I gave the SIM card number and the Serial number of the lost phone, and provided the correct answer to the security question. They still refused to verify it, and told me to call my credit card company to stop the automatic payments. Ridiculous and insulting on their part. They also tried to find out who my current carrier is, but I refused to say.

My wife and I have respectively been with US Cellular for 5 years between the two of us. We have…read morehad excellent service in the past, but lately it has been frustrating. We recently moved almost 6 months ago and wanted to keep using them. The closest store to us is over an hour away. The drive is tough to make when we both work around 40 hours a week. So if we have to drive we expect help. We are considering going back to the bigger companies because of the convenience and locality. Hate to do that because their customer service seems to be lacking as well, but what are we supposed to do? Continue to hope it will get better? I am sure we are probably one of a slight few that feel this way, but as a manager at retail store chain, I do my hardest to keep customers happy and satisfied... We are not happy nor satisfied. As someone who was getting their tv mounted for the first time he talked through all the decisions of height, tilt, and how to minimize wall damage in our rental with me and gave me his expert recommendations given the layout of our room. He also went above and beyond for wire concealment and mounted our AT&T and roku boxes and power strip to the back of our tv to ensure the mounting was sleek and most importantly safe with all cords out of reach for our baby! He was also very thorough with each step, allowed me to inspect it to make sure I was satisfied, and ensured he cleaned up before he left. Highly recommend Ivan and his team!
