Had a young boy, because he was no man by the way he acted trying to sell solar panels, come to my house yesterday in the Jockey Club area and couldn't comprehend the clues I gave him. I asked for a business card, so I didn't waste his time, but he never gave me one, so I decided to play his game and waste his time. He was very unprofessional and was itching to be rude (had told me multiple time "he didn't want or mean to sound rude"). First and foremost, on my door "No soliciting", then I told him, "I wasn't interested". After that I told him, "I had declined other solar panel companies that came through the neighborhood". After that told him, "I'm in the process of getting a new roof" (which is true). He finally got the clue, turned around to pout while heading back to his mini segway to go back to wherever he came from. It's really simple for any salesman to ask one question. "Are you interested in getting solar panels today or in the future"? If residence say No, then move on. You cover a lot more ground and not waste anyone's time in the process

The problem is they seem to be unregulated by Verizon corporate. TCC does not follow normal Verizon expectations and is in violation of a Verizon reseller contracts and they're outright rude and nasty about it. I came into the store to get a cell phone activated I just needed a new SIM card for my new cell phone that uses a smaller size SIM card. The first store I walked into let me know that she won't activate my phone without opening the lie because she needs to make commission. So I left the store and drove down to the newest TCC Verizon store off US1 where have you been at worst experience. I asked for a SIM card I was told it would cost me $20. I was very polite explain to him that the SIM cards are free Verizon gives them out for free by mail, website, in store. This guy became extremely combative for no reason at all. you then held the sign up to my face so close I couldn't read it and had to take it from his hands and hold it back so that I could read it. they do indeed charge for something they get for free from Verizon to satisfy Verizon customers since there are Verizon retailer. As I'm trying to leave the store this guy is yelling at me over the counter very loudly. He's telling me they do whatever they want I don't know how to read or what I'm talkin about I shouldn't even have Verizon as a service provider. I'm still trying to walk towards the door at this point and I'm still being yelled at which is very argumentative and combative guy. I actually had to tell him "hey, I'm trying to leave your store my foot has been out your door this whole time you're yelling at me. I hope you have a better day sir" I can use to walk out the door well that may continue to yell stuff at me so he can get the last word in it feel like you want an argument that I had no want or desire to be part of. In turn, I ended up in a Verizon corporate store for the service was incredibly polite very nice got me a SIM card no charge and waiting for my phone to update and do a test call. The corporate store did everything you'd expect a normal Verizon store to do. I highly suggest avoid it all TCC wireless stores! The service is not on par and when your salesman only care about commission it destroys the customer experience at the expense of the customer and the business itself. Shame on TCC for supporting this behavior.

We waited for quite some time and finally he attempted to move the number to the new phone. He didn't know what he was doing. We then went to a different Verizon store in Melbourne, Fl. Both stores in the Melbourne, Florida area were unable to help me move a phone number from 1 phone to another. I am very disappointed with Verizon Wireless. My daughter eventually was able to do it herself. Buyer beware!

We recently switched from another company to Smart City. I never had complaints about the previous…read moreprovider but Smart City has faster service and it's included in our HOA whereas the other service costed $130/mo for an ultimately much slower speed. My setup is unique compared to most because I have high tech equipment. The Smart City Reps, Joe and Chad, recognized this and told my wife they wanted to finalize everything with me to avoid negativity affecting my setup. When I got around to completing the switch in service. Joe and Chad were there within a day. They were prompt and easy to work with, just regular guys who liked helping people. There were a few physical modifications as well as technical changes that were necessary. They did so incredibly efficiently and quickly. Whether you're an HOA looking to make the change to fiber or if you're an individual who has an opportunity to make the switch, the service itself is great and reliable. On top of the technical value, the customer service is unparalleled. As stated, I received decent and acceptable customer support from my previous provider. However, Smart City, and especially Joe and Chad, managed to exceed an already acceptable level of customer service. I'm more than satisfied with Smart City, especially when factoring in Joe and Chad.
