Terrible customer service. They changed my delivery driver about 2 years ago, his name is Ray. He was fine for the longest time taking my delivery into my house and then in talking together, he caught onto my work schedule leaving one hour where I'm unable to get to the door. This is a disabled house hold. Sparkletts (water.com) knew this all along, never had an issue getting the water inside and neither did Ray until he heard he could come while I was working and not have to bring the water inside. This created an issue. It's literally one hour of one day and he could not manage to come before or after that hour. After several complaints, even speaking to his route manager, Abraham, who assured me he would fix the issue. Several months later, he finally got Ray to come at the right time and then suddenly Ray said he was not allowed to come into the house any longer. He did not have a mask on. So I said, go ahead and cancel the order then. Suddenly he was able to come in. Mind you, he doesn't have to touch anything. I get all the doors for him, he literally just has to carry it in but now he is upset that I complained so he made up a story about not being able to risk Covid even though he was still not in a mask. I then went to Abrahams boss because Abraham stopped returning my calls and his supervisor Lowell would not call back or deal with it at all so I have canceled my service. Now I am with Readyrefresh.com who does delivery and bottles less expensive and have no problem bringing the water into my house. Had this happened with Sparkletts (water.com) while still on contract it would of been a nightmare. We were with them for 5 years and they did nothing to rectify this situation when it became a problem but now I'm getting kind people who actually care about me and delivering my water properly. So, Sparkletts (water.com) loss. I'd suggest going with absolutely any other water delivery. Sparkletts (water.com) doesn't care at all about keeping their customers or doing the right thing. Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. My water delivery is every other Tuesday. February 14th was missed, I called customer support, and the representative said we would have a driver out tomorrow (February 15), and NO DELIVERY. I called the same day, and I was placed on hold for a very long time to have nothing resolved. I called on February 23rd and complained about missed delivery. Again, they said they would have a driver out the next day, and again, NO DELIVERY. I have no choice but to cancel my account with Sparkletts. read more

This service is a scam. They seldom come on days scheduled for delivery. They send an email several days in a row apologizing for the service not coming. It's impossible to get out of Auto-Pay on the website or cancel on the website. You are required to call to cancel your service but you will be on hold for 20 minutes and then give up as they intentionally don't staff their phone lines appropriately. I have had sparkletts water for over way over 60 yrs and I have never had an issue of any kind. I get to know the water men that deliver and communicate with them they leave me as many bottles as I want or I tell them skip a trip or two no issue . I communicate with the deliver and not the office. They don't always deliver the message correctly. read more

Called the next day, was told they postponed for two days later. Would have been nice if they told me with a call or e-mail. So two days later they no showed again. DO NOT USE!!!!!! This is ridiculous. After waiting on hold for an hour and a half, I was promised they would come replace my dispenser and give me two more waters. Delivery date was Wednesday. It is now Thursday and I have no way of contacting anyone. I'm going to have to look into a new service because how do I wait on hold for an hour and a half for water delivery then not get what was promised. Requested to have regional manager call me regarding concern and he hasn't returned my call. I've had 7 empty containers sitting on my porch for 3 days. SCAM SCAM SCAM - RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!! I've had sparkletts for the past 4 - 5 years with no issue, but I decided to cancel as I'm not home as much so the water was starting to pile up. I called in early January 2019 to cancel. Since I had 8 - 12 unused bottles, and sparkletts would not refund me to return them, we agreed to just charge me the $3/monthly equipment fee and once I've used up all the bottles, to call and have them picked up and then cancel the service/return the equipment. After 3 months of no delivery, a new bottle shows up at my doorstep unexpectedly at the end of March. I thought this was by mistake and didn't see a charge on my card so I just ignored it and left it outside. The next week, another bottle shows up unexpectedly. I called the the next day (Thursday) and they told me that was a mistake by the driver and they weren't sure why he didn't get the message to not deliver the water. They said to leave the water out and the driver would pick this up on Friday. Come Saturday morning, the bottles are still there. I called Saturday morning and they again said they're unsure why this wasn't fixed and why the driver didn't show up, but that they'd send him another note to pick these up on Monday. Monday comes and goes, and sure enough, Tuesday AM and the bottles are STILL THERE. I have to now call a FOURTH TIME tomorrow, Wednesday, to figure what the hell is going on. They are also saying I'll be given a credit of around $85 (the two bottles will be refunded PLUS the other 9 bottles I"m ready to return). I. AM. I tried setting up water delivery service on March 26th and chose an April 4th delivery. It is now April 8th and still nothing. On March 27th i get an email about needing more information. Called then up the next day and said they needed my credit card info. Weird because all that was provided when i signed up online. So i provided the info. Sparkletts placed a 50 dollar hold on my cc... . April 4th came and nothing so i e-mailed them the next day. Today 4/8, i get an email saying i need to set up an account and provided my SSN. I'm done. Should not be this much trouble trying to set up service. I had Nestle for 6 years and wanted to try sparkletts. Never had issues with Nestle. They just got too expensive. a minute ago I have been a sparkletts customer for many years. Recently I discovered that my cooler was leaking I called Customer Service and they scheduled a date to replace my cooler. The time frame was 8am to 5pm. Mind you, it's the holidays and sitting around all day was not ideal. I took the day off and waited. At 450 I called and was told my ticket was cancelled. They offered to come out the following week but again couldn't give me a window. They offered to call me an hour before they arrived so I could leave work and meet the driver. Really? I live an hour from my office... I was given a second option..put the cooler outside and they would have someone pick it up. Well I wasn't able to get someone to move the cooler so I called back. I explained my frustration and informed them that if I couldn't get my cooler replaced tomorrow I would cancel my service. They lady placed me on hold for about 30 seconds and came back on the line and said she called the route supervisor and left a detailed message (in less than 39 seconds) and that I should receive a call within 24 hours to let me know if they could accommodate my request....and here's the kicker....if they dont call me I can call on Monday and cancel my service!!! I have left a message for the Branch Coordinator Debbie Gravell (not sure of spelling) so if I receive a call back my review will be updated based on how she corrects this. read more

I signed up for Sparkletts at Costco aug 25 Was told I would get everything delivered 1-2 weeks unfortunately that didn't happened I've called and called for weeks told different different delivery dated but still nothing. I been waiting for weeks just to get set up they finally show up at my house without any notice or even calling to confirm delivery. They rescheduled the delivery once again for Monday mind you it's sept 23 I called twice to confirm my delivery, I've been waiting all day it's after 5pm and nobody shows up I call and now they tell me my account has been terminated. He told me that the customer service agent I was talking to was in Florida, not in Southern California. I was blaming my local distributor for the long delays waiting on hold when actually it is the fault of the Sparkletts Corporate Offices. Horrible customer service. Expect to be on the phone for over 30 mins to an hour until customer service answers. When they finally answer they don't do a good job resolving the problem. The problem I have is they didn't deliver water on the days they were supposed to, so we had no water. This happened 3 times. After I canceled my services due to moving they failed to pick up the equipment on the day required. I made sure I schedule this almost a week before moving. I wish I could give negative stars to this company. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and in this last year I have been inconvenienced and enraged by the lack of professionalism that I've received. From billing, to delivery, to customer service it is pitiful...just pitiful. I have so many stories but I'm honestly exhausted with telling and retelling them over the past 12 months-- I am on the phone with this company more that I am my friends because there is always an issue. And good luck trying to resolve the issue as their phone lines, website and app have been down for over 2 weeks! But somehow even with all their systems down they still charged me $80 for an order that was supposed to be complimentary for the 2 months that they missed my delivery (after rescheduling week after week). I've put in over a dozen requests for my branch manager to call me and haven't gotten NOT ONE phone call to straighten out the various issues I've noted with the customer service department (which they are also completely useless). We went with sparkletts as our delivery service since it was recommended by Costco. We didn't have a problem until they switched over to primo water. First they had an issue with their system so our water was not delivered. Then they were backed up due to the system issue so they have us a new delivery date. They kept changing this date. We'd call and they'd say they were still backed up. The last time we called they said they no longer have a driver in our area and need to train someone (even though a sparkletts truck had gone through our neighborhood the day before.) now they say 3 weeks for delivery and all this time I've had to go out and buy water and we're being charged by them. Same issue as everyone else: If you want to set up an account they'll be right on the phone, but the line for other inquiries like canceling your service will require you to wait an hour on hold and they won't respond to your online message. I've been trying to cancel my service for over a week since I'm moving. Rather than giving customers the option to end service through managing their account online or receive a call back, they try to create a disincentive to talk to customer service about anything other than buying more water. read more

Sparkletts is a joke. It's been over a year that we are trying to cancel our account. They won't di it unless they pick up your water cooler, which they deliberately don't. Over the past year I have scheduled more then a dozen pick ups and nobody every shows up, yet they keep charging us. I have spent countless hours on the phone with their horrific customer service asking for refunds and rescheduling pickups. No one is able to give me answers why this is happening. I am writing this I have had my service for 3 weeks. In those weeks my first dispenser the hot water did not work. I called customer service to order another one. They brought me another machine the cord was cut and the machine was dirty. I called to report the issue I was setup to receive another one they canceled it 2 times before I was able to get another this dispenser. This one has not stopped running and the cold water does not work. I called customer service again and I request a 3 rd machine. It was going to be delivered on 2/5/21 I just received an email stating my delivery was canceled. In 3 weeks I have been able to use 1 bottle of water. HORRIBLE customer service! Every time I call, I have to wait at least an hour and a half to talk to a customer service representative. I have been requesting service for our office since June 28th, 2021. Until this day, July 15th, 2021, we have received no service at our facility. The water is good and the price is great because I'm a Costco member. However, the service is terrible! I've had issues with my delivery throughhout but in the past six or seven months, it's been an absolute joke. My delivery profile is four bottles but sometimes I get three, five, or as many full bottles as empty bottles I leave out. I get the same answer every time I call Customer Service to complain, "I'm sorry, I'll make a note and make sure it won't happen again!" But every month, same issue. I only stayed because of the great price I got through Costco but now I'm willing to pay a little more for Arrowhead or Glacier. read more
