Decent outside wash and inside cleaning. Definitely not "detailed" but average cleaning, you would detail yourself. Bathroom is questionable, no coffee or customer service counter like the other locations but it's the closest to me. Told me that there was no interior only option so agreed to purchase a full service. Told them to make sure they got the lil bit of dog hair on the seat. Was told ooo no that's not gonna come up with a vacuum you will need a full detail. I said yes it will it's been done before at another location. The quality of the wash was normal but the wipe down was bad were the brushes didn't hit the wipe down didn't either I had dirt spots all over the bottom were no one or the machine didn't hit just go to crew and do the wipe down yourself read more

I do not think a car wash can get any slower than this one. There is consistently a non-moving line at all times of the day. The monthly membership is a good value, but not when you have to wait 30+ minutes every time to try and get an exterior car wash. read more

Let me start by saying I don't think I'm a rude yelper, however, a hard Never Again from me. To be honest a 2 is me being nice. First of all they vacuum before your car goes in. Makes zero sense. I paid 25 dollars plus a 2 dollar tip before looking at my car and that was a mistake of mine. They made me feel in a rush and didn't even speak with me after cleaning. The wash was fine and always has been. The Sparkling Image team discussed unlimited with me, I signed up only to find 3 weeks later that I can't manage account online even though they said I could. What?! In this day and age?! The bathroom at the North Keystone (Indianapolis) location is mostly clean, sink needs a new faucet and has needed it for some time. Needed my car washed and vacuumed out so I went here and it was not worth the funky $21 I paid. The wash was good, and my tires were shined...and are still shining. But the vacuum job and "wipe down" inside was subpar. I've only had my car for about a month and it wasn't filthy. I was expecting it to be spotless inside but when I got in to drive off there were leaves on the carpet from the guys shoes who cleaned it, they didn't get the clutch good-it still had dust and dirt on it. There was a little water on my back seat, and the seat were dirty. I understand that it's not a detailed car wash but dang they could've at least got the dirt that I could see! If I wanted it half asked cleaned I would've had my kid do it, Sparkling Image won't get another dime from me. read more

This place seems hit and miss based on previous reviews. I have had my car detailed several times here and each time has been sensational. I took my car in at opening to get a bumper to bumper treatment. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend their detail service. Personally have never gone for a standard car wash so can't provide insight on that. read more

I have used this car wash for almost two years now and used to LOVE going to get my car cleaned here. The staff are friendly, the service was great and fast but something has changed recently....the last three times I have taken my car in have been really disappointing. I'm all about giving businesses a second chance (and obviously a third) especially ones I have enjoyed but I think I might be done now. I took my van today and for the first time ever upgraded to the full service #2 - usually I just do the standard $16 wash and vac. The #2 added extras like lava waterfall (whatever that is) , hand finished wheels and tire shine and vision clear...which I assumed was something they put on my windows. I waited outside for my van, like I always do, putting a tip into the jar for the workers, like I always do, and watched as my van came out. I didn't see one person touch my tires, and nothing unusual happened with my windows. After nonchalantly waving a rag around my van, they all stood back, which generally marks the time where you walk up and hop into your car and I was confused for a moment...were they really done? I asked. Yes, they were done. I went to hop in my van but removed the Baggie from my rear window first, I then had to move both my seat and the passenger seat to a normal distance. I looked around and noticed my windows were streaky, that the sides of my doors still had scuff (just dust btw) marks on them and my cup holders and little between the seat shelf thingy hadn't been touched either. I had arranged all my belongings on the back seat so as to not get in the way and they all had been thrown off the seat (at least, they had a 'thrown off' appearance to them) and not put back, instead left laying around the van. I made the mistake of driving away...I understand that. I should have asked them for a redo but you know when you've loved something and finally it's the last straw, and you just want to walk away? Well, that's where I was. We need to break up Sparkling Image. I ignored the bad reviews on here for a long time but now, sadly, I have become one of them. read more

I bought an monthly car wash package and I have been disappointed EVERY time. Staff seem as if they want to do the minimal. I had my car washed one day and watched the guy in front of me get his car sprayed thoroughly. I thought mine would, but it didn't and there were still plenty of bugs and dirt that wouldn't have been there if they would have sprayed it even half the effort they did! I asked one day if they were supposed to open tailgate to vacuum and was told they were. I watched the next time I had my car washed and they never opened the liftgate. Time and time again I have talked to the manager, but the quality still lacks. I am canceling my monthly membership because I am tired of the poor quality I always seem to get. We took an SUV in to get a full detail that had been put through the ringer being used as a vehicle for contractors. There was dust and paint all over the interior and Sparkling Image Car Wash really impressed us. The vehicle almost looks like the day we bought it! The staff cleaned the exterior and interior of the vehicle in four hours and everything looks really great! I called to make an appointment, but it was nice that they go with a first-come-first-serve system. We got in right when we showed up and it was a Saturday! This location does a really $&^%*! job, I've gone several times in the last month after signing up for the unlimited wash ext/int. They rush windows are never cleaned therally and the tires shine job is always half assed and not to mention water spot are always still present. I went there twice go get a detail job done on Saturday morning. I first called two days before, I was told it would be no problem, come on in early Saturday. I cleaned out the car, got there, the first person I see says they are closed. I said I had an appointment, he again said they are closed. He then pointed at a group of men around a car at the front. I go over there, ask why they are closed, I was told a water main broke. I asked if I could come in the next Saturday, I was told to come in early and could get it done. I come in thday (Saturday), the first person I meet, I tell him that I'm coming in for a detail, he points me to go to the car wash. I asked if he was sure, he then points me to a guy cleaning a car. I ask about detail, he says they can't do it today, they're short handed. So that's two early Saturdays that I've wasted my time. read more

Sadly, today's visit to Sparkling Image wasn't all that sparkling. I had only been to the one in Castleton prior to today so I was under the assumption that I would receive the same kind of service. Although everyone I spoke to today was friendly, I felt as though I was in line for waaaaay too long. Long enough that I considered hopping out of line, but at that point someone had pulled up behind me so I was stuck. I finally made it through the line, handed over my keys and then proceeded to go to the waiting area on the other side of the building. I finally saw my car come out and waited while they finished wiping down my tires, the interior, etc. I then waited for someone to give me SOME sort of signal that they were finished. And it never happened. Haha A few of the workers would walk over now and then to wipe down the windows .. then would walk away .. and then they'd come back and do it again .. and then walk away. Finally I decided to head over and ask if they were finished and one of the guys responded with "yeah, I think so!" Soooo that was that. Haha Sadly I didn't do a thorough overview of the outside of my car before I left because soon after leaving (I stopped to get gas down the road) I noticed that they hadn't scrubbed the front of my car at all. So it was still splattered with all kinds of lovely critters. Obviously driving down 465 would have given my car another fresh bug bath, but I paid for it to be cleaned .. and well .. I left feeling like it could have been done a little better. Anyhow - my car still looks better than it did this morning. So that's a plus! read more

First of all this was the carwash I was giving all my business to four years but probably the last five times I've gotten my car wash there there has been something wrong more specifically the last time I got it done there I paid $27 for the total Works hot wax wheel wax all that get home and realize they didn't even do anything to my tires or Wheels not even bother to put armor-all on them so I let it slide now I just left there paid another $27 they didn't even bother to wipe off my bumper side I had a small blanket they didn't even bother to move it to vacuum the back of my Jeep which mind you is already pretty gosh darn clean then I go to get in and my leather and suede leather seats has something dripping all down the driver side they try to insinuate that my sun roof was leaking and then the manager said well no it can't be that because there was no ceiling so someone sprayed some stuff all over my head rest which then had dripped down my suede leather seats and then acted like it was no big deal left major streaks down my suede leather mind you this is a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Hemi fully loaded total leather everything then when I asked what was he going to do about it he said nothing and said oh it'll dry and I said how do you know you don't know what it was are you going to at least take down my information because if it doesn't dry someone's going to be held accountable he got Huffy with me left me standing there forever before he went and got his paperwork last time I ever attend this establishment from now on I will go somewhere else don't take your car there they do not care all they care about is volume getting you and getting you out they have no one doing quality control they suck read more

We took the car in to get what I thought would be a fabulous wash. We got home and the wheels were still dirty so I washed them and then I vacuumed the interior again. I really wish I could give this location a better rating but they don't deserve it. After only a few visits to this wash I will not go back. I purchased unlimited washes for $50/month and have almost always had great service from the Keystone location. My first experience here was terrible because they did not know which wash my membership allowed and defaulted to the cheapest wash even though I pay for the more expensive washes. When I told the manager he decided to argue with me and proceed to tell me that I was wrong. Of course I was not, I am the freaking DUKE of the Keystone location for a reason. The second time I stopped in was just as bad. The car wash equipment needs tuned or something because it left soap all over and beat my Jeep up like Mike Tyson. When I got out to dry the car off I was promptly told that I could not use the towels. I have been a patron at this chain for over a decade and have NEVER been denied use of the towels. The manager said that those towels are not for customer use even though every other location allows it. They also forgot to put tire shine on all of my tires and when I mentioned they missed one the manager replied "you have to ask us to shine all the tires." Seriously, why wouldn't I want tire shine on all of my tires!?! Save your frustration and go to either Castleton or Keystone. Every employee I have interacted with at this location needs a hard lesson on customer service. read more
