They were very polite, friendly, and professional when discussing scheduling, they had to reschedule once due to team locations and I had to reschedule once due to time constraints on my side. They were flexible with me and always awesome. The cleaning took longer than scheduled but it was a big house/job. There were a few minor touch ups, most were taken care of during the walk through. While the team did do a good job with our move out clean and Terri was very friendly at the time of scheduling, we felt very misled and taken advantage of. We've had the house deep cleaned before and I usually pay for a certain number of "man hours" for cleaning which has in the past been 4-6. So when we were quoted for four people per hour and if it went over it would be in 5 minute increments, I made the assumption it would be roughly the same as in the past. Misleading, however, I will take the blame here for not clarifying the quote. When the cleaners arrived, on time, my husband let them in and when they said 2.5 hours he assumed that's what we'd worked out. Again, we will take the blame for the miscommunication here. They brought 5 people and cleaned for 3 hours without getting our authorization. We had a back and forth conversation with about 5 phone calls to Erica, and at the end of it I felt she'd basically given us the middle finger. We ended up paying over $400 to clean a 1400 square foot house when we'd been led to believe it would be half that amount (which was the quote I had received from competitors). In the end, it was if I ordered a cheeseburger, but they went back to the kitchen and cooked a filet mignon and forced me to pay for it. read more

Tim, the owner, and his wife came today to clean our windows. They are both very hard working and friendly, but not friendly to the point that it impacts their work. When they were finished, our windows were sparkling clean. Our home is just over 3000 sq. ft. They were in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Tim walked though when they had cleaned all the windows to check for any streaks. He found a few and they attacked them right a way. They are an amazing team! I forgot to mention, I got pricing from 4 different companies and their prices were the best. I just don't think you can beat the kind of service they gave us this morning. Also, it rained at our home this afternoon and I texted Tim to let him know there are a few exterior windows that will need to be touched up. He responded right away and said he will take care of them. I highly recommend them and they also own a cleaning service that you can hire for one time clean, weekly, monthly, or bi-weekly, or for move-ins or move outs. I had a Move-in clean of my new house and it went very well. My Move-out cleaning of the old house was going well until the very end. I knew that I had left toilet paper and a couple other items in the bathrooms, intentionally, as we had a few days of still using the house so supplies were full. As the service was wrapping up and they were loading their van, I used the bathroom before leaving too. My items were gone! I went to the van and one worker had one of my translucent garbage bags with my items and strategically moved the bag out of my view as she saw me staring at my belongings. Amazing!!! Our house has NEVER looked this good! Walls and doors I thought we would have to repaint were cleaned so well they no longer need paint! They cleaned things I didn't even know were dirty!! All this time I thought my fan lights were an off-yellow...nope ...crystal clear!!! We have 5 dogs and 4 kids so our house was no easy task. It was seriously like walking into a brand new house after the team was done! Team 11 with Allison arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment. I walked through and let them know the areas that I needed to have cleaned, and to avoid some dirty dishes in my kitchen sink. They were all very polite! When I came back, boy was I surprised! Unfortunately, I did not communicate to her some specific jobs I wanted done, and they were outside of what I originally ordered. I didn't realize my mistake until the job was almost over. This is a sham outfit that deserves zero stars. We agreed on a 4 woman crew for 3 hours 160 USD per I knew this was going to be a disaster when the dispatcher botched the appointment and made me travel out to Elmirage from Scottsdale for nothing only to return the next day. 140 wasted miles only to have them show up 45 minutes late. A crew of 3 showed up instead of 4 and from the little I could communicate with them they told me not to worry they would work faster. I knew this team 5 were amateurs in training Special Ops my ### I guess dispatch played me for a fool and sent me some trainees. They were supposed to concentrate on walls and flooring for this rental I was turning over. I left and came back close to the 3 hour mark only to find them still in the 2 bathrooms and 1 was wiping down the fridge with nothing else done. The walls and floors had been untouched the blinds were as is and they were supposed to be done ! I told them to drop what they were doing after one of them broke a light fixture in my bathroom ( with no attempt from management to compensate or discount me on BTW) and to move on to walls and floor in the extra hour I ended up eating. The crew was so lazy and inexperienced 2 began bickering with each other. I was so fed up I was inclined to toss the them out and flick the check behind them chalking it up to lessons learned A manager showed up from another area and she was the only bright spot in the whole mess apologizing to me for the lousy service and helping the amateurs get through the hour. In 4 hours I never saw a mop the floor remained dirt and the walls as is I don't know what I spent 480 dollars on to this day. Don't waste your time with these crooks you will regret it read more

They were scheduled to be at my house at 8:00AM and arrived at 7:40AM, which was perfect! They did a great job cleaning both inside and out, and the sun screens. There was even one screen that was difficult to get clean and Tim went back to the office to get a different cleaner for the stubborn dirt/stain. Well done job! The Seller moved and we wanted a full house cleaning. Calling from California I got a gal on the phone by the name of Diane that promised the world for 800.00. The fool that I am, or perhaps naive, went with her promises. We moved in and it's been 8 weeks and I am still finding filth that they did not clean. These people took full advantage of people not being the house when the cleaners were here. They never bothered to check the cleaners work. One cleaner broke a blind and of course Diane caulked it up to the sun, told me they would 'call their blind people' .... never happened. This company is horrible and dirty. Beware! read more

My elderly parents had to sell their home to move into an independent living facility. I live out of state and wanted to help them anyway I could.
