I use to go to a dental office in Gardena where Dr Tounian use to work out, fast forward a few years now and I'm back with Dr T. At the end of the day, the loyalty is what brought my son and I back. Dr Tounian is honest, he's friendly, he's personable, and knowledgeable. All you want in a dentist. He treats his customers/patients like family. He's remove my teeth before (he doesn't do that anymore), so I trust the Sparr Heights Dental group with my dental needs. Dr Pezeshkian is also their onsite oral surgeon if you need your teeth removed! The location is perfect, tons of parking, street parking and in a nice part of northern Glendale by Montrose. Dr Arvin Tounian a N d his whole staff are amazing. I had a sore jaw and what it thought was a cavity or cracked tooth all weekend. I send them an email at 2:00 in the morning to see if I could get an appointment on Monday morning. Dr Tourian texted me and sent me an email if I could be there first thing in the morning at 8:00. I got there they brought me in, x-rayed and scaned it and said it was a sinus infection but referred me to a specialist just to make sure it wasn't a root canal, which it wasn't so I was all set with antibiotics. However, even if you don't live in the neighborhood they are SO worth the drive. From the front desk, to the hygenists to the dentists they are AMAZING...so nice, so warm, so welcoming. I recently switched my dentist (no shade, they just retired) and the transition could not have been more seamless. The staff here are wonderful and the doctor (I had Dr. Toonian, sp?) has amazing reclining-chair-side manner. I didn't get elevator pitched on any unnecessary items and he explained exactly what was up in my mouth. In the end, I only did a cleaning and we're keeping an eye on this one cheeky cavity that isn't bothering me yet, but I'll definitely be back.
