I'm old school and like to know that my traded in devices are received by a Verizon colleague. Longer than anticipated wait, multiple customers engaged with colleagues through the duration of my visit (approximately 30 minutes). Two colleagues working in front of customers but not engaging customers; this is not a good look when customers are waiting. Colleagues seemed to break engagement with customers multiple times during their time in the store.

He went to the same Verizon store and they wouldn't help him and instead told him to take his brand new (phone purchased at that location) to an Apple store. He was confused and frustrated but finally managed to get to Apple, and they fixed his phone. My dad, who lives alone and has no land line, was left out in the cold with a bad phone by the same people whole were glad to take his money one week ago but weren't willing to switch phones or otherwise help. I wish we had just gone to the Apple store to get our phone.

They both pale in comparison to Wow. Wow is reliable, somewhat cheap, and fast. AT&T wasn't reliable and Spectrum cost way too much money. Honestly, though, I wish there were other options. I hate paying nearly $100 a month just for internet when most countries in the world give it free to their people.

No. You must start the process over again. Is there something wrong with an 800 number with a callback option during normal business hours? Xfinity had the same business model and I just ended up successfully using my Visible hot spot. Sure I like using my smart devices at will. And I barely remember how to use a light switch with my smart plugs but 90 minutes to cancel service is ridiculous. I also got the feeling that the agent was on multiple chats at once. Please dont refer to me as a valued customer. If I was valued, it would be easier to interact with you. And i wanted service canceled at the end of the month and told them so. Today was a perfect example as I called to review my plan and make adjustments. My call was answered quickly and within 5 minutes I had the answers I needed. They have in more recent years tried to monetize a ridiculous feature or two, but a quick call from an old customer always seems to work out equitably. They have been extremely reliable. They have always been extremely responsive even when I let them know there is no hurry. They keep up on the technologies available. I can not think of a reason to not use them for your hosting. The only reason I ever did not use them for hosting is when an existing client insists on using another and that is a PITA for me I must say. I have been spoiled by OWH.

So, on two separate occasions, we waited around for them to come and upgrade us and both times they got here and said they couldn't do it. Why? Because they didn't have fiber available in our area. So we called AT&T and they explained that we were on a hold list and would not be terminated. This was several weeks ago. This morning, without warning, we are without service because they terminated us. When we called and found this out we said we'll have to find a different service. They said "you do what's best for you." We aren't even sure we can be reinstated. Nice. No internet.
