I have been spectrum customer for long long time recently I just sold my house so I have to cancel my internet service .I bring my equipment to the store and stand a line .there are 3 people ahead me they have 4 employees working inside but but they just stand there talking laughing 2 help 1 or just play themselves nobody care if the customers was waiting.they don't give a shit .this is my worst spectrum experience .before they good .i Gona change back to AT&T may be a little pricey but the internet more faster.

Where do you start with Spectrum? Well, let's start with customer no-service. The associates on the phone are no help. They can't make payment arrangements, make changes to your plan, will not negotiate and often don't even fully understand what services are available and what they cost. They do realize there are several other service providers, which they compete with and they can easily lose your business - right? Next is the overall quality of service, which is poor. They advertise download speeds of 1000 Mbps, however when testing their speed, it's only 307 Mbps. False advertising much? TV quality is absolutely the worst. I actually believe we got better reception years ago when we used a TV antenna on the roof. The picture freezes, pixelation and complete service blackouts are frequent. They happen on the order of several times a week, and despite numerous service calls, visits from techs, rewiring and new equipment, it still happens. Overall, aside from the download speed, which is never as fast as advertised, Spectrum has no redeeming qualities. They're not cheap, reliable, flexible, friendly, helpful or competitive. Pretty much any other internet service provider is better. We won't be with them much longer...

Manny got it all sorted it out and Wellington was a whiz at helping to get the activation done quickly.

During the Covid pandemic, there were barely any employees but now that everything is back to normal, there are many employees looking to help people. I went here almost two weeks ago, looking for a budget TV, as I didn't have the money to buy a better one. I met four employees who all gave me different opinions. The one I remember is Ana D. Ana was very helpful and was willing to go the distance when I asked her the year and model of the TV, she looked it up using the device scanner. Another employee simply didn't want me to buy Samsung but buy TCL, which was cheaper but didn't get good reviews. Some employees kinda didn't want to help and passed by me or forgot to help. They didn't look like they were busy or were helping anyone. The physical media section is small. I still enjoy buying DVD's and Blu-rays over streaming. They are putting out more toys and stuff, which is great, but I wish they increased the Blu-ray section. Because this Best Buy location is small, they are limited to a small selection of stuff. If you want to see a bigger selection, go to Porter Ranch or Thousand Oaks. Wish Best Buy updated the app. So I don't have to tell them the phone number or pull out the membership card. Target has a great app with everything on it, including the membership card bar scanner. Best Buy should do the same. Anyway, shout out to Ana D. I hope she remains there for a long time, grows in the company and hopefully becomes a supervisor or manager. Stores should have more employees like her. Not only was she working on the floor, helping guests, pulling items, but also was the cashier, checking out items for the guests. I'm surprised that Best Buy doesn't have a place anywhere to on the receipt or online to review the locations you visit. It's good to get feedback and help improve guest service.

They DO NOT stand behind their service. We purchased "installation" with our new TV's and after one of the TV's fell off the wall, damaging the TV and leaving holes in our wall, Best Buy says we were just outside of the 90 day warrantee and REFUSED to help us. It was their horrible installation that caused the damage and they will not stand behind their work. Pedro in the large product restoration department was rude, cold, and not caring at all for the problem their team caused us. He offered NO HELP! My family will NEVER again support Best Buy.

My phone took an obscene amount of time to fix with a red flag in the beginning I should have paid…read moremore attention to: 12/20 Phone screen cracked and half the screen is black so I emailed on Yelp for a quote. They are the cheapest so I decide to go here (I've since learned my lesson). Get there about 1 and the door is locked but hours say they're open. A neighbor heard me knock on the door and told me the guy was probably out to lunch (with no sign saying when they'll be back) but before I could leave, they called him and he said he's walking back over. I'm told the cost to fix my phone is $50 more than was told previously but I'm already there so I tell him fine. He orders the part and tells me it'll be in by Monday 12/23 I'm told the part is in so I go to get it fixed. When I arrive, the worker tells me that "they sent the wrong color" (black instead of purple) and asked if I still wanted it. The color doesn't really matter to me at that point, I just want to be able to see my screen, so I tell him fine and pick my phone up about an hour later with tape holding the screen in place so "the glue has time to set" which never happens 12/29 Go back because glue is not holding my phone together. They reglue it 12/30 Go back because glue is not holding my phone together. They reglue it and mention my battery might be swollen and if it doesn't work this time, I'll need a new battery (another $90). I ask why that wasn't mentioned when the phone was first "repaired" and was told they must have missed it 1/4 I go into iProtech and tell them something is wrong and they need to fix it. They tell me it's my battery for sure and my phone won't close until I replace it. I head to another phone repair place and ask if they can give me a second opinion on my phone. My phone is opened up, I'm shown my battery is not swollen, screws are missing, what they ordered to repair my phone was not a Samsung product (Samsung doesn't have matte black products), things are sticking out that shouldn't be (such as the S-pen), AND told they aren't supposed to use glue (3M tape is to be used). I go back to iProtech and tell them I want my money back or they need to order the right parts for my phone and fix it correctly (he did admit they use 3rd party products). I'm told it will be ordered and ready Tuesday. 1/14 I'm called saying the parts are in and I ask what happened to last Tuesday. I'm told they called. I called him out as I don't have any missed calls or voicemails. I go in, confirm that they have the correct case/screen that's from Samsung, and leave my phone for an hour. Upon returning I'm told it WAS my battery but they replaced it for free. Suuuuuure. 1/20 Phone is finally looking and sticking together appropriately. The only reason they get 2 stars is they finally fixed it.
