Peter did the windows in our old house as we were getting it ready for sale. Dirty windows were not something I noticed day to day, but once we had them done it made a huge and immediate difference. He did a fantastic job inside, outside, upstairs, downstairs, even the tracks and casements. The windows were so clean we could not tell if they were open or closed, even the cat was fooled and try to run through the slider. Price-wise I felt like I was getting a steal for the work he did and the difference it made, I would have paid twice the price and still called it a bargain. Plus Peter is a very personable guy. I called Sparkling Clean Windows on the advice of a neighbor who had used them a few weeks ago. It had been years since my windows were totally cleaned and I was a little skeptical when only one cleaner showed up at my house, especially since Peter had estimated originally that it would take 2-3 cleaners one and a half to two hours to get my 4 bedroom, two story, townhouse finished, and there had been a last minute (mutual) scheduling change. But I shouldn't have been concerned. It took four hours for one cleaner to do the job, but my screens, windows and even my two skylights were all beautifully cleaned inside and out and, yes, sparkling! The Sparkling Clean crew really was prompt for my 9AM appointment; in fact I was still moving some furniture away from the windows when they arrived. Peter Reeves the business owner/operator greeted me cheerfully and told me not worry about the furniture; his men would clear enough space for themselves to work. Then he began by introducing me to his crew and explaining the particulars of his full-service window cleaning. I had some recollection of the work that was originally promised me the day he came out to give me a free estimate, but I really appreciated the fact that he re-emphasized the level of detail again today. Crew members then scattered off to what appeared to be their specific roles; demonstrating professionalism with a well-organized process. One crew member came in to remove screens, and without me even asking, slipped cloth shoe covers over his work boots in order to keep my upstairs carpet clean. I was concerned about the finger pull-tabs on my screens breaking off as they are brittle, but the guy carefully removed them without even using the pull-tabs. Then I saw the screens being scrubbed clean on both sides with soap!!, not just water, to remove the dust and dirt. The glass panes were washed both inside and out and afterwards, I swear it looked like the glass disappeared and that the window was open. I was curious what cleaning product they used, so I asked the name and was told it is a professional grade solution; but then I thought I don't need to remember it because who am I kidding, I'm not going to wash my windows again after seeing these guys do it so thorough and fast. Window tracks, sills and casings were wiped clean as well, so I really felt like I got a deal. I've done the windows on my house before and it's an all-day Saturday or Sunday job, so I loved the fact that it only took the Sparkling Clean crew just 2 hours and then I went about my business again. I'm happy to report that Peter and his crew delivered on all his promises, but even more thrilled that I didn't have to climb any ladders, walk the rooftop to get to the 2nd-story windows (I'm afraid of heights) and sweat in the summer heat. Now that my windows are clean again, I find myself staring through them every time I walk by. Thanks for a job well done; I'll surely recommend you to my friends and family. read more

Had to get my windows and screens cleaned right away for a home showing. Called Sparkling Clean Window Cleaning based on reviews on Yelp. Was able to get an appointment right away from the very pleasant and helpful woman on the phone. Peter and his crew arrived early. They were friendly, very professional, and busted their butts cleaning my windows, screens, and tracks. I have never seen my sliding glass door tracks so clean! The windows look like there isn't even glass in them. At the end of the job, Peter walked me through the house and pointed out some deficiencies in the window themselves. I appreciated that. And I really like that they charge by the hour and not "by the job" (I have had experience with paying "by the job" on other projects and you usually end up paying an exorbitant amount if you break it down to how many hours the job actually took). All I can say is that they really earn their money. Will definitely use Sparkling Clean Window Cleaning again and I highly recommend them! read more
