So far, this is the best Pizza I've had in the Cockeysville/Timonium area, and I pretty much tried all of the top rated Pizza spots in the area. The dough has a perfect balance of soft and crispiness, the sauce is sweet and savory, and the toppings are fresh. Customer service was friendly, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. Stopped in based on a recommendation from work colleagues. The location is easy to find as it sits right off of York Rd and displays a visible sign. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and it was very good, as a matter of fact possibly one of the best i've ever had. The sub roll that it was served on made it but there was plenty of perfectly cooked and seasoned chicken and the toppings I asked for like the lettuce and tomato were fresh. The only negative that I took note of was that the hot peppers could have more kick. The staff was prompt to greet and take my order and they are following the social distance and pandemic guidelines. This was my first time ever ordering or eating from here at all. It was super easy to order delivery, but everything sounded so good! I decided on tiramisu and a cheesesteak with some fries! if I could give 10 stars I would do so. As a customer, there is service is exceptional. The only lady at the front is always there with a smile on her face knows exactly what you're coming in for is so attentive and just incredible. My daughter is in the service industry and every time she goes in there she tips the girl at the cashier, it's certainly not requirement, and I'm sure a lot of people don't, but she just leaves that good impression on the business before we could even talk about the food. We have ordered from this restaurant a handful of times, because to be quite honest with you I forgot they were there, the food is top-notch the help or more than what is expected, but the taste is out of this world. Their cheesesteak subs have no fat on them and they literally melt in your mouth. The pizza has exceptional taste to it always cooked well looks good and the sauce is never too much. The fact that they sell slices is another reason why I like this place because nobody else sells slices anymore and their prices are so reasonable. Their deals make it almost impossible not to order from there on the regular no from a business standpoint when I first moved back here I had to DoorDash to try to make ends meet and I would get quite a few orders from this place. We were staying at a local hotel as we were heading home from NOLA. Late night order. They got the food to us very quickly via online ordering. The pizza was good, but being New Yorkers, we're a bit harder to please when it comes to pizza. We ordered some wings. They were nothing to rave about. One star off. The salad was fresh and they had delicious ranch dressing, so that was nice. My husband also ordered a cheesesteak from there. Again, nothing to rave about, but it wasn't anything that caused you to spit it out into a napkin. Overall, the food is okay and the prices were average. I doubt we will ever be in that area ever again, so going back is likely a no, but not because of anything they did. OVER this place. The first time I ordered from them I got a 10 piece wing, the wings were cold, and barely had any sauce on them. Tonight I gave them another chance & ordered the same, 10 piece, mild wings with fries and soda. The wings were disgusting! Cold, barely any sauce AGAIN, but this time they were also weird smelling and tasting, like they were old and sat for days and then when I bit into the second wing it was black and grey and just looked rancid! This place is good, not great. Quality of food is on par with a typical takeout joint - fries are fat but not very warm or crispy, sandwiches are heavy on filler but overall have good flavor. Chicken Ceasar Wrap had too much lettuce instead of chicken. Spartacus panini had great flavor, but was clearly not put in a panini press or heated up all together. I ordered a 12" cheeseburger sub and a 6 piece hot wings, two things that should be a piece of cake for any Pizza & Sub place, right? WRONG. The cheeseburger was absolutely disgusting. Im not sure what type of meat they used, but it was grey and seemed like it was steamed and/or boiled. Probably prepped days ago. Didn't spent a single second on any kind of grill or griddle, simply no char like any good burger should have. It was also seasoned sort of like meatloaf? Couldnt finish more than a couple bites. Came with a side of fries which was the only thing I could eat, but even that wasn't great. You could tell the oil hasn't been changed since the place opened. Now for 6 wings. They seemed to be either boiled (???) and finished in the oven or maybe microwaved? Not sure, but lacking the taste and crisp of a proper deep fried wing.
