I just baffles me how people are still at their jobs & have a horrible attitude. I went to make a payment & 1st. Let me just say that it's ridiculous to have a KIOSK & not take cash, then how do you have staff yet only 1 know how to work with cash. This afternoon I went to the Spectrum inside the Ontario Mills & this one Female Black Woman when asked if I can make a payment tell me "Oh I don't take cash & it's going to be a while" instead of her going inside to get another person. Finally another guy comes out & as I am paying tell me "oh i have no change unless you want to pay extra on your account. NO WHY WOULD I. Spectrum sucks. Everyday between 11:30-2:30 the internet is unstable and it cuts out constantly. The only reason that I gave 3 stars is because customer service gave us a new internet box twice, but it's still sucks. It should not be like this in this day and age. Got quick and easy service today at lunch time. There was only one other customer inside the rancho location today early afternoon. I added their new wifi 6e router to my account and let me tell you it makes a significant difference in my house. Getting over 500mbps down wirelessly and 20mbps upload speeds on their internet ultra package. Upgraded my ring cam too. Very happy with my internet only service. Thanks again for your help today. An amazing employee at Spectrum saved the day! I was getting frustrated in dealing with slow internet speed. I went on the Spectrum app to upgrade my Internet speed. App clearly states a +$20 / month up charge so I order it. I received a confirmation email with a +$40 / month charge. I jump on a chat with Spectrum and they state that the $40 is correct and sorry for the misunderstanding. There is no misunderstanding, the app is clear. So I cancelled the upgrade. read more

I made a payment over the phone and it was supposed to be for $104 and the worker accidentally charged for $200 and they said sorry we don't know how we can get you your money back. Fast forward 60 days and i get a notice that i owed $300 for unreturned equipment. Which i was never told i needed to return. On a hunch i had kept it. Montclair is extremely busy. Too many customers and not enough customer service representatives. They gave us incorrect equipment not once but TWICE- no remorse or follow up call to see if equipment was correct. Unethical employees here by the name of Jesus and Angel. My elderly mother came in to transfer her service from Fontana to Rancho since she recently moved. They decided to upgrade her to the fastest 1GB speed insisting thats what she needs to stream on her TV. She was at 100 MB but they insisted she needed 10x that speed. Great work taking advantage of elderly customers that aren't familiar with internet speeds. Crazy thing is that Jesus is the store manager and was coaching Angel on what to do. read more

Montclair store and phones didn't do it for me, so I checked out Rancho Cucamonga store and the employee Rene sealed the deal, super knowledgeable, and answered every question. He explained everything I asked and made me feel easy during the switch. I would 100 % recommend looking for Rene if you go to Rancho. read more

Spectrum mobile is not a good service and they totally lie on their tv add for 29.99 a month NEVER telling you NEW customers only and set me up with an upgrade and said I have 14 days from their shipping date to return well some days our mail isn't delivered. Multiple times I had a contractor or someone representing Spectrum show up for an appointment only to say they don't have the tools for the job and they would have to set up an appointment for another time! One of them being Fernando and his team. On the 4th visit where they we're actually able to do something the got the installation halfway set up and told me they'd be back tomorrow with the proper tools to finish the job but they left me hanging. BEWARE OF SPECTRUM!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE!! Their internet isn't very good and their cable service is even worse. We had their service during the three years of covid and it never worked. All Spectrum did was string us along and we had to pay a monthly payment for services that weren't working. We called customer service multiple times and we were told that we had to pay for the services that weren't working. Then once they had a technician come to our house to confirm that their was an issue with our services, and that Spectrum was at fault we would be reimbursed. Spectrum was also charging us for services that we never ordered. The technician confirmed that our services weren't working but we were never reimbursed the money we were told we would be refunded. In fact, Spectrum is charging us for two additional months for services that we didn't have. Spectrum is a mastermind of manipulating the customer and stringing you along, and then insulting you by offering you $20 to compensate you for over three years of ripping you off. read more

Came here on a Saturday to simply return a modem and get a receipt, because we had an issue before where we didn't get the receipt and the box was lost causing a huge headache. Two of the reps were already helping other people but there was one, named Matthew, who was literally standing there doing nothing. We told him we just need a receipt and he rudely tells us we don't need a receipt and we can just leave the modem on the desk. As we tried to explain what happened the last time we didn't get a receipt he rudely interrupted and told us was can sign in and wait. Again Matthew was doing absolutely nothing! After 30 minutes of waiting, Matthew can see we're visibly upset and comes to the area next to us and acts as if he's fixing the phones on display. That's when I asked for his name and his whole attitude suddenly changed and he had the nerve to apologize for the wait and ask if he can help us with anything as if he's not the one who literally wouldn't help and told us to sit and wait. I refused matthew's help because you could've done that when we first told you what we needed. Matthew came over to us at least 3 other times trying to apologize and I politely told Matthew to please just leave me alone. His coworker Jenny was absolutely AMAZING. And turns out we would've had an issue as that modem had already been removed from our account so as rude as Matthew was, he was also very wrong in saying we didn't need a receipt. So thankful for Jenny being kind, helpful, and understanding of why it was important for us to have that receipt. For the bad service spectrum already provides, you would think they'd have better customer service but nope, not when they hire people like Matthew. read more

I went to the Foothills Spectrum store and right away, Rene, a very patient young man, helped me set up my phone and helped me with features I would need right away. After hours on the phone with different representatives, they finally got it right. My neighbor had to walk in the store and show proof that he resides there in order to restore his service. I walked in to cancel part of my service, just the cable. Once you walk in, they have you register at the front kiosk. No biggie. Your name shows up on a monitor in the order of check ins. What irks me is that I'm #2 for about 20 mins. People who came in after me are seen first! They become #1 !and I'm still waiting. I'm not fuming yet. I FINALLY get to the customer service rep and let me tell you, his attitude is probably the worst. The service is horrible, and then he tells me spectrum doesn't pro-rate anything and that I'm still paying for a full month of service. How crappy is that! Don't get anything here!
