We recently cancelled Sparkletts water & we assumed that they would be picking up the water dispenser. Time went on and it was sitting in the back room collecting dust... We then get a collection notice that we owed over $200.00. We called & wanted to know why and they told us because we still have their water dispenser. So we explained that it was here ready to go & they could pick it up anytime. Sparkletts "Customer service" said that we had to deliver it to them ourselves all the way to Tempe or we would have to pay it. Never again! read more

We had one cooler break, but they replaced it within a couple days and it is actually better than the original. I was an original O Premium Water customer that was then transitioned into a Sparkletts Water customer do to merger. I have been a Sparkletts customer now for almost 3 years and have payments come directly out of my credit card. Recently the customer service has suffered greatly, a few months ago we had 6 bottles of water delivered. The following day another 6 bottles were delivered. I called customer service they apologized I stopped service until we can finish the bottles. Then I started the service to have a delivery on July 1, 2013 to them I have 20 empty bottles to pick up and I only needed 4 bottles they said no problem. I come home no delivery I call customer services they say oh we have you down for July 26th. At this point I cancelled service they said they were very sorry and would let a manager know about my experience and they would be here on the July 5th to get everything. On July 5th at 12:30pm I call customer service and asked if they had a pick scheduled for me they said yes. At 5:30pm still no pick up, I called customer service and asked when the drivers work they said 8am to 5pm. To this point no pick up, no manager call, no customer service. Sparkletts Water will soon join the ranks of all the other businesses that failed to meet the needs of its customers. OUT OF BUSINESS. read more

Wow. Should have read reviews before starting service with this totally incompetent company. We wanted water service at our temp rental and so we had Sparkletts deliver. From day one there were problems as delivery of equipment was completely bungled. I will say once I had the equipment service was reliable until I changed addresses. Canceling service at the original address and hanging to our new temp address. Even though I called and cancelled they still delivered and charged for water at old address and new address. I called and they said they would get bottles from old address and pick up the errant bottles. Which they did not do. Instead they delivered 3 more and charged me for them. Necessitating another call. They did not pick up the bottles o the date agreed. And at this point, I will have to get them or get a fine from previous residence. Do not involve yourself with this company. Communication is terrible. Follow though is nonexistent. They're terrible! Also you only ever speak with national reps never local. After I finally decided to cancel, the representative that came and picked up the cooler/empty bottles only marked off the empty bottles as being picked up, NOT the cooler. I regret signing up with this company's water services. At first I loved it but then I called one day and found out I was sent to collections. They wouldn't tell me why and I truly believe their must have been a glitch in their system or something. I had just talked to them two weeks prior on the phone and they didn't say anything about owing money. I also had not gotten any bills in the mail. I have called about this and they said that it's too late and they can't help me. I also asked when I went to drop off the equipment and they said they can't help me but that the problem is common and I'm not the first one. I called collections to tell them I returned the equipment and told them the whole story and even they said that they have heard similar stories with this company. Terrible customer service. Lots of hidden fees. Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes to speak to anyone. I cancelled within the first week once I found all the hidden fees. When I called to place the order, a rep answered quickly. When I called about the hidden fees, I was on hold for 12 minutes. A rep answered, took my information then placed me on hold for another 4 minutes. The reps are rude and have no interest in answering questions. When I finally asked to speak to a manager, I was placed on hold for another 6 minutes!! One of the hidden fees: a $50 hold on my cc to "make sure that it's a valid card." They try to convince you of the great deal you're getting on the water, but what they don't tell you is the hidden fees. ($50 on the cc, $6 in case I steal a bottle. $3-4 deliver charge. I was a long time customer or O'premium Water. Bought out by Sparkletts. O'premium was well ran and I had no problems. Sparkletts has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Please know that when you sign up with them, you will never again be able to talk to a person unless they call you. I have been trying for days to call any of three phone numbers. I have a total time of over 3 hours on hold in different phone calls. I was never able to get ahold of a person. I went to the website, wrote them a note, no reply. LIES! I called today asking why I am double billed every month and all they could say was that I was billed for the month prior. I am in contratct on a month to month, if that makes any sense. I had a representative tell me today that after paying my bill in jan of 29.97 on the 15th my card was declined on the 26th when they tried to bill me. I said WAIT, if I payed on the 15th and it went through my account on the 18th then why are you trying to remove an additional payment from my account. They tried to say thats why I was getting a double bill. I spoke with a supervisor who said being billed for month prior. HUH, so I am paying for the month prior and a month in advance??????????????? The supervisor told me that the rep misinformed me and that I was given incorrect information about them trying to remove money from my account.WHAT A HEADACHE! I work in the accounting department of a company that Sparkletts delivers to. We changed our account from a bottle water delivery to the filter system with them. We like the convenience of the system. However, after multiple requests to have the bottle water cooler picked up, we still have it in the office. First request was in August of 2014. As of today we have yet to have it picked up. In addition to the bottle cooler unit not being picked up, I have had to on more than one occasion have our bill corrected. Since we changed the account over, the driver claims to drop off bottles to us; which is completely not true. We don't use it anymore. Yet the driver would do it again - claim they drop off bottles and they don't. Now, I have received a letter in the mail stating the account was sent to an outside collection agency. I don't understand why. We have paid our bills with them and they are the one who has not pick up their equipment. I called the agency, informed them this is completely incorrect with them. They noted the account and suggested I call Sparkletts. Today, as I write this review, I have been on hold with them for over an hour. Just for FYI, their system automatically dropped the call out of the call Q after exactly ONE hour. I had to call back and am on hold again...20 minutes into the second attempt. I am so fed up with this company - I have called three times and just recently got disconnected after holding for a solid HOUR! I requested that they only leave 2 bottles of water at my house and two days ago I came home to find 6 bottles and 2 cases of bottled water which I have NEVER requested!!!! I had asked for the new upgraded water coolers, 4 times in 6 months. They were either out of them, or was told one would be delivered to me, than was not. Even with an online request for a skipped delivery, our driver left 4 bottles of water for us, and still no new cooler. Pissed, I called Sparkletts 800, expecting to get nowhere. Yes, you are on hold for a Long time, which sucks, BUT, than Aaron answered. Within 25 minutes he had a definitive date in which my new bottom load, hot and cold water tank would be delivered, credited me for the 6 bottles, suspended my deliveries for 2 months, (Upon my request), fixed all of the information on their website about me, and got me my Costco membership pricing, saving me allot. Aaron was Very knowledgeable, didn't give me a bunch of stupid excuses, and I never heard, "I don't know if I can do that." He was friendly, took his time, and got me straightened out. I've been with Sparkletts for a long time, so I didn't Really want to change, but I was really pissed, so I Crystal Geysers phone number ready. We missed one pick up time when we were out of town. Sparkletts stopped all delivery services to our house - but continued to bill us. After receiving a $200 bill for service nearly a year later for water delivery services we never received, we tried negotiating and they refused. And have been sending us to collection agencies for the past three years and we can't get them to stop. When I call they say they don't have our account anymore - but they keep sending us to collections every year. I have never seen a company bill for non-service and horrible customer service. I have had Sparkletts delivery for about 18 months now. Every other month I have some sort of issue. Issue #1 I had to call them multiple times to add another bottle to my delivery. I would call in and ask the other person to check the notes on my account and they would see that I asked for the extra bottle months ago but account was never updated. Issue #2 Every couple deliveries just get missed. I am currently going through this right now. I haven't had a water delivery in over a month because their was a monsoon going on the night before my last delivery. I had brought the bottles into the house because I didn't want to chase them down the street the next morning. My next delivery was due today, I noticed early this morning that I didn't have new bottles. So I called into the number, the lady told me that my payment was missed and that they sent an email. There was no such email. I have looked through all my emails and through all the monikers that Sparkletts goes by. She told me that the only thing she could do was process the payment and then I MIGHT get a delivery today. I asked her if there was any accountability to getting my delivery today. She said there was nothing she could do to guarantee my delivery. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that there was no one who could help me. I told her that I would be contacting her by 3pm if I had not received my delivery. 3pm rolls around... and guess what? No delivery. I called into the line again and they said it was already marked as a missed delivery. I had service for about 6 months, then I told the driver i was going out of town for 6 months and wanted to end the service, he told me they could just put it on hold, and dont worry about the cooler. At least twicw while I was out of town, my employee asked th driver if he wanted to take the coller, and he said no, don't worry about it. a month or so before I cam back I started getting calls from them sayig i owed them alot of money, when my previous bills were supposed to be autopaid. They said i owed for all the back rent on the cooler. After many days of phone atg, i finnaly left a different credit card number on there voice mail, and they not only charged me for the service I did not use, but also for the entire cost of the cooler, and now say I own it. Worst company ever I have 2 places they deliver to my business and my home they canceled me 2 times sent me to Collections. With no warning not even a letter in the mail I had them for 8 years. It took me two months to fix the first time they did it in the card had not changed because I had automatic withdrawal. The second time was the same thing a card had not changed but they did not charge my card for over six months. If I could give this company a zero star I would do so. I decided this time that I was no longer going to keep this company so when the collection agent called me they told me I owe them over $1000 worth of water I was like you got to be kidding me. Come to find out they were charging me for the machines the water dispensers of $490 and they were charging me 400 for the remainder of the Bill for the water in products the remainder of the money went to the collection agent for collecting on it. I have no issues paying my bills but I do have an issue with the company that cannot contact their clients to let them know that their bill is due if they're not going to charge the card that is still good and is still on a good account. Needless to say they will not pick up the water machines I have to bring them down to Mesa they will not pick up the bottles that are left over I have to drop them off this is ridiculous I don't recommend this company to anybody if you want to lose money go to this company. And their customer service is for crap I called their number to try to fix the problem and they told me they can't talk to me that the account has been closed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We rent a water cooler through Sparkletts/DS Services, the cold water tab broke off and fell in the floor at 8:30 this morning. I contacted CS first thing this morning. The lady said she would send an email to the branch manager and get another cooler delivered, on Monday. I told her this was our only water source for our employees and they couldn't go without a drink all day. She told me she would as ASAP in her email to the manager and I would be getting a call. By noon...no call....by 2:00....no call. I found a business card of our rep from DS Services in their file folder. Tried his cell number....no answer...no voicemail set up. So I emailed him with our broken cooler trouble. NO RESPONSE. I called CS back, and got the run around once again. They told me they had no reps in the area today. I told them their CS was very lacking. The lady was less than helpful. Now it is 4:42. NO CALLS.. NO NUTHIN!!! We all went without water today. Not pleased at all with Sparkletts/DS Services. I'm not exactly sure what to rate this company quite yet. Since I've signed up, I've attempted to setup the autopay and although it confirmed I set it up, apparently the bill never got paid. I thought I could forget about it and simply receive the water delivery, but I was wrong. A bill accumulated and now I can't get ahold of anyone except the collections agency. When I talk to them, they tell me my bill is almost $500 and are making up prices. When I ask questions, they stutter and put me on hold. They then proceed to tell me that they don't actually have the bill so they can't confirm what the price is. I just simply want to talk to someone and get the accurate amount paid so I can continue to receive water delivered to my house. If someone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. read more

I have had service with this company for 4 years or so. They started out delivering Crystal Water, which is what I wanted. Slowly but surely, the name changed, I am charged for the cooler and they put me on a basic plan. This month I received 1 bottle. Month before, I received 5 bottles. I was paying 28.00 for each month, NOW I am paying almost $40.00 per month. This company is scum, they change drivers constantly, I put my empties out and they don't pick them up. We were excited to get their service for our business.... the excitement quickly vanished. First they want you to set up automatic billing, Ive set it up multiple times. They never bill me though instead they mail a bill and charge you a paper billing fee. Next I get a $155.00 bill with a late fee so I get online to pay it, it says my account is inactive. After calling and being transferred multiple times the transfer me to a collection service that tells me I owe them over $500.00!!!! They tell me 182 is for the service and the rest is for equipment. I asked for them to pick up the equipment the refused. the said I would get instructions on how to send it in. I still have not.... Can I give negative stars? This company is HORRIBLE! The worst customer service imaginable. We are a pediatric therapy clinic in Phoenix AZ, it is 110 degrees here a lot, we need water. This company never delivers the correct amount of water and when I call to get it corrected I can only speak to a call center in another state and they can't help me, or they can only send an email and there is no guarantee that anyone will get back to me. They also miss deliveries and then tell us we have to wait a week to get them. WHAT???? I have ordered water for about 6 months now and enjoy the convenience. The water delivery man is very nice and helpful. I had one issue with the hot water - it had some air in the hose so it splattered while it came out. The man fixed it immediately. I was also told that they would replace the cooler if there are any further issues. 05/09/2018-UPDATE Thank you Sparklette's management and route manager, they came back and resolved the issue with the charged cooler to my account, and are in the process of refunding me back the money. It was just a miscommunication and I am happy they were nice enough to make things right. Like I said before I would have gladly stayed with there services getting water every month and now after they resolved this issue I am considering continuing there services. Thank you Sparklette's!!! I was at my apartment one day and got a knock on the door and it was Sparklettes asking if I wanted to start there services, they were offering a good deal for cooler rental and two gallons of water a month, so I did and everything was great up until my lease was ending on my apartment and I was moving. I called Sparklette's because I wanted to let them know I was moving and that they needed to put me on route at my new apartment complex and also so they wouldn't continue to deliver water to my old address. I was also having issues with the cooler they gave me, the nozzle you pushed down to pour the water wasn't working, no water would dispense from it, so i was paying for the cooler rental and for water I was never ever receiving. Well after weeks of waiting for them to deliver at my new address no one showed up, I would even see the sparklettes guy come but would never drop off water so I called again and waited and again no water delivered, so I finally closed my account and the next time I saw the sparklettes guy I drive up I flagged him down told them I canceled my services and took the cooler I was renting, so bam I thought everything was done. Well two weeks ago I got a charge for $318.00 automatically taken out of my account from DC Services (Sparklettes) saying that I didn't return the cooler. I am so outraged because I canceled my services, even received a bill from them that I owed a $0.00 balance and than got charged for a cooler they themselves picked up. read more

This company is terrible! Don't do it. We signed up through Costco in 2017 and then changed addresses in 2018. We called spoke to someone in customer service to let them know of the address change, however, we moved to a new build and the address wasn't updated with a current postal code so we instead spoke directly to a delivery person to give step by step directions to the home. We got 1 delivery and then the guy quit. We tried calling the new assigned delivery person to explain the address situation and again provide instructions. We never got water again...but we've been charged for over a year... and they are saying now they will only credit us for 7 bottles. Apparently they reverted back to the original address and have been delivering water and picking up empty bottles to a house that we clearly reported to them we were no longer living at. All I asked was to get retroactive water sent to us to make up for it and remain a customer but they said they can't do that and can only refund us for 7 bottles of water haha!! What a joke. Now I look at Yelp and see they have 1.5 stars lol. Wish I had looked earlier. Most unorganized company I have dealt with in a very long time! read more
