A&J gave me a fair and extremely competitive quote so I selected them to execute my repairs. After beginning my repairs, I received a phone call from A&J notifying me that the price of my repair was actually going to be cheaper than my initial quote. A part needed for my repair was less expensive than anticipated and they were kind enough to pass that savings to me. In addition to the great savings, the work done was also quite good. This is 30 plus years in automotive repair and service speaking to you. A few issues to start; first, the whole time I felt like I was bothering them, as if they didn't want me there. I had told them about my time frame which i thought we understood, and ended up having to walk home. they didn't even offer a porter to give me a ride. when I got to the truck tonight, i found it in disarray, the key was not hidden as requested, it was under a paper that was clearly concealing the key. Further there was broken plastic and still glass in the back of the truck. The previous back glass I had in the truck had a small hardware kit on it that was mine to hold it in. This was not returned to me. What's worse, the back lift gate was unlocked and open! Fortunately for me, bojax is off the beaten path and no one noticed this. I was going to let all of the above slide, and simply not recommend the place and not take my other two cars there that needed some body work. simply take my business else where because, while the hardware kit and service didn't matter in the grand picture it shows they are a dirty business that will do underhanded things (keep in mind their price was 300 dollars over the next closest bid, however the time they claimed they could do the job is why I went) When I got home, opened my lift gate, the ;lift gate wiring harness and interior trim came down, it was never put back. the broken plastic? that was parts broken off my wiring harness!!! I am the one who finished the job! NOT BOJAX. I will get with ford in the morning to make sure all things are mounted correctly, however this is appalling. 30 plus years experience speaking here; this is a violation of state law, and more than one, YES report this to the state if it happens to you. Yes, if your car is at Bojax demand it be taken some place else. Do not go here for any reason. I know a bad shop when I see them, this is one of the bad ones.

It's a long drawn out story to describe how great these people were. If you don't want to read on,…read morejust know they really are on your side, and not in bed with the insurance companies. They constantly looked out for my bests interests and battled my insurance (Progressive -yuck). Not only would I recommend them, but the guy who hit my car drove a 110K Mercedes, and he recommended them to me. The bigger story: I was in an accident (fault was the other guys) where I was side swiped into a median, so both sides took damage, 1 tire had to be replaced, and 3 rims. I drive a Saab (2011 model at that) so I knew repairs would take a while. What I didn't expect was what a cheap pain in the ass my insurance company would be. The adjuster tried to cut every corner they could. Progressive didn't have the 2011 Saab in their parts database, so the adjuster tried to get away with parts from a 2009 (a totally different model). The lady behind the desk (her name escapes me) was always very pleasant to work with, and never held back on telling me how Progressive was making things difficult, she even had proof. She explained things to me very well and I gave her my full permission to continue sticking it to Progressive because this car means a lot to me and I wanted it done right. On the day the car was finally ready (several weeks had gone by - I missed it dearly) Progressive gave us one last "screw you" and didn't pay for my $1,000 deductible, even though the other driver was at fault. They helped me print out the police report (Progressive claims they couldn't get their hands on the police report after 6 weeks) and let me print it out from their desk. In the end, they let me drive away, even though they were owed $1,000 still (which progressive will end up paying - eventually). These guys were very pleasant to work with, really knew their stuff (my car looks great, and I'm a very picky car guy) and as I said earlier, there's zero doubt in my mind they weren't looking out for my bests interests this whole time. They were absolutely on my side (not in bed with Progressive) and they've earned a customer for life as a result. As an added bonus, after learning what a nightmare Progressive was to work with from their side, I asked her which insurance providers were pleasant to work with, and she gave me a list I am now using to price shop for a new insurance company.
