Went into limp mode three times since I bought it...Valve cover and Oil filter housing/cooler was leaking. Had to get a upgraded part, no wonder they have a fresh air freshener in there. Over $2200 in repairs in less than a year. Just be careful, and ask if you could take the car home and drive it for a day before buying. Don't buy anything anywhere without testing everything out and taking it to your mechanic first!!!

Living in Pennsylvania, almost six hours away, we were hesitant to make the drive. My husband called Jeff and our fears were put to rest. Jeff was completely professional. He was not at all your stereotypical, pushy used car salesman. He was a pleasure to do business with. After placing a hold deposit, we made the trip down to look over the vehicle. The truck looked just as advertised online. There was no false advertising! A mechanic made the trip with us and took the truck out on an extended test drive. Our mechanic looked the truck over (top to bottom, front to back) trying to find a reason to NOT buy the truck. Consequentially, the only flaw was a cracked a/c condenser. Following the test drive, we brought this issue to Jeff's attention. We could tell by his demeanor that Jeff was genuinely unaware of the issue with the condenser. Negotiations were very simple. Jeff was a reasonable and fair man to do business with. The negotiations were complete and the price was finalized before we even left our home. There were no surprises! However, Jeff agreed to negotiate a fair refund for the cost of repair for the condenser. Receiving the refund was no issue at all and timely. We cannot say enough good things about Jeff and BrookBank Auto Exchange, LLC. We would definitely encourage and recommend friends and family to do business with them. I first spoke with Lee the sales manager over email and he put me in touch with Mark for a test drive and to answer any questions. I was apprehensive because I hadn't driven stick in well over a decade, and Mark (nor anyone else there) never once made me feel uncomfortable and was so generous and patient with me relearning on the spot. I fell in love with the car, and started all the paperwork to make it happen. Their finance guy Randy was also so wonderful to work with, and was so genuinely kind and understanding with any concerns I had before finalizing the deal. If it weren't for Mark and Randy's notable patience and customer service, I think I might've walked just because I didn't have a lot of time to decide. Even with that knowledge, neither Randy nor Mark ever pressured me into deciding. Once I did agree to the deal, they didn't try to force a bunch of extras down my throat like most dealerships have and made the process very easy and painless. I came the next day to take delivery and continued to receive the same level of customer service and kindness as I expected, and Mark took lots of time to go out of his way to answer questions he wasn't sure about and make sure I was happy before leaving. A few days after purchase, I noticed some issues with the car and ended up taking it to Bob King Kia for diagnostics since it's a Kia. They discovered a pending check engine code related to the O sensors and replaced both sensors. The invoice showed the repair would have been around $850, but thankfully they covered it and I did not have to pay. I want to be very clear about something: the people I dealt with were great. Billy at Bob King Kia was very helpful and reassuring when this all started. Randy at Bob King Mazda was also great to work with. But the real MVP was Josh in the Mazda service department. Even when things were confusing behind the scenes, he stayed patient, explained things clearly, and treated me with respect the entire time. His people skills alone would make me consider returning. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle while the issue was being addressed, which I deeply appreciated and absolutely made a stressful situation easier. That said, I do have some concerns that I think future buyers should be aware of. When I first purchased the car, the coolant was extremely low and the engine air filter was completely clogged with debris. It was obvious those things hadn't been checked before the vehicle was sold. That's what ultimately led me to discovering the other issue in the first place. After 10 days of diagnostics and repairs, the jerking sensation I initially noticed while decelerating is still present, although it is not nearly as severe as before. The explanation I received was essentially that the vehicle has over 100k miles and sometimes cars just have their own "personality." Maybe that's true, but as a first-time buyer, I was hoping for a clearer mechanical explanation. To be fair, the dealership did step up and handle the emissions issue at no cost to me, and they treated me respectfully throughout the process. I genuinely appreciate that. However, I would strongly recommend that the dealership implement a more thorough mechanical inspection process on used vehicles before they're sold. A quick inspection by a technician could likely catch things like low coolant, clogged filters, or pending codes before a customer drives off the lot. At the end of the day, the staff treated me well and the issue I didn't know about was addressed. But as someone who spent their entire savings on their first car purchase, this experience was definitely stressful and could have been prevented with a more thorough pre-sale inspection. For now, I'm hopeful everything continues running well. Time will tell. And as a first-time buyer who learned a lot through this experience, I'll definitely be paying very close attention going forward.

So, I needed a new key. I knew that there was something wrong with my key. A young man comes out, introduces himself as Z'Kwan and says quietly that my key is fake and invites me into the office. Another gentleman is seated behind a desk-Chris. Chris hasn't even seen the car, yet he starts with the story of "this is the worst thing ever in history-recall with no remedy! Price tag for the key $1,000" I just came from the airport. I have luggage, a cat. The recall with no remedy is repeated to me like a broken record over the next twenty minutes. Chris pulls out a piece of paper and starts his sales pitch-monthly payments, pro's and cons, features. I keep declining. Chris shows $345 payment and we go for a test drive. The car is Kia Forte 2019. Chris leaves the room, comes back with papers and announces "I am reading direct from CarFax-no accidents!" He doesn't show me CarFax. Later the CarFax is one thing missing from my envelope with sales paperwork. I manage to get a copy from the dealership and the dealership employee signature is not Chris, not Z'Kwan or the sales manager. It is some other employee. Chris also tells me that extended warranty is included in the price. The finance manager keeps covering up the papers and prevents me from reading or asking anything yelling that she has to leave. I sign and Chris suddenly calls my name as I am loading things in the car and as I turn around camera flashes. He took a shocked face picture of me by the car-no permission requested. I drive home (live in California at the time) and the first repair $1200 less than a week after arrival. I parked too close to the curb scratching front bumper. The shocker is as I drive on expressway loud explosion sound and something flies from underneath the car. All the lights come on the dashboard. I drive to my local Kia service and told that inspection which is not included $280, and shocker-extended warranty service contract DOES NOT COVER REPAIR! I call Bob King Mazda from my local Kia and Chris says "I told the customer the repair isn't going to be covered" into the speaker phone. Liar! Cheater! Fraudster! Save your money! When I mentioned this to the same front desk lady, she insisted the noise had always been present, completely unaware that the mechanics had already explained the situation to me--one even mentioned he knew it would be an issue. Since it wasn't my fault, I suggested I would buy the belt myself and asked if they could install it for free since they caused the fluid issue. Unsurprisingly, her rude response was that they wouldn't do anything for free, and she hurried off to find someone to address my concerns. When she returned, she stated that they would install the belt for free but would no longer work on my truck. At that moment, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I don't even need them to replace the belt for free; their attitude and lack of customer service were unacceptable. It's important to note that I had previously had them replace a valve cover on my Nissan and was completely satisfied. Today, before this issue had occurred, I inquired about repairs for my Ford Expedition. They also did a "complimentary" oil change, but I know there was pink residue (coolant) in the oil reservoir as I saw it with my own eyes. I also noticed 4 spark plugs had liquid residue coming from them before I took it in. I picked up the car towards the end of business hours. Driving home, I noticed my air conditioning was only blowing hot air. When I got home, I also noticed the hole in my bumper where my tow cap should be. I took the car back at 8am this Saturday morning thinking they would have the tow cap and just have to reconnect the compressor harness or a vacuum hose forgotten after installing the new fuel injection. They told me to call the tow company myself and now want more money for a new AC compressor that wasn't a problem when I went in. THIS is the EXACT type of business I would expect from the horrible company Eurohaus! They wanted to nickel and dime me too as every problem fixed just turned into a new problem. I'm beginning to think it IS Audi and not just my one time experience with EuroBahn. I explained the situation to a service technician at Audi of Greensboro, NC and there was nothing but the compressor was not part of the problem. I just didn't understand how I can bring my vehicle in with zero air conditioning issues and walk out with no air conditioning at all and it's my fault. The AC didn't work when I left so wouldn't the compressor have gone bad during the 3 days they had the car? Why was the compressor not checked on the final look over? Why was I not informed the air conditioning didn't work while going over my itemized bill? Does Audi not check everything or even simple things like working AC during one of the hottest years when the work is finished? Now, my AC doesn't work and I have a hole in my bumper which just took my trade-in/resale value down over $1,000 dollars. Brian in service was polite and empathetic - always good service. Had Tia (sp) work my deal and was patient with how many vehicles I wanted to see and test drive. We spent a bunch of time going back and forth on available options. Needed to hit the target features my wife wanted, something I liked and for a fair price. Manager treated me fair on my trade and the deal. Finance guy was fair and knew all of the details of their program. Tia was on it with the same. Everyone was patient, polite and friendly. There about 4 hours but they offer you water and snack. Left happy and cruising in something we really like. Nothing like a Cadillac! Nice job Flow!

ROBBIE CASPER Was amazing they showed me where it had been like that but apparently the car dealership I bought it from had rigged it to where it was barely holding on Robbie went and got clips that originally were missing from my car out of his garage and put them on my car to make the piece stay in place. They didn't charge me anything and was so nice. They did not have to do that but they have no idea how that wonderful gesture and taking care of something that no one else would and they didn't do might I add, changed my whole day! Very grateful for good people
