Unbelievable honestly, just came from there. I paid for service package #1 and the car exterior is still filthy. My car wasn't caked in love bugs so I don't understand how it could've been difficult to clean. You can still see where the bugs were, cause they failed to get rid of the residue. There's dirt all over the car and it doesn't look like any of the stuff I paid for was used (wax, rain-x, etc.) and no fragrance was added. The rims are the most rage inducing, it looks like they swiped it once with a towel and called it a day. Only silver lining is that my interior was done well. First and last time I go to them. Will stop by there later to get a refund. read more

I have given these guys a few chances, and I continue to be disappointed. I paid for their top end wash, and the quality is poor. The scrub and power wash before you enter the tunnel is barely perfunctory - they tend to skip the passenger side all together. Customer service is not great. Folks taking your money are usually nice enough but other staff can be downright rude. Took forever in the interior clean but job was still not done right. There was still dirt on the drivers side doors. Trunk was not vacuumed (second time in a row). Streaks on the window. Only one side of the steering column was dusted. They never provide the scent that is supposed to be included. I'm officially done. read more

I have been using this car wash for years. It has gotten progressively worse with time. Visited yesterday for a car wash and paid for their full service wash. Very disappointing, bugs still on the front of the car and windshield. Did not clean the inside of the windows either. Mirrors were still dirty, as was the tailgate. read more

I've been to this car wash several times in the passed, sometimes its fine an other times not so much. The main reason I've returned was because I bought a car wash booklet. The staff is usually friendly and the waiting area is clean and pretty comfortable with a flat screen for viewing. The price for the wash is slightly high, $30, for a full car wash with wheel cleaning. They've scratched the interior of my new car during one my of my visit; I didn't noticed until I pulled off, I should have said something, but I was in a hurry to go somewhere. My last visit about a week ago, my windshield still had a little bit of bug residue left after the wash and it didn't look like that wiped down the dash of my car (it was still dusty). I wouldn't recommend this place, and I probably would not be going back once my wash booklet is done...disappointing! read more

TLDR: Service 1/5; Exterior 2/5; Interior 4/5 Went to this car wash right next to my house and paid for the best "Full Service" package. I left for a bit to get a bite to eat at a restaurant right next to it and came back at the quoted time (45 minutes) and to my pleasant surprise my car was sitting in their "done" area and I could see it was shining much more than it was when I brought it in. As I got closer I realized that they didn't wash under my spoiler even though there's enough room to clean under it (4 inch clearance) and also there were still leaves under my wipers and they missed a spot on the roof. Luckily though they did a very good job on the inside. When I asked if they could fix the exterior for me they said that they were working on other cars and I'd have to wait another 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. I have tried this location several times. There are a couple of staff members who still care and try to do a good job. However most of the staff do not care to do a good job. I spend $ 50 getting my car detailed here. It's just not worth it. Most of the time they do a poor job for the money. My last experience was not good. I will be driving out of my way to Sweetwater in Dr.Phillips from now on. They at least seem to have happy customers.... If you can avoid this location, you should. I had a reasonable experience here. I specially sought out this place because of it's attached Mobile1 lubricant services which is the recommended oil for my vehicle. It was expensive bit I guess that's what you get for buying an expensive car. Anyway, I noticed that since then my vehicle drives so much smoother than previously so I am happy. I did have to go purchase my own oil filter as they didn't have mine available, but that actually saved me some cash so I wasn't bothered by it, especially since there's an Autozone a few blocks away. Furthermore, with the oil change came a free car wash. I read the other reviews on Yelp and was surprised to read about some other customers' experiences. My car was white dirty with dust and dirt since I myself washed it about a month ago. However, they did a WAY better job than me and now my car looks like new. I mean, it's not like they used clay bars or anything, but there were no leftover insects, scratches etc. I also found the staff to be courteous and the waiting room clean. Wish they had some more snacks to choose from while waiting for that oil change! read more

LOL I don't even know where to start. I'd give zero stars if I could, first off I went to get my interior detailed. Everything looked good until I noticed that the leather on my passenger door started to lift. I bought my car back to show the supervisor on duty and he told me I didn't buy my car like that, that it was an aftermarket installation, I said you can look at my car sticker from when I purchased my M4 and it will say that it came with the full leather interior option then he goes to say well nothing we use can cause that and that there is no scratches but whatever they used loosened up the leather and now it's lifting. Car wash damaged trim on car. Instead of apologizing or anything inline with good customer service they just blamed me. Only mistake was choosing this place and their lack of respect for peoples cars. I guess i'll just have to pay out of pocket to fix their mistake. Management here sucks 0/10 would not recommend. When I told them i'd like to cancel my monthly subscription they said "we surely wont miss you" despite me being as calm and respectful as i can be after they damaged my car. I just moved here from California or should I say I just drove here .aha. So can you imagine how dirty my car was? Or how bad I needed an oil change ? Well I came to the right place . The staff who greeted me was friendly and even one of the mechanics came and showed me how bad my cabin and air filter was , and trust me it was gross. It's sort of a one stop shop and I got it all done for about 100$! What a steal! The only down fall was the car wash . My biggest pet peeve is when the inside of my car is dirty . They did a great job on everything else and I did drop a pretty penny here but when I got into my car they left some debris on the drivers side door and the middle compartment that would of taken a second to vacuum . I did pull in and get it vacuumed again but still it's going that extra mile or taking a second look. I will be back again though ! Just picked up my SUV at their car wash. Worst job I've ever had on my vehicle. The few times I've been there, they ALWAYS miss areas to be cleaned and I have to point it out. I never thought that a car wash would be able to blow me away with their hospitality but today sparkling car wash did just that. From the moment I pulled up and spoke with Vickie I felt taken care of. I know that if I am not the first appointment in the morning that I might be there all day (for a detail) on a beautiful day like today was, and Vickie made a point to accommodate me the best she could to get the services that I wanted in the time constraint that I had and it just continued from there. Nick (my detailer) and the tall gentleman (my other detailer) both did a PHENOMENAL job. I really appreciated Nick introducing himself and listening to what my reason was for wanting the detail - I've never had anyone do that before! And I take my dog everywhere, and I have a 6 year old, so I know my car is no easy task. Lastly, Jairo is just an amazing human being. They definitely have the right person at the helm! He's the manager and he was so kind and made sure that I was taken care of and went above and beyond; checked on me at the end to make sure that I was happy with my detail. If you like dints and scratches, this is the perfect car wash to go to. I have a 2021 Lexus is350 that's barely 4 months old, took it in for wash on the exterior and interior. Thought the place had professional cleaners but to my surprise I was definitely wrong. The cleaning guy was washing the interior of my car, he reached for the air tube to spray the dust out of my car and in his haste to grab it I assume he didn't have it in his hands that well because he let it go and the tip of the air tube (which is metal) hit the side rear passenger door of my car. Upsetting cause he attempted to act as though nothing happen. Now my car has dent in it that will be expensive to repair. The manager offered to detail the car, claiming it would take the dent out, which I refused due to fear of further damage. Manager offered to do a incident report and claimed it would take weeks before someone spoke to me (fear tactics). I refused and asked for a refund, in which he did. I'm quite upset wish I never went in for a wash, at least with the dirt my car had no dents.. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go elsewhere and save yourself the anger and dents. read more

They washed my car and only cleaned part of it; then pulled it up to the middle of the parking lot and left it. I waited about 15 minutes then asked one of the workers if the car was done, they said yes. I got in the car and no key. I found a lady and asked her about the key. She said it's inside at the front desk (understandable). She looked in the car and saw the poor work quality and told me that she needs to bring the car back to have it cleaned again. I have one guy that asked me for my number five times before I threatened him with calling the manager. So I do what I usually would at SweetWater, I pull up to the car wash, then this other man walks up to my car and signals me, doesn't say a word, to back up. I've been going to this place since 2001 when it was called Sonny's Car Wash. Anyway, today I took my truck there for an oil change and a wash. The truck came out of the wash and it still had water spots and bugs on the windshield and grill. This Hispanic guy, he never gave me his name, was pulling excuses left and right on why they could not remove the bugs or water spots. Maybe it's because I was one of the last washes before they closed. Prior to this wash, they always presoaked and scrubbed the bugs off the car, like any other car wash. This was disappointing considering I live across the street and the time I've been a loyal customer. I told the manager that I wasn't coming back as a customer, and he just walked away without a care in the world. Wow. What a bad experience. I usually write good to great reviews but this one is not fair to the customers at all. It looked like they just got lazy. I have been here often. I know they aren't the best but do good work. I got to the car wash and it looked like an inexperienced young girl telling me about the washes. She wasn't even confident about it. Anyway paid $50 + $10. I specially told them the trunk needs shampoo and the seats need cleaning. Left for 2 hours came back the car is not washed, trunk unfinished, seats not cleaned, carpets didn't looked shampooed (just vacuumed). The manager asked me to come back tomorrow if I couldn't wait today (but I had to go, not his fault). I lived in the area for over 5 years and got my car cleaned regularly at this location. I recently moved but happened to be in the area and my car needed to get washed. I waited over 40 minutes for my car to be cleaned on the inside and still wasn't cleaned. A few employees kept playing around with one another (I guess she liked the guys) and cursing. We're grown but I don't want to hear that shit when I'm expecting services to be done, if it's amongst one another that's fine but if I can hear you THAT'S A PROBLEM. One side of car was vacuumed and the other side wasn't the 40 minutes I spent waiting ONE SIDE OF MY CAR WAS CLEANED. Unacceptable, I left I called and voiced my disappointment with the service received and was advised to please do a review ha!
