    Audio Concepts was the second shop I contacted about replacing my older 2 channel dashcam with a…read morenew one. It should have been my first shop. The work was done cleanly, they were able to not only remove the entirety of the previous installation components but also properly reinstal some of the trim the previous installer left loose and sticking out. After a quick call to confirm the placement of the dashcam so it doesn't interfere with the rearview mirror, they went to work and got everything done on time and for a great price. Just for record, the dashcam taken out was Thinkware 770 and the one installed was A229 Plus. Now I once again have a peace of mind, thanks to Audio Concepts!

Kickers for the doors and a 10 inch JL sub for the back, they also did sound dampening material in all my doors and the lift gate. The work was amazing!!!! Crystal clear audio that hits hard! I can blow my ears out or have it low and clear as water when I have my kid with me. The crew was extremely professional and did the whole job in 1 day!!!! They made sure I was extremely happy before I left! FYI the sound dampening material made the road noise cut in half! In my opinion just that is worth this 5 star! Any who! If you need quality work with some great people come here!

Yo can schedule an installation appointment online using the Best Buy app. They have typically arrived early for my installation appointments and are done within one hour. Amazing customer experience. Kudos to the Simi Valley store staff. You have helped me numerous times and I hope you will continue to thrive here.     It was a nightmare from the start. Went to the store and ordered a dishwasher including delivery…read moreand installation. It was scheduled on a later date. Low and behold. Installation was scheduled a day earlier than the delivery. Doesn't make sense. I had to go to the store to clear things up and it was rescheduled again in a later date. Finally the product showed up and install was in process. Another hiccup. The installer doesn't want to install it. Saying it won't fit, etc... Beats me... I have feeling it's because Best Buy refunded me the delivery and installation for free. Anyway I didn't wanted to argue anymore. So I just decided to just cancel everything and returned everything. Since nothing was done. I was promised that they would take care of everything. I got a call on it that it's getting refunded. Also emails for the refund. But nothing was done on it. For 2 weeks I waited and if I didn't call them up my refund wasn't even getting process. It didn't end there. They charge me a delivery fee on a failed install which wasn't my fault. So I decided to just go the store where I ordered it. I have to explain again everything. Then finally I was able to get the full refund. What a waste of my time and the stress it has given me. So never again. Too bad I used to like buying stuff from Best Buy.
