I ordered this burrito fully expecting bold, savory chorizo, fluffy eggs, maybe some spice, maybe some life. What I got instead was a tortilla filled with what can only be described as warm bean water. Not beans. Not chorizo. Not eggs. Just... essence of bean. It was astonishingly bland. Like the seasoning simply clocked out and went home. At first bite, I genuinely thought something was wrong with the jalapeños -- there was this odd earthy flavor that made me wonder if they hadn't been washed. But no. It was just that same thin, watery bean taste soaking into everything and erasing any hope of flavor. And the salsa? Somehow even more disappointing. It tasted old and just as bland, which felt almost impressive. We ordered on a Sunday morning -- prime breakfast time -- so there's absolutely no reason this should have tasted tired and neglected. If you are craving a real breakfast burrito with actual flavor, save yourself the heartbreak. This was not it. Not even close.

Overall I give this place a five star. Parking can be an issue if you park right in front of the store just because the gas station is right there and when is busy and can be a pain trying to get out. But the food is delicious. Highly recommend!!!

Some restaurants will make theirs chunky which ruins it for me but I enjoyed the thin sauce they had. Bean and cheese was great. I did not get much flavor from the Loroco but I am not en expert on that taste and overall it was a solid cheese papusa. *Chilaquiles These were bangin!! The fried tortilla was thick and crispy! The flavor of lime was heavy which I love and the egg was fried hard which I personally prefer to the runny. The crema was flavorful and creamy. The beans were flavorful. And *Baleadas Chicken "Fresh flour tortilla, scrambled eggs, fresh cheese, sour cream, refried beans and avocado"- because we were so full, we got this to go and ate it at home. This was really tasty, seasoned very well and a great option for those who don't like corn tortillas. We're planning on getting this next time we go to the nursery down the road! Service was friendly, attentive and quick! A really sweet girl helped us out I didn't catch her name but she offered to give us table service opposed to the pay-at-the-counter service. The inside of the cafe style restaurant was a true urban Latin style vibe cage and the mural of the blue waters was pretty. My critique is that the hallway near the bathroom could use a little livening up and maybe a repaint as there was lots of black marks on the door/walls which made it feel less welcoming/ unkept. The bathroom itself was clean and well kept as it was just a single stall.

The team is very polite and ensure your food and made to order. The restaurant does give you authentic Central American vibes. There is plenty of seating to have a medium to large party. Most customers in my experience tend to order take-out during the hours I visit. I do recommend the burritos, quesadillas, soups, horchata, and fine assortment of pastries. Overall they hit the mark at 4 out of 5. Definitely give them a try. I did eat the sopa de res the next day so the glass container is what I transferred it too along with the rice. En general, alcanzaron la marca en 4 de 5. Definitivamente, pruébalos.

We moved from Columbia to Elkridge five years ago and I have passed this food truck every morning…read moreand night going to work. They always have customers in line be in 9 in the morning or 6 in the evening. I see a lot of work trucks pulling in with 3 or 4 guys getting out to get a meal. I kept saying we needed to stop there...and finally I did! Guys, it's so good. On my first visit, I wanted to try both the chicken and beef tacos (for two people) so I asked for one plate of each. Got one container with two of each variety, which was more than enough for us ($12 cost). We liked the flavor of the beef more than the chicken although both very good. The fresh lime half they provide really brightens up the meat. The tortillas seem like they are homemade. The green sauce is a little fiery so use caution. The second time I went, it was just for me but I was craving those beef tacos so I got three ($10 cost). I struggled to eat them all but they are so good!! They have other items like chicken, fajita, carne asada, burritos, etc. So swing by sometime and enjoy something really tasty!

The wait was really long but it's understandable because there were a lot of orders and looks like they make everything fresh. You pay when your order is ready. Not sure if they're cash only but everyone seemed to pay with cash. They also have Zelle. I got the bean and cheese pupusas, which you can get in orders of 3 (for $10) or 4. The portion for the price was pretty good imo. They came out piping hot--even when I was almost done eating them, the last piece was still so hot! The pupusas were crisp and surprisingly not oily. The filling was cheesy and soft. The curtido was crunchy but not the best I've had. Sauce was great too, except I wish they had containers for it, because it spilled everywhere in the tray and made the bottom pupusa soggy. I'm not an expert, but these were some of the best pupusas I've had! If you're willing to wait, definitely try this place out.
