I love this square pizza!! My favorite is black olive pizza but they have lots of options. I've been coming to this location for years! I moved to the west coast but every time I come back to visit family I have to get this pizza! The boneless bbq wings are among the best I've ever had. It's a small place in the corner of a shopping center and we used to eat in but now when I visit I always get carry out. If you're in Maryland and like pizza give this place a try. We love the pizza. The packaging? Not so much. This seems pretty basic to put the same parchment used under the pizza over the cheese. The pineapple pizza with extra cheese was a little undercooked as well. Not a big deal since I have a air fryer but generally I don't like to re-cook what I paid for unless it's a leftover. This note is about miscommunication and misunderstanding. My daughter enjoys Ledo's Pizza, so after two weeks at TU I picked her up for dinner and went to the Cockeysville location. The waitress had a heavy accent, but seemed to understand English. She was the only server I saw for the three occupied tables, so perhaps she was feeling overwhelmed. My daughter ordered chicken pizza and cheesy bread; I ordered a Greek salad with lemon wedges, and seasoned fries (a small order, which the waitress said only came in one size, in spite of the menu). She did not write the order down, but relied on her memory. When the appetizers came, the bread was fine, but the fries had bacon and cheese on it. When I pointed out that I ordered seasoned fries, the waitress argued with me that the bacon is what I ordered . I pointed to the item in the menu, and she stopped arguing and removed the cheese fries. She came back in a few minutes with the pizza and the salad, and seven plain fries with no seasoning. I asked for seasoning for the fries, the lemon wedges that were missing from the salad, and a drink refill. She came back with old bay seasoning, but no drink, and no lemon slices. This was the last time she came to the table. By that time, we were the only occupied table. The food was fine, and although the chicken pizza was unlike the ones at other Ledo's that my daughter has tried, we enjoyed the meal. I was unhappy about being ignored and abandoned by the server. At the end, I went up to the counter to get my check and pay the bill. The server did notice that the pizza was mostly uneaten, and gave us a box without prompting. We will be visiting Ledo's again, but only at other locations. Mistakes are human, happen in the normal course of a day, and are never a problem. Arguing about the order, forgetting some parts of the order after being reminded, and avoiding the table are not acceptable. read more

Got two Italian salads with house dressing for lunch this afternoon. Having previously been certified for a food handling certificate several decades in a row, I feel like I'm in a position to say people did not wash their hands, the produce or something. Within 2 hours we were both stricken with food poisoning. This was a "no doubt about it" situation, as the only things we consumed today was from this Ledo. I was really craving pasta but was very disappointed. The chicken broccoli Alfredo tasted like something out of the freezer section. The chicken inside is not good! I also ordered a side of cheese bread. The sauce it comes with was very delicious. The ravioli appetizer was extremely spicy. I don't mind spice and the description said spicy BUT the amount of it was too much . Overall I spent almost $30 to only enjoy the bread and not eat the rest. Next time I'll only get pizza read more

Ledo Pizza may just be the very first pizza I ever ate, at Ledo's original location inside the Fireside Inn in College Park more than 50 years ago. To this day, Ledo still is my most favored pizza in the entire world and it is as good as it ever was. The crust is incredibly thing, slightly crispy, and tender. The sauce has a slight but not cloying sweetness to it and the toppings always are good. My only complaint is the service at the Cockeysville location seems slow and I had to wait a considerable period twice, once waiting for a refill of my drink and then waiting for my payment to be picked up and a receipt issued. To be fair, the amount of business the store was doing did not justify adding more staff and I suspect that the waitress had "other duties as assigned," as we used to say in the Navy. read more

I LOVE Ledo pizza. I grew up eating rectangle thin pizzas from a nearby mom and pop place, and ever since they closed their doors, Ledo's is the most similar we can get. So even from this location, once we actually GET the pizza, it's damn good. Thin, crispy, toppings even, hot. However, this location has some of the worst service sometimes. I'm nothing but polite all of the time with service workers. I get it, it's not a very good job. Anyways - most of the time, our order is fine, and the worker even shows me the pizza when I go to pick it up, and they're friendly as can be on the phone. But the last time I was there with a friend from out-of-town, my friend ordered a pizza to pick up over the phone. The man hardly could understand her, and would not repeat the order. They said 45 minutes (it was one medium pizza), and we got there at 45. She paid and she could tell it was wrong because the price was too low, we had gotten several toppings and we could tell they didn't note them all. Oh well, we thought, we're already here and do we want to wait for them to make something all over again? So we sat on the bench for 15 minutes more while watching other people get mad and leave, oh and also watching a line cook in the back with super-long-gross-poofy hair with no hair net lean over pizzas. Ew. It wasn't busy at all in there. My friend asked after 15 minutes if it would be soon, and someone from the back pulled down a pizza from above the oven. "Has ours just been up there for a while now?" my friend asked. "No," the counter worker said, when it clearly had been up there and they just didn't tell us even though we were sitting right there. Then, when we looked at the pizza itself they put only two (out of the three ordered) of our toppings on half of the pizza, and I have no idea why. I heard her on the phone, she said nothing about "half" anything. The counter worker could see we were not happy but did nothing to rectify the situation, and considering we had already waited one hour for a medium pizza that we went to pick up, we just wanted to get out of there. I was embarrassed for having recommended the place. So, maybe on a good day you'll get your order just fine. But the Friday evening crew could not give less of a shit and it was such a turn off that I won't be going back in the foreseeable future. read more

I love spending my money with MD based restaurants but have been disabled for the last year and the only way for me to get your pizza would be via delivery. I love Ledo's and was so excited to have one close to our new house. After the customer service we received today, I will definitely not be back anytime soon. Drinks took 20 minutes to make it to our table, my pizza was missing a topping (that we were charged for) and a refill returned to me that was another customer's drink. As a server, I am generally understanding that not everyone has the best day when they are at work and can look past minor mistakes, but today was unacceptable. Ledo Pizza is my favorite chain pizza restaurant. In college I would travel far and long to get to the closest Ledo's. Unfortunately this specific Ledo's is incredibly unpredictable. Some days it is the same old recipe I know and love, and some days its is very doughy and the ratios of cheese/ sauce and crust are just not right. I have continued to go back always hoping that it will be an "on" day, but after today's experience I think it will be a little while until I am back at this location. read more

Had the 14 inch honey pepperoni pizza and 18 buffalo chicken wings w/ blue cheese. It was amazing, definitely the best pizza in town. We get it occasionally at work as well and always good. My only recommendation is perhaps ask for extra buffalo sauce on the side for the chicken wings. They weren't saucy enough to get your hands very messy but seemed like a tad more could have made it perfect. The amount of blue cheese they give you is incredible. They give you a huge circular container that is perfect for dunking your wings in. Plenty for two people. read more

Called at 10am to have pizzas delivered at 11:30 to our ofc 1.5 miles from their store. They told me that they could maybe deliver between 12 and 12:15 but couldn't guarantee due to only one delivery employee. I told them I would pick up the pizzas at 11:30 instead. The gentleman on the phone said he wasn't sure if he could have my food ready by 11:30. Seven pizzas with 90 minutes notice for a pizza place should not be so much work. read more

I love the pizza here, but the customer service was terrible. The young man that took my order seemed to be annoyed that I was eating in his establishment. FAVORITE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA! I was so excited that our gluten free pizzas were also in the trademark square shape. I ordered a white pizza with feta and basil and I wish I could eat it once a day. I absolutely loved their cheese and vegetable pizza with goat cheese, pineapple and apple toppings. My friend also loved their chicken wings and mozzarella cheese sticks. The best thing about their pizza is the thin crust, so you actually taste the pizza and its toppings and not just the dough like in some other pizza stores. The new owner was very nice and friendly and I would say since the change of the owner the quality of their food has really gone up. The ambiance of the store is cozy and they also have plenty of seating area, moderately clean, with two tvs and is a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy football. My family has been coming to Ledo Pizza for years...I think they have some of the best pizza and I also love their subs, but service here leaves much to be desired. One time my mother and I waited almost an hour for our food, while everyone who had come in after us had been served...and it's a small place, and it wasn't all that packed. Needless to say, she was a little discouraged. The next time I went back, I placed an order for pick up. I got there 15-20 minutes later to pick up my food and the person who had taken my order said they were sorry, they hadn't sent back part of my order. So I wait about another 20 minutes, turns out, he hadn't sent back my ENTIRE order and thought he only missed half, so after some of my order was completed after 20 some minutes, I had to wait for the rest of it...and it just didn't seem to phase him. He didn't seem to care at all. There were people in line waiting to be helped on, and he didn't even attend to them, but just threw them off onto someone else behind the counter. I think their service needs a little bit to be desired, sometimes it doesn't feel like they know what is going on, but the food is good...so...it's a tough call. read more

I have eaten Ledo"s pizza since 1959. The chain's recipe is different from the original restaurant. More interested in turnaround time than quality. I took my family out for their website advertised "kids eat free" promo on Wednesday, and was informed that the restaurant doesn't honor that promotion. The manager said that the ad was from the previous franchisee two years ago. When I asked him why he hadn't updated his website in two years, he offered 10% off. Unacceptable!
