We worked with Jon last year to get a chat set with fire table and lounge chairs. Their Bliss cushions make for the MOST COMFORTABLE SEATING I've encountered in patio furniture. I'm always very nervous about buying new seating because my back is really sensitive to needing JUST the right amount of support in JUST the right places, and these cushion deliver! And just as promised, the cushions and table top resist real-world stains and stay looking brand new. We couldn't be happier with our furniture and we will be going back to see Jon for our outdoor dining set and some additional chat seating. Oh! And the 7 day return policy with no questions asked is legit!! We originally ordered a sofa, and it just didn't work in our space. It is shocking to me that after spending thousands of dollars on tables, chairs chase lounges I was treated so poorly. Twice now pieces of the coffee table have fell off. You could clearly see that it was not securely glued. The first time the customer service was amazing they immediately replaced the table. 6 months later the same thing happened. I called to talk to them about this issue, sent pictures. The response was we can have someone come out and glue it for $175.00. Are you kidding me? I asked have other people had this problem with this type of table I was told yes. So after paying a lot of money for an item that clearly is defective. We stopped in after hearing one of their witty commercials. My wife and I wanted 2 chairs for our patio. We were met by the sales person immediately. She helped us search for the chairs that most suited us. After we settled on the ones we wanted she told us about the warrantee and the current sale going on. Even with the sale it was nearly $1300.00 a chair. The furniture here is nice, but out of my price range. read more

Yes they are a bit on the pricey side. We have bought 2 sets. 1 about 4 years ago for our courtyard. The furniture is holding up great. Still looks new. We decided to order more for our backyard remodel. Yes pricey but this stuff will last a really long time including the cushions. This is actually less expensive over time. I never have to buy another set again. The people there are great. The counter stools we ordered are too tall they are going to replace with the shorter ones no problem. I have purchased less expensive sets in the past only to replace them because the sun just destroyed them. These will not fall apart. My suggestion is to pay a little bit more based on my experience. read more

I purchased a patio set from Discount Patio in Gilbert. I failed to tie down the set to the trailer I rented, and I lost one of the chairs on the 202 during my delivery. I asked the store manager Alfred if I could purchase a new one because of this accident. Alfred went to the GM Tony and told him of my experience. Tony was nice enough and resolved my issue by giving me one free of charge because he felt bad for my experience. Phenomenal customer service! We bought a dining set last October and a few months later found some cracks on the table top. Called the store who put me contact with Scott from customer service, they sent a replacement top out no questions asked. Fast forward to August, we noticed similar cracks in the top on the new top. When I called Scott again he was more than apologetic and confirmed having an issue with this specific table top manufacturer. Rather than give it another try he suggested we go to the Gilbert store and pick out another top style, again no questions asked. The staff in the store were great too! A year went by and we had a problem with the teak feet on a couple of our chairs crack and break, upon reaching out to the company brand of the furniture, they forwarded my concern to a customer care coordinator by the name of Scott. We purchased a table which subsequently had problems, but Scott stepped up immediately to offer a replacement table top at no charge, without any questions asked.
