I showed up right on time, and they were completely closed. I called the number, and the person who answered said the tech was "out picking up rims" and that he'd check and call me back. I never got a call. I tried calling multiple times after that--no answer at all. I ended up waiting there for about an hour for nothing. Poor communication and a total waste of time. Definitely not reliable.

The guy there recommended Alloy wheel repair. I took my car here after going to the tire place and he asked me to bring it back the next day in the am and he would have it ready by time I got off work as I work very close. I left the car at 8 am and I went back at 4pm when I got off and my car run was still being welded. So I waited around for 1 hour and got my car. I paid $200 for the repair which I was happy about as a new rim would have been significantly more. Three days later the same tire started reading low again and I again put air in the tire and reset the TPS. But it kept getting low , so I took it back to have it addressed again. I again dropped the car off in the am and received it back at 4 pm. However, he had to replace one of tires that they damaged when removing it. Was initially replaced with a different tire than what I had on my car but he did get the same one ordered and placed on my car after about 2 weeks. Overall the rim was fixed as this is now 2 weeks post the second repair and I have not had any issues. I took two stars away because of the need for a second visit to get it right and the duration of time it took to get the right tire replaced on my car.

When he returned to…read moreresolve the issue, two employees, Shirley and Anna, became hostile, threatened to call the police, and had him trespassed simply for asking about his money and the incompatible rims. No effort was made to verify proper fitment before the sale, and no attempt was made to correct the mistake afterward. The shop also refused to provide the owner's name. After research, the only name that comes up as associated with ownership is Amy Salazar, though this has not been fully confirmed. This shop is not BBB-certified, but leaving reviews helps warn other customers. I've experienced so many Car Repair places that tell you they can't patch a tire to get you to buy a new one, but Casias employees are always honest. Today was a different story, I came in for normal sensor check because my light came on. They were very timely in replacing it once they realized it wasn't reparable. However when I got in the car it was another story. I had a pink fuzzy steering wheel cover that was now black and caked in water / black oil substance. Not sure how they didn't notice this but okay, trash it goes. No problem, once I told them they offered to refund me if I brought a receipt for a new one. Then I'm driving away and notice there's black oil finger prints on my sun visor. Also on my horn. More oil smudges / prints all on my drivers side door handles inside and out. Carlos, upon me coming back was very smug and flippant about it. The other workers were very nice in trying to help but Carlos even after "apologizing" was just overall unhelpful and unkind. I think he forgets there's a window where customers can see facial expressions while he's standing at vehicles. 1/5 Carlos, 2/5 location just becuase they're usually fine.
