me that they are emailing the local distributor to reach out, but nothing ever results. I have tried for 4 months to get my bill adjusted and returnable crates picked up. The 800 staff is so practiced at being unhelpful that they don't end the call in a way that allows you to take the post-call survey. They put you on hold so you can't report their ineptitude and miserable service. This company is the WORST and should NOT BE PATRONIZED read more

So I've had water service for 30 plus years it's changed hands from originally Oasis out of Blythe California 2 sparklets and now sparklets primo water I was trying to get ahold of sparklets primo live sparkle it's primo because I am now out of water and have been for about 3 days the problem I have is they delivered on January 13th 2022 and here it is March 26, 2022 they have not delivered water but they continue to send me paper invoices with a $4 charge every time they sent out a bill even if it was a $3 bill because I only paid $47 of a $50 bill leaving me with a $3 balance and then an additional $4 for the paper service fee it's only cost 54 cents to mail out There's supposed to be out here April 7th which is 3 months after the last delivery I don't know anybody that drinks 50 gallons a month cooks which are 50 gallons AA month this is unacceptable read more

I had a delivery scheduled for 5-4-21. I logged into my app to confirm. I have it scheduled for every 2 weeks, the same order every 2 weeks. I am a new customer and just got my cooler and started service 2 weeks ago, so this was my first delivery after getting the first delivery with cooler. At the end of the day around 8pm I still have yet to receive my order, which I thought was weird. I log into my app and it is now rescheduled for the 18th, another 2 weeks out. Keep in mind that I just ran out of water today, so I am now out of water for 2 weeks. I call customer support this morning, wait on hold for over 45 minutes. I asked the service rep why I never received my order. She said it was because "they are very short staffed in your area". I said well it isn't my damn problem. You cant have a scheduled delivery for me, and then just randomly cancel it, and schedule a new delivery for 2 weeks later. Not without contacting me. If they would have called and said "I'm really sorry we're going to be one day late on your delivery", that is respectable. Instead they made me call and sit on hold forever. I told the rep on the phone to tell the drivers in my area, if they miss one more delivery without calling me; that I will unplug my cooler and set it outside for them to pick up and that I will cancel my services and go to another company. The only reason I have not done that yet is because she was nice enough to give me a credit on my next bill. So far, very disappointed. New customer and my first re occurring delivery was screwed up.
