I was in and out fairly quick, price was very reasonable, and they said I could come back every 5,000 miles to have my tires rotated for free. I left a very satisfied customer so when I hit a massive pothole last week that resulted in a flat tire and bent rim, I knew exactly where I wanted to be towed. Only there was one problem.... It was around 2p when the ordeal took place and though my insurance company quoted my 2 hours wait for a tow, it ended up being over 3 hours. Central Chicago Tire closes at 5p and the tow truck didn't get to me unitl after 5p. Lucky for me, the tire shop offered to wait for me anyways. I arrived to the shop after 5:30p and one of the owners and an employee were still waiting. I didn't know my rim was bent until they took the tire off my car. It wasn't looking good but the two guys went right to work determined to reshape my rim and trying everything possible. After a good hour of working on it, they decided to reinflate my old tire and put it back on the wheel in case the rim wasn't fully repaired. They didn't want to ruin the new tire. I drove on it a few days to test it out until I could find time to get back to the shop and have the new tire put on. The rim seemed to be fine and when I returned they replaced the tire and I was in an out fairly quickly considering all the other appointments they had. They also replaced one of my tail lights that was out and I walked out without spending a ton of money. It's been a few days and my tire and wheel seem to be holding up and doing fine. I will continue to monitor it but everything looks great. I am very pleased with the service again and will definitely return for any tire needs in the future.

I got there in 10 min on my way home and was told it was just slightly over an hour before closing, so they could not check my tires, just my tire pressure. They told me they were very slightly off but fine. Sunday my mom got taken to the hospital, so I was driving from Chicago to Oak Brook to Elmhurst and on my way home, the light goes off again. Later in the evening a neighbor tells me to go here and not to the dealership or I will get ripped off. I checked out the reviews and see they are open until 2am! So I get here at 10:30 p.m. and the guys are really nice. I explain what is going on and that I do not know which tire it could be. They offered me a bottle of water and as I was waiting I also got to try some imported grape juice. They checked all my tires, found the one with a nail in it, and I was out the door in 30 min! They were just so nice and friendly and took care of the problem so fast, I really appreciated it. Honest & frank about tire needs & costs. They didn't talk to me like "a woman" but a person! Provided future options too because my tires blow out more in the winter with potholes (they suggested 4 thicker, larger model when I'm ready to replace all 4). No up selling here, they couldn't patch my tire, but offered a good condition cheap recycled replacement ($90 for everything done & I've paid $350/tire new). They were able to also repair a gauge in my other tire that hit a pothole the other day, but it was in good shape otherwise. I requested that repair, but they said I didn't necessarily have to get it done. Entrance is in back alley btw - NE corner of block. SUPER Affordable, great customer service & open Sunday til 3p (because your tires don't care what day of the week it is & other places are closed!). Highly recommend!!!

It needed a new camshaft and we went with a Non-OEM camshaft. As it turns out, Jabob had to do the work twice becasue the non-OEM camshaft was not manufactured correctly. You would expect that the new part would be manufactured correctly - but there were visibile differences when compared side to side. Jacob spent a lot of time before diagnosing that the replacement camshaft was bad and I was not charged anything extra.
