Additionally, he indicated that he was not aware that their website says they are open until 5:30 PM since he stated they apparently close at 5 PM. Furthermore, do not expect to leave any phone messages since their phone system does not allow for messages to be left upon their closure, as only a fax signal ensues rather than phone message capability.
