Had an appointment for when the store opens at 11 this morning. Arrived early because the…read moreappointment email says to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Doors were closed, and nobody was inside. At 11:10 we called the stores phone number. Obviously no one answers, because it's a useless automated recording that won't direct you straight to the store itself. 11:15 comes around and this girl (employee) pulls up to the store, and says were we waiting to go inside. My mom explained that we had an 11 o lock appointment. The girl says sorry we're going to be closed today because our air conditioner is out. My mom's response was that we had an appointment, and that they should've at least put a sign on the stores door saying that they were going to be closed due to their problem. All the girl could say was sorry we just decided not to open just now. If you need anything she'll be working at the Kunia store today. Then she just left, and still no sign for the closure was put up. Fortunately for my family we knew that there is another store at the town center, so we went there. I'm giving two stars, because we never usually have problems at this location.
