I didn't have the right tool to get the housing off. Monique was amazing on the phone and was even more so in person. Manny was extremely friendly and willing to help right away. Luckily it was 7:30 in the morning so it was really light. Manny remove the housing for me and replace the bulb and while it might seem like a small thing, it means a lot. The last thing you wanna do is drive around on the road without a turn signal. I wish the best to them both. I understand Manny's been with the company for a very long time and Monique is a manager as well. They are both shining examples of what Customer Service should be!

I called into the location because being a woman who's never worked on cars or knows anything about them. I had to ask if they can help. As soon as I got there, John helped me out with getting the right type of oil by coming out to look at the vehicle. Then he even went above and beyond, and popped up the hood and put the quarter of oil in my car. I was so nervous and terrified because I had no idea what to do. And my husband was working at the time, plus I had my two baby girls in the car with me and had no clue what would happen if I drove all the way to Scottsdale without getting this done. It took no more than 10 minutes and the alert came off of my car right away. And I was good to go. Thank you so much John from AutoZone. My experience with Avondale Toyota and sales manager Ali Altaee was unacceptable. Ali led me to…read morebelieve I was going to be approved, repeatedly saying he would work with me and that everything looked like it would go through. Based on his assurances, I allowed my credit to be run. Ali then ran my credit through multiple banks, damaging my credit score in the process. Once it became clear that the deal wasn't happening, he completely disappeared. No follow-up. No explanation. No accountability. I was flat-out ghosted. Running someone's credit after giving them false confidence and then cutting off communication is irresponsible and unprofessional. If approval was unlikely, that should have been stated upfront instead of wasting my time and hurting my credit. Ali Altaee should be reprimanded for this behavior. This is not how a sales manager should treat customers, and it reflects poorly on Avondale Toyota as a whole. I strongly warn others to be extremely cautious before allowing their credit to be run here--especially if you're dealing with Ali
