    I opened my line up here and I regret it instantly. But let me backtrack a little bit. When I…read morewalked in, she noticed me but continued talking to a man who had no business being there. He was lounging, and the store was completely empty. They had on a conversation for fifteen minutes before he got up and left. When she asked how she could help me, I told her I had just gotten out of a bad relationship with sprint (lol) and that I want to be with AT&T, but I'm a college student so I'm always surrounded by WiFi, therefore, I do not need any data and the bare minimum will be just fine. I also asked about the BOGO sale with an iPhone 8/plus because I wanted to put my father on my line. She said it's only with signing up directTV and the website was lying because she just received an email from her HR (she lied because I called AT&T the next night and they stated the BOGO was still going on and they don't do BOGOs with directTV anymore) and proceeded to tell me that she's going to "hook me up" and we continued with the process. Near the end of the transaction, I ended up having to pay $300 towards the phone--which was fine--but I asked if I could put towards my military discount since they were advertising for it everywhere. She said she already "hooked me" once again with her own discount, AARP, and that I was getting the BEST deal as it is. I played dumb because I wasn't going to entertain her and left the store with my new phone. Headed back home, I got online and saw she put me on a 6GB plan when I told her "I wanted the bare minimum". So I got pissed off. I decided to leave to go back to Charlotte and stopped at the AT&T store on W.T. Harris and will continue my review for that store there. The summary of this one is, just travel to Greensboro to an AT&T store or set up your plan online.

    Horrible customer service. Charged me for 2 phones when we only got one, and that was supposed to…read morebe free. Our upgrade to our tablet, ended up being an extra line. Did not apply our corporate discounts when we plainly gave them the paperwork multiple times. Store closes at random times. Long waits because only one person works. They want to do business in the center of the store and not the counter, so much for privacy. Bill is not correct and they can't seem to fix it. This will probably end up with a small claims court case because I refuse to pay 750 for a phone we never got, and an additional 750 for the one the that was suppose to be free. Do not do business here, go to Greensboro. This is an independent store, which means at&t can not fix their mess ups.

My husband thought it would be a nice gift idea to get all of us new phones and switch to Verizon. WOW HUGE MISTAKE. Happy mothers day to me and my mom. Gave her new phone today sent her to Verizon in Reidsville NC to activate it and transfer over her contact info/photos. She was working with David Johnson. She left her phone there with him for 3 Hours. Now granted she is an elderly lady in her late 70's had to get a ride from her neighbor to phone place. David told her that there is a 50 fee to activate/transfer her photos, contacts. She left phone there and called me right away. I live in Charlotte and was at work at time when all this was happening. I told her no mom you don't pay anything to activate and transfer ur info. We didn't pay anything at Concord Mills location Quincy just transferred everything over and walked us thur the process. Easy breezy. They just plug in the two phones and port everything over. So she said no David says I gotta pay 50. So I called that Reidsville NC store to speak to a manager. No manager on duty he said. I proceeded to ask for a Dm number. The guy on phone said he didn't have it. But then tells me he can have his manager texs me when he comes in. I told him I need to speak to ur manager right away. I told him the suitation my mom's phones are there getting switched over. She needs her phone up and running the is a elderly lady, heart patient, has had a stroke a few months ago. I actually tracked down the manager info and called him at another store. His name is Monty. He apologized for David behavior and said David should of just activated and transfer everything over at no charge . He said he was gonna to call store. Now it's 3 hours later. Mom gets neighbor to bring her back up there to pick up her phone. Guy at counter told mom here is ur phone. She looked at phone and NOTHING WAS DONE. HE DELETED THE TRANSFER STUFF HE WAS DOING WHEN SHE LEFT STORE TO COME BACK IN 2 HOURS LIKE HE SAID. AND TO COME TO FIND HE NEVER EVEN ACTIVATED HER PHONE. MY MOM LEFT THERE IN TEARS, STRESSED, CONFUSED,SCARED SOMETHING WAS GONNA HAPPEN BECAUSE SHE HAS NO PHONE. She calls me all upset. I had to leave work and head over to the Verizon were we got phones from which is Concord Mills location. QUINCY was extremely patient, helpful. Setup her phone thur talking her thur the process. Getting it activated so incase of emergency she would have a working phone tonight. Now he could not get her contacts and photos transfered over. But thankfully for Quincy being patient with her setting this up. And DAVID JOHNSON YOU ARE A DISCRACE. YOU SHOULD BE FIRED. UR JOB IS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE BOUGHT A PHONE FROM VERIZON YOU SHOULD MADE THIS A NON STRESSFUL ORDEAL.MAKES ME THINK WE SHOUKD NEVER LEFT TMOBILE TO COME TO VERIZON IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT BRAND NEW CUSTOMERS. WOW.
