And our line brake handles would would tear into the eisenglass in the dodger and eventually tore them. Chris came out, did some measurements and consulted with their seamstress live to come up with some ideas. For a reasonable price and within a few days, the mainsail cover was extended to fit perfectly (including moving two flaking line holes) and the dodger windows were replaced and two little "hats" added so the brakes can operate freely.

When I asked why he said that "if we mess up there's no way we could refund you a new one or get one back to you in time". I clearly was confused as to why his first thought was they it would get messed up. Then he said that the machines could mess it up and it wouldn't be enough time to get a new one. I relayed to him that I was coming with 6 weeks anticipation. So either they don't have reliable machines or their work is not up to standard. Makes sense since they don't have very recent reviews on the internet. Will definitely recommend friends and family elsewhere. I wanted to support local and this is their business model? Let's see how long that stay in business if they are not doing small jobs due to the unreliability of their machines or their knowledge. Seems that they are going back to a few years ago with terrible reviews here.

They also typically do not do embroidery for a one unit order, but he made the exception, which was really wonderful of him as I needed my medical school white coat embroidered and there aren't many places for embroidery in Marin County. I also got my coat back the following Monday. It was a very quick turnaround. I would highly recommend using Diaz Screen Printing and Embroidery!
