I've been at my company (my workplace) since 2009. I've been dealing with this Vendor for many many years. There have been so many different drivers over the years, which is the same for delivery drivers with Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS. Many of them have been nice. It's a good thing that we are now able to leave reviews on Vendors; it wasn't always the case with Yelp. When I first started, the directions that were relayed to them, and any other Vendor, here, was to call the office first, prior to visiting. I am usually here, unless I am on Vacation or at a medical apointment. If I'm notified, we're good. Last year, also acquired Mountain Springs Water, which my boss requested. So, in addition, to the cases of water, we also get this product too. For the most part, the single use bottles are good. Sometimes, you get the drippy messes or the plastic bottle taste, but that's not often. read more

I think that Sparkletts has definitely improved at least on my route. Been a client for a number of years and quite frankly have had a few less than ideal experiences in the past. To their credit, they've always resolved the issues. Got my delivery today Within the agreed time line Placed bottle where I request Correct product Closed my gate upon leaving This delivery person even left me a holiday card under the new bottle. Now I'm going to take the high road and assume it was a genuine wish for a good holiday and not subtle reminder to tip at Christmas (which I normally do for all my regular delivery folks and landscaper etc) . But still I've never gotten a card before, so maybe this delivery person is better than my previous ones. I think now unless someone lives under a rock, you have to be aware of the tip controversy that seems to be in the news every day., especially here in LV, where there are so many hospitality positions . I always tip for good service and my big peeve is the tip shaming screen on the card machines that pop up before your final total is displayed. Created an installation order for a dispenser and 2 bottles of water. The order form said delivery would be from Noon - 6:00p which is a big delivery window, but it worked out perfect since we wrork nights and sleep late. However, delivery guy shows up at 8:00 am and knocks and texts. And ends up leaving. We wake up, see the texts and call customer service asking why they came so early. They said "we don't guarantee the delivery time". Yah I got that part when you gave a 6 hour delivery window, but this was 4 hours earlier than the window starts. I asked for a redelivery during the communicated window and they said no, they would come back to install on the next delivery window, which was over 2 weeks later. Canceled the order and found someone to deliver everything 2 days later. read more

Just cancelled my account. I was with Sparkletts for 12 years and then it was taken over/bought out by Primo. Since the takeover it has been nothing but problems, both with billing and delivery. Primo constantly raises prices without any constomer notice. It may be months on autopay when you realize the price increase. My initial water dispenser was originally $5.99 monthly a few years back which today is roughly $10.99. A 5 gallon bottle of water is over $13 plus a delivery fee. The fact that my cooler is over 4 years old and costs me more monthly is ridiculous. The entire company is a rip off. I wish I could sue them for all the increases without customer notice but I don't have the time. So many better companies out there, just look at these reviews before doing business with anything under the Primo name. Pathetic! read more

We canceled the service and we were told to leave the water dispenser outside for pick up, they didnt picked it up for weeks and kept charging us. We called and told them that we requested cancelation weeks prior and to remove that charge but they send it to collection instead. Be aware when you cancel it. read more

Someone answered at 41 minutes ..told him I'd like to cancel my service, and he said he had to transfer me to an account specialist. I asked him if it would be another 40 minute hold , and he said 'no.' Still. On. Hold. Some answered 1hr 31 minutes in and I told her I'd like to cancel, she asked why, so I told her all the reasons. She put me on hold for a few morninutes, and told me she put in the request for a cancellation and that my empty bottles are still on the schedule for today, and that I will receive a credit for them. Unfortunately, this company has the worst customer service department I have ever experienced. We have been members with the company for three years now and I have yet to have a delivery or an experience with one of their reps that has made me even a satisfied customer. I have been trying to cancel our membership with them for the last three months and it has resulted in 13 phone calls, 17 customer service reps, 4 "we'll have a service manager call you backs", 3 "sorry for the poor service, reach out to this email to have someone reach out to you" and still have never spoken to a service manager. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, left them 1 star reviews on Trust pilot, Yelp, and and every service that it will allow me to but I am at my witts end. These people and their systems are absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I moved houses and canceled my account over one year ago, following my account cancellation I started receiving water bottles at my new address and they continue to charge me. I immediately reached out to customer service on the emails to get this resolved and obviously AI couldn't handle that conversation and continue to tell me to call the customer service so finally once I called the customer service it took 30 minutes to get this guy to cancel my account and stop delivering waters. Only to find out he put a pause on my water deliveries and then I continue to receive waters. Then I contacted another representative after settling my debt with all those waters I received that are sitting in my garage and she told me my account was canceled. Then I started receiving a bill and whoever was living at my old address requested water dispensers and water jugs under my account. When we got the Delivery service it sounded good. After a few months even if we lrft more containers than the water we received they will not credit the empty ones. They were charging more than we signed up for. There was no delivery fee at first but my husband lately was being charged. I have only had the service for 3 months and each time my delivery is messed up in some regard and I have to call their stupid unhelpful call center where I do not get to speak with a real person for 45 minutes and have to listen to their awful recording on an unending loop. Wanted to counter the fake reviews, this is my second review in 2 and half months I've complained on the fact of no delivery was made on the delivery schedule date. then they rescheduled for a day I was not available that I've missed and then they rescheduled on the same day next week which I called off work so I can be present, then they never showed up and then I put on the notes just to leave it at the door and called customer support to confirm they seen the message online. I've had Mountain Valley water delivered to my home in 5 gallon bottles for the last few years and everything was great until the last six months or so. Since then I've had repeated problems with delivery and billing. They've repeatedly failed to pick up my empty bottles when they deliver new ones, and when they do pick up the empties they fail to reimburse the deposit. I finally gave up, tired of calling them each month and spending hours trying to solve the problems. I just cancelled. Sparkletts Water a.k.a. Primo outsources their customer service. I was supposed to get a delivery on March 27. That did not happen. Only to find out that it was changed to April 1 on March 27. I called Customer Service three times between March 21 and March 27 to figure this all out, I was assured that my delivery date was not changing And yet it did. After these phone calls, I decided to just cancel my service. I canceled it with an expectation of picking up my empty bottles in my cooler on April 1 as directed by the person on the phone. I put them outside and they did not pick them up. They did not call me, they did not email me. I called them to find out that the driver had "issues" and it was rescheduled to tomorrow, April 2. I told the rep that I would not drag all this stuff back inside my apartment. It will sit out there until tomorrow. I have a picture of everything out there today in case it gets stolen before tomorrow Morning or whenever they do decide to come. Is this the worst customer experience I've ever had with any company. Been a customer for 55 years now since 1969. I use to get glass bottles full of water instead of plastic. Sparkletts use to be a great company. Then 2000 hit and sparkletts changed over to its shareholders controlling the company. Ever since then the customers get no help. Here is what you can expect. 1. If you want a paperbill they charge you 5.00 a month to send you a bill. 2. Delivery fees for water are 15.00 per delivery. 3. Customer service CANNOT HELP YOU with 90% of your problems. They always tell you this issue needs to go to another department that never does there job. Expect to play 10 to 15 calls to get a credit for a bad bottle of water. 4. Multiple times water damage to my floors due to cracked bottles with slow leaks. They have paid out water damage claims to my property multiple times. 5. The drivers will stop delivering to you unless you get water every 2 weeks. To get this back on auto delivery can take months of speaking with customer service who can do nothing. 6. No one to talk to above a customer service level. Never a manager, regional manager, or a chicken to talk with. You either get lucky with customer service or you lose. I speak as a long time customer who never had problems from 1969 to 2000. Today and for the last 24 years this company is a joke. All you can do is hope nothing goes wrong. Prices of water go up often. Delivery or energy surchages as it use to be go up often. I am sorry but if you have to charge 15.00 to deliver a bottle of water too me when you have 20 more stops on my street then you are not in the water business. When I called, they told me they could not pick up the bottles. I asked for the telephone number for the local branch and was told they could not give that out. HORRIBLE customer service. Had my deliveries scheduled for MONDAYS since I'm off, I can hand the driver the empty bottles. Service was ok for the first few deliveries. Forgot to leave out the bottles a couple times and accumulated 6 bottles at my home. The option to leave the same number of bottles as I'm returning was OFF. Meaning even if I'm returning 6, I should still only get 2. I still got 6 full bottles left. The option was ON after checking my account. Then my delivery date mysteriously changes to a Tuesday, which means no one is home for the delivery. Got an unauthorized delivery dropped off on a Tuesday. Twice I emailed the customer service email provided about canceling, only get an automated response about the hurricane affecting deliveries or some shit like that. No call, no email acknowledging my attempt to cancel. Then today my delivery guy shows up saying he's there to pick up the water dispenser. Not once was I notified that my account will be canceled or that the equipment would be picked up. I would NOT recommend this shitty company to anyone. The billing is very inconsistent.
