Spectrum says because we don't have that (saving us $15 a month) we get the feed from Norwalk and because of this we get Norwalk as our local station. What sense does that make. Their response was basically if you want local West Covina because that's where you live get the box back and you can access your city's feed. So pretty much screw you customers, we don't care. With all the technology there is and with all the money spectrum gets from its customers you mean to tell me there is no way to provide this basic service to customers.
