They did an awesome job on month worth of clothes I had been going going going and between school work and extracurricular activites for the kids TALK ABOUT A PILE UP. We used this self service laundry for the first time since our washing machine and American Home Shield is taking so long to fix. This place is great. It is clean, safe, orderly and user friendly and the lady at the counter is very helpful. The cost is a bit on the high side. However, we learned from our first experience and should be able to save next time. From now on, we will be using this place to wash large items such as blankets and such even after our washing machine is fixed. They have several gigantic machine to do the job and do it quickly. Perhaps the only improvement that I can suggest is to have longer hours. read more

I always come here to get my suit dry cleaned, and they have really great service there. The lady, I forgot her name, is always nice and welcoming to her customers. I love going there just because of her hospitality! And not just the hospitality but also their performance, they don't half-ass their work like how other dry cleaners do. They actually put in the work, efficiently and effectively in a comfortable period of time. Better then any other laundry mat I've been to and still, unfortunately, pretty dirty. It had a sewer smell and sadly, many machines out of order. Even sadder, one of the machines I went to use, opened the door and got smacked in the face with what can only be described as a dirty diaper smell mixed with sewer. Needless to say, I was not pleased with that. Why would anyone put a used diaper straight into a machine without prewashing it in a sink first? I have no clue. This is not the owners fault of course but she needs to hire some help because there was only one person there and she was working her butt off, it was close to opening time so it should of been clean and it wasn't. The one worker (owner, I think) had her hands very full so the only chance this place has to get cleaned up is with another person to help. It has great potential to be way above and beyond any other laundry mat there is. Already it qualifies due to the amount of machines there are and the different sizes and options but being so filthy and smelling so bad is a major con, so 3 stars it is until it looks as clean as it does on their yelp pictures. read more

I went to have them clean my cotton comforter. As I looked for a person that works there I noticed the floor was extremely dirty and there were trash bags of clothes lined along the back wall. I told her I wanted to get my comforter cleaned and she said $14. I got the comforter out of the car and told her I wanted some else to wash it because I ruined it last time. She barked at me that it is wash and fold only. I asked, so when it's in the dryer do you pull it out so often and fluff it? She said no. I felt like she was saying we just put it in the washer and dryer and if it get ruined it's not our problem. I could do that!!! I'm going to pay someone who won't mess up my comforter. So I paid the $10 extra dollars at the dry cleaners. read more

I've been coming here for a year the place is always clean they have tv's and free WiFi with plenty of seating if you don't want to wash ur clothes u can pay them to do it for you. The workers here are very helpful also. Plus I get my water from here they have a reverse osmosis machine read more

Super impressed! First place I've used in Riverside. The attendant lady is the definition of customer service. I was greeted and helped within a minute of walking in and then given a quick over view of where everything was and the prices of each machine. They use a card system but if you go in with quarters they can exchange them into dollars in order to load card. Very clean and very inviting! I drove about 15 min across town and I'll be making the drive again because it is definitely worth it. I love it when places like this surprise you. read more

I used the wash and fold laundry service here and was beyond pleased! They used tide soap and had other options as well. It was my first time there so they offered a number of free hangers, everything else was nicely folded and placed in a plastic bag. I dropped off about 35 lbs of laundry and it was all ready within a couple hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely be back. read more

This is by far one of the cleanest laundry facilities I've ever been to. They have up to 5 load machines. I love how you do not have to be putting coins in the machines, only slide a laundry card and make it start. Their dryers work super good!! read more

I usually hate doing laundry at the laundry mat but this place is super clean, has a ton of machines (all different sizes), and the workers (there are usually 2-3 here at all times) are super helpful and friendly! The machines are quick and reasonably priced. They also offer dry cleaning services.. OK - was going to wash my comforter myself! $7.50 in the really big washer plus another couple of dollars to dry it. But, was talked by a friend into spending $25 to just let them do it. This comforter was a goose down one, totally filthy! Which I hate to admit, but hey! I live next to a freeway!! Bought it a couple of years ago, and it accumulated dust and all kinds of spoodge... Dropped it off yesterday afternoon about 3:00 pm, they said it would be ready by 8pm, past my bedtime so picked it up this afternoon and it was like a brand new comforter!! Clean, smells so nice! And several shades lighter!! LOVE this place!! And, while it is a bit of a drive from my house, I will be back tomorrow with my other comforter in great need of cleaning, and perhaps with a few other things too... Liked the place too, was spotless and clean, prices reasonable and somebody on hand to see to things. However, I will say if you are doing your own laundry, and forget your detergent or fabric softener - they have it, but the prices are a smidge high... But worth it! One star-Let me explain (Based solely on $). We have our own washer and dryer but the convenience of someone else washing and folding your laundry is awesome. We have been customers for several months now. Recently, (although its no where advertised) the price went up from $1/lb to $2/lb if you have kids clothes. We are a family of five so we are definitely going to have more kids clothes than adult clothes. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back for this very reason. Prior to the price hike I would have rated Speed Wash a 4 (at least) for their service. I'm new to yelp so this is my first review. I did speak with the owner Russell, who seemed like a nice guy. We may come back at a later time if the prices go back. If you don't have kids, the time you save by not having to do your laundry is well worth it. However, if you have kids, the $2/lb price is a little steep. It comes down the basic principles of want vs. need. read more

Honestly a nice clean establishment with plenty of washers, dryers, front loaders & top loaders. The woman that I usually see working there when I've been there is extremely helpful and courteous and so sweet... Awww especially her teenage daughter. They are always with a smile and always greet my daughters & I. I have tried out there drop off laundry service and that too was a truly amazing experience, you don't even need to bring your own laundry detergent, bleach, fabric softener, fabric sheets or hangers it's all included in the drop off service AAAAMAZING!!! I dropped off my 66 pounds of laundry early morning and picked it up in the evening it was all folded, package, hung up and it smelled so good!!!! I have definitely recommended this to my friends and family that also have to do laundry at their apartment complexes where the washer or dryers are always "out of service" or don't have the huge front loaders. I'm one that dislikes doing laundry at my apartment complex because it becomes a ALL day chore with limited washers, dryers and then waiting on the person before you bcuz they leave the done laundry in the washers & dryers way past the time the laundry was done. At "SPEED WASH LAUNDRY" no waiting on washers or dryers and I can finish my 66lbs of laundry in about an hour & half compared to at my apartment complex 4-6hrs. Oh yay the have FREEEE WiFi hahaha, couple video games, massage chair, tv and waiting area or picnic seats to do homework. I can't believe I'm going to say this but I actually love this laundromat and who knew that a laundromat needed a review but this one definitely gets 5 STARS from this girl!!! read more

I've been coming here about once a week for the past few months, and this place is great. Our washer & dryer went out, and we haven't been able to replace them. After finding this place, though, I honestly don't care. This laundromat is hands down the nicest one I've ever been to. I live in Bloomington, and most of the laundromats in the surrounding area are pretty gross. This place is well worth the 20 minute drive. It's clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I LOVE the laundry card system. I don't have to lug around a bunch of quarters, plus, you get $2 credit for every $20 you spend (I think); not much, but it's a nice little treat for regular customers. They have plenty of machines. Even when the place is packed, I can always find an open machine. My favorite part, though? FREE WIFI!! It's really great to be able to work (or, if I'm lucky, catch up on my favorite tv shows) while I'm waiting for my laundry to finish. read more
