My brakes were squeaking and they said they did not have my brake pads in stock, were able to order them and received them next day. He also mentioned that he didn't feel comfortable to install off market pads on my vehicle. The seating area is clean and tidy, they have a coffee machine, water cooler, and a vending machine for sodas if you desire. The service is great, the prices are extremely reasonable. I will return for future vehicle needs.

Instead, I left with approximately $800 in damage. They chemically etched my headlights, gouged the paint protection film on my hood, chipped my infotainment screen, and somehow still couldn't even properly clean the wheels. When I returned, I was repeatedly told to come back later or the next day. After obtaining repair estimates, I simply asked for a refund and either reimbursement or their insurance information. Instead, I was told I was being "aggressive," ordered to leave, threatened with the police, and refused their insurance information. Rather than take responsibility, they chose to stonewall a customer whose vehicle they damaged. Now they'll have to deal with it through the legal system.
