When I arrived, they let me know it would take a few hours, and I said I needed to go to the mall and they offered to drop me at the bus stop (now that's customer service!!) which I accepted. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!! If you are a student of UCF or a parent of someone attending UCF, beware…read moreof this location. The location is ideal but the service is atrocious. If you are getting tires or an alignment, maybe they do great. But my daughter's boyfriend took his car there to have his ABS light troubleshot and fixed. It says on their Google page that they specialize in this for the ABS system. The part isn't cheap at almost $2000 for his Kia Optima from Kia itself. They charged him almost $3500 for it. And that's just the part. After the work was done, the light remained on and they told him that they can't reprogram the unit to get rid of the light. I then sent him to my mechanic literally just down the street. They told me they can order the part for about $1900 and was price gouged. And they showed me how they didn't even replace the whole part, but instead separated it into two pieces to make their job easy and only replaced half of it. This is what they suspect is the reason for the dash lights remaining on. Now we are going to have to fight corporate to give a refund so we can take his car to a proper mechanic to get fixed. Their price to fix was $4,406.91 while my mechanic has an estimate with the part directly from the Kia dealership at $2,971.00 out the door. What a difference!!!
