I went in for an oil change and 2 days later decided to go up to Wisconsin when all of a sudden the oil light had come onto my dashboard, i immediately shut off the car and got out to all the damn oil on the ground. I was stranded in the middle of the highway, sat for 2 hours waiting around for a tow truck and then found out that a worker in the lower bay (ACUNA A.) did not tighten the drain plug. He had put the paint on the drain plug making it look like it was tightened but obviously it was not if all my oil had came out. I am very disappointed, mad and upset in this company and obviously these workers don't know how to do their damn jobs. They hire kids that's what it's all about. You should all stay far away from this place and don't trust any of these goddamn workers!!!

They checked my car, gave me a quote and provided feedback regarding what the car actually needs. I spoke to my brother and went to another repair shop where they priced it much higher. So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! The whole team was super friendly, it's a family owned business and it shows. They have me a clear itemized breakdown of everything that needed work, no pressure or upselling and were very accommodating throughout the process. Overall it was a smooth experience, and I look forward to coming back when needed!

Don't worry if you haven't heard of M&N, because it probably closed over 20 years ago. Mike and Brian have been amazing ever since and I wouldn't trust my car to any other mechanic, period. There are really two main things that I find to be exceptional here and have earned my trust for as long as I'm driving cars or they're in business here. The first is that there is never any mystery about what's going on with your car, they are 100% transparent with everything they do. Secondly, they will do everything possible to limit your costs and only suggest service if it's absolutely necessary.

I don't mind my car being driven fast, apparently neither did the mechanic as he peeled it off the parking lot to take my car around the block to the back. I go to wait in the waiting area and after a bit the person in the front asks me for my wheel lock key. I reminded him I put it on the passenger seat. They couldn't find it. I let him know about the mechanic that took off speeding in my car, possibly that action made the key fly off the seat. They eventually located the key...I had to go help look, it was under the driver seat, under the mat. How crazy was this person driving my car that it flew from the passenger seat to where they found it. They completed what I showed up for so for that im grateful but the heart attack i had when they couldn't find my key was unnecessary. Maybe slow down so you're not losing wheel lock keys for your clients. Other than that, the gentleman in the front was very nice.

He stated in a rude tone, "I just don't feel good today but I am forced to be here." I said "I'm sorry, but I'm still not feeling as though I am receiving good service." He said "I told you I don't feel good" I asked for the manager, he said he was the owner. My thoughts are, everyone has bad days and sick days, even if you are owner.. you don't have the right to treat people this way. I felt extremely disrespected and questioned if it was racism because I am a young woman of color with visible tattoos. When I looked at my receipt later, and called and asked why the initial line item was for the oil I needed and was told I had to pay more for an additional upgraded oil, he told me that wasn't what it meant and it was really because they have to "USE oil" for an oil change, according to the technician.... Who would if thunk you would need to use oil for an oil change? Am I right? ‍. Additionally, I watched him manually typed in the up-charge amount himself after I showed him the coupon. I have had 3 of these exact vehicles (still have two) and have gotten 6+ oil changes at other locations, and never once gotten this up charge they are saying is "unique to their location because they are a franchise" . DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to a different location and save yourself the $25 + $20 coupon ($45 off total by not getting screwed by these guys).

I have been working in the automotive industry for over 15 years, and this has been the most unprofessional experiences I have seen. I made an appointment to get some tires replaced that I bought online and I think I'm going to cancel my appointment with them and go with someone else. I was quoted $18.50 each to have my tires replaced, but I think ill go to Just Tires or some other establishment and pay $40 each, after reading and hearing the stories at this Addison location.
