This review is long overdue. I called Isaac late afternoon on a Friday, entering a holiday weekend, due to the heat not working properly at my rental property. Isaac was at the home within 30 minutes of my call. Knowing that my rooftop until was on its last leg, Isaac was quick to diagnose the issue, send pictures and provided options including expectations. Based off the knowledge of continuing to push my 30 year old unit I opted to purchase a new unit. The new until was installed the following Monday. The events for arrival, disconnect, crane and install were all well orchestrated with minimal impacts to our tenants. I can't thank Isaac and his team enough for the rapid response, attention to detail, constant communication, friendliness, and honesty. These attributes are HUGE with such a big investment. I should also add, that this was my 2nd unit I purchased from Speedy's. The first unit was for my main residence and I received the same exceptional service. I will always use this company for my AC issues..I called this morning and spoke to Isaac. He was extremely friendly and offered to come pretty much right away. Before using this company, I've had multiple people come out to service my AC unit and they all seemed like they weren't totally sure what the issue was and would replace a part to get us by. It always ended up breaking again a month or two later. Today, Isaac actually listened to me, found the issue and replaced a part that makes sense. Our AC was back on 15 min after he showed up.. it's working better than before and his price was very reasonable. I am normally very nervous to use a company like this without a family or friend referral but since we needed our AC fixed fast, I just took the risk. I'm glad I did!! read more

The AC was having issues so we turned it off on Sunday. Monday Isaac came out and evaluated the situation. He said we saved ourselves a lot of money but turning it off before it got worse. By Tuesday at noon, he and Hector had fixed the system. No overselling. Decent pricing. No communication issues. As a matter of fact, we were able to text each other since I was working the whole time and stay in communication. Issac is a wonderful person to work with and truly cares about each of his customers. I was referred to him by a good friend, so requested 3 quotes before choosing a contractor to replace my AC. SPEEDY'S was the most responsive and best priced and I liked that they are an an Ahwatukee company. They ordered a crane to remove my old unit and I was surprised that went smoothly! It is a tight space outside! I noticed a kind of a loud humming sound in the first few days so Issac came back out to better secure the fan in the attic since it was a vibration sound. It has now been just over two years since I got my new unit and I came home to a hot house. I texted Issac and he came out and took care of the problem right away. You never know when you might get a bad part so I was so happy to have a unit under warranty. I definitely recommend getting the extended service warranty! Our search for AC guy stop right here at Speedy AC & Heating. we have AC guy came in and try to fix our AC 4 times and none of them do it right until the last one Speedy AC, He fix it right at the reasonable prices. After we live in the uncomfortable temperature for a week we realized that pay higher price to the excellent knowledge AC guy is much better than pay cheap price to three AC guys that don't do good job. we highly recommended Speedy AC who give excellent service and do good job with reasonable price. 5 stars for you Speedy AC. read more

Isaac is awesome! We called him at 9:30 at night because our air conditioner went out, its was 115 degrees outside and we have a 10 month old daughter. Because he runs such a reliable company, he was busy and on a service call at the time and couldn't come out. He didn't have to, but he went above and beyond and recommended us to Eric at PTAC Heating and Cooling! I called Eric (who was sleeping at the time), and without question, he came out at 10:00p.m at night. He assessed the issue and came back with the part in 20 minutes. At 10:30 at night people!! Incredible!! He was very honest, not looking to rip you off and tell you your whole air conditioner needs to be replaced (which is what many companies would do!)
