After Mike opened up one of my drives, he saw that the previous shop had caused irreversible damage. However, the good news was he was able to recover a portion of the drive which was not as damaged. The second drive had better luck and was able to be fully recovered. Communication was excellent in person, by phone, and through email. Mike was able to provide live updates and walked me through any questions/concerns I had.
