Disappointing customer service at the photo area. My friend and I waited in line, and when it was our turn, we asked if we could take separate photo sets since we were two people. I understand if the policy only allows one photo session per QR code, but the staff handled it in a very dismissive and rushed way. Instead of explaining the policy politely, they told us many people were waiting in line, which made us feel like we were being pushed away even though we had waited our turn too. I was not trying to cut the line or cause trouble. I just expected a respectful explanation and better hospitality from a major tourist attraction. The experience was upsetting and made us feel unwelcome.
Since the Sphere opened, I've now been there three times. My first visit was for Postcard From Earth by Darren Emerson, followed by Illenium and No Doubt. I'll be honest -- while Postcard From Earth was a genuinely impressive immersive experience and interacting with the Tesla robots beforehand was a lot of fun, I wasn't completely sold on it at first. The ticket price felt high for what you get. It's probably worth it if you're a tourist visiting Vegas every so often, but for locals, it might not be. That said, seeing a concert at the Sphere is an entirely different level. The visuals are absolutely mind-blowing and incredibly difficult to describe to anyone who hasn't experienced it in person. Both Illenium and No Doubt put on fantastic shows, and I'm already looking forward to seeing more there. On the parking front: if you park at Treasure Island (TI) and walk over, it's free. At the Venetian or Palazzo, it's a flat fee of about $25-$30. I'm not sure what the Sphere's own lot charges, but since it's outdoor parking, I wasn't interested.
For the professional conference that I attended part of the program was the last night in Las Vegas party that they gave. This party consisted of a live concert by DJ Idris Elba (our Brand Ambassador and renowned DJ and Actor) and the most awesome Backstreet Boys! Let me tell you that the moment you come into the sphere it is absolutely amazing. There are LED lights everywhere to highlight any theme that someone wants to present. They're beautiful escalators led lights they're wonderful and beverage concessions everything is so well lit up and beautiful when you get into The Sphere as an attendee. Fast-forward to the concert OMG! The fiber optics and LED display inside of this concert. Venue is AMAZING!! the seats vibrate and you also get a wonderful sound experience as if you are in an actual movie or some type of a Hollywood production. The performers and the graphics everything was amazing. The music was fantastic. I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend coming here for any type of performance whether it be a concert or a movie or a DJ or anything. This place is absolutely amazing. Thank you ServiceNow for my first experience at The Sphere, it was TOTALLY AWESOME!
My first visit to The Sphere was for a no doubt show, and it was amazing. We had floor seats and lined up early to get a good spot. The wait outside to get in was not too bad with some shade from The Sphere. The sound was great and the visuals were awesome. Standing on the floor, gave a much better view of the band than of the giant screen, although we were still able to see most of it images towards the top or a little harder to see. Looking forward to returning for another concert or movie being shown.
The good: love the visuals that are shown on the outside of the Sphere surface, constantly changing, oftentimes entertaining & humorous, and best of all, free from many vantage points (including many hotels rooms). Nice change of place venue for concerts plus The Wizard of Oz movie. The meh: while impressive, the theater is basically a super- large Imax theater with a gigantic atrium and super-long escalators. Food prices are fair by Vegas standards. The Oz movie was OK though the 4D effects were limited to paper leaves & butterflies, a few flying manikin monkeys, "snow", foam apples (maybe 100 rained down on the pricier seats, nothing at 400 level). The best effect was really the tornado winds at the beginning of the movie. The film cuts didn't really detract from the experience. The post-show in the lobby, while interactive, was short and slightly lame (similar to Finding Nemo talking sea turtle at Disney). The bad: value is wretched with tickets starting at $100, even for the nose-bleed seats, going up to $250-$300/seat. Until the connecting indoor route is made permanent between Sphere & Venetian, the approximate 1 mile hike to get to the venue can be a crowded hell, especially in 100+ degree weather. Might be worthy of a revisit depending on who or what's playing but expect to pay big bucks$$$$$
Overall, the experience was cool, but in my opinion, it wasn't anything particularly spectacular or out of the ordinary. I watched The Wizard of Oz, and since we bought our tickets late, they ended up costing around $200 per person. For a movie that was only about 1 hour and 10 minutes long, it felt a bit pricey. There were definitely some impressive moments, such as the tornado effects, apples falling from above, and the flying monkeys, which really showcased what the Sphere can do. Other than those scenes, though, I often felt like I was simply watching a movie on a very large screen. I know the Sphere hosts some incredible concerts and live events, so I'd definitely consider coming back for one of those. However, for a movie experience alone, I'd probably pass next time.
This place is amazing and lives up to all of its hype. It is a wonderful addition to the Vegas skyline and is just a couple of blocks off the strip. They have commercial parking lots and a VIP parking lot near the venue. The VIP lot is very pricey. It is recommended to walk or use a rideshare here. I love the venue's exterior show. It has a bunch of advertisements, Wizard of Oz scenes, and a happy face. Late at night/early morning, the venue displays the moon and planets. The venue opened in September 2023 at a cost of $2.3 billion. It is directly connected to the Venetian by a tunnel. The venue is home to a Wizard of Oz 4D experience and hosts concerts, fights, and other special events. I came here for the Wizard of Oz experience. I sat in the last row of Section 307, and it was a really good seat. I felt the hurricane's wind and also got 2 apples. The venue has a few snack bars that sell light food, popcorn, snacks, candy, drinks, and adult beverages. Their prices are reasonable for an event venue. They also had two souvenir shops. Those spots are pricey. The venue is full of photo ops and photo stations where you can take a picture and email it to yourself. The venue was very, very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The show itself was amazing. The movie was remastered, and the effects were first-class. They actually have flying monkeys during the flying monkey scene; they have real fire during the scene with the Wizard hologram; of course, real apples fall from the ceiling during the apple tree scene with Dorothy; and the best scene of all is the hurricane scene. You actually feel that you are there. After the show, they have a mini-show featuring the Wizard hologram and the man behind the curtain. It is worth staying for and actually makes it hard to leave. This is a must-see venue, even if you only watch the exterior show. With so many things to do in Vegas, this attraction/venue should be at the top of the list.
Still amazing venue! If you never been, you need to go!! It's just worth the experience. The graphics get better and better! I went here again to see No Doubt in the suite for my husband's work event! Food is always on point here especially in the suites! I got the yakitori chicken, dumplings, and chicken tenders. Food was replenished and drinks keep flowing. The suite has 2-3 servers who are available to make you a drink. The suites have to be the best seats in this whole venue! Perfect centered views! Seats are super comfy! The suites also have the merch people come by!! Which was so nice because I was not looking forward to line up in the merch line. This such a plus for the suites. We even got complimentary No Doubt souvenirs! I love this place! Can't wait to se BSB!
Truly an amazing experience. We saw the Wizard of Oz and wow! For a lot of people you can tell it brought back a lot of childhood memories, especially seeing it in a capacity such as the sphere. Gave 4 stars because I wish there was more time before the show, there is lots of things to see, get food or drinks, look at merch etc but only allowing 45 minutes beforehand isn't enough time. Also, if you're afraid of heights or have vertigo or anything that can throw off your vision with altitude, the sphere would not be good for you unless you're on bottom floor or lower level, it is extremely steep the higher you go. Can't wait to experience a concert here!
This is a must see attraction in Las Vegas. However, I would not suggest it if you are afraid of heights or have mobility issues. We were in the 400 level & the seats are so steep, they reminded me of the nosebleed sections of NFL stadiums. The one where one wrong step makes you feel like you're going to tumble all the way off the ledge. I watched a lot of older people & children stumble & almost loose it trying to get to their seats tonight. We saw the Wizard of Oz, very cool
We saw the Wizard of Oz and it was awe-inspiring! So many surprises throughout! We brought our 6 year old granddaughter who sat spellbound through the entire event and did not want it to end. There is not a bad seat that we could see. We were in the second tier price of seats (about $125/each) and felt like we hit the jackpot! Pro tip: be sure to get your tickets from the link off the Sphere website. So many third party vendors have huge mark ups on the same seats. Second pro tip: if you are driving to the event, you do not need to arrive too early. The doors open about 30 minutes prior and arriving earlier will just leave you standing in a big entryway and there are no public restrooms until you can enter the theatre. Also, the parking lot only opens about 60 minutes in advance. Third pro tip: apples are available for sale for $10 after the show. Not worth beating up a stranger to take theirs! ;) Fourth pro tip: photo ops are everywhere with even more after the event. Save time for them and be sure your phone is charged. Fifth pro tip: small purses only! Large bags will require you to rent a locker for a large fee. Last pro tip: the concession stand/gift shop on the second floor has no line and all the goodies! The show is totally fun and was the one thing we really spent money on while in Vegas. We were not a bit disappointed! You will enjoy yourself. It is good for most ages and is less frightening than just the original movie. (If flying monkeys scare you that is!). It has been edited (shortened) from the original but you don't feel like you missed a thing. You are completely transported to a fairy land for 90 minutes and are completely lost in wonder. If you want spoilers...there are videos on Facebook. Not sharing any here so you can have the full experience as a surprise if you would like!
Wow. It Is a lot. It is hard to know what to watch. The huge screen or the actual band! I decided to focus on the band. I was a little worried I would get nauseated if I watched too much of the video. It is very cool. A lot of people sat the whole time to watch like a movie. We danced the whole time of course! We paid almost 200 bucks for valet parking. It was worth it! We drove right up. We got our car delivered quickly at the end! No Doubt we're amazing as usual. I have been seeking them live since 1992! I was 17 then!
There are no words to describe how magical it was to see No Doubt at the Sphere. Mind bending. Incredible. Gorgeous. Beyond anything I could have imagined. Completely unparalleled and overwhelmingly beautiful. This show is a completely new format of art that can only be experienced at the Sphere.

Such a fun experience to see The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere! A truly immersive experience. Seats vibrated and they used some really cool special effects throughout the film ( wind, fire, etc). I feel like there was not a bad seat in the house. Very high up in the 307 section so maybe not the best spot for somebody afraid of heights. They only dropped a handful of apples but you are able to purchase one from the lobby gift shop if you don't catch one! The drinks and snacks were a little steep but to be expected in a venue like this. The pedestrian bridge was closed on the day we went so it was probably about a quarter mile walk but totally manageable! Excited to come back for a concert experience! read more
I had a good experience at The Sphere seeing the Wizard of Oz. I bought tickets on Ticketmaster the day off. The movie is shortened and altered a bit from the original. The audio remained and sounded like the original film. I really enjoyed the movement of the camera and in the in-theatre effects, like the wind blowing, snowing and the apples falling out the sky. I would recommend this experience especially if you are a fan of the Wizard of Oz. I would not see it repeatedly, but I had fun. There are cute things in the gift shop. read more
Went to sphere couple weeks ago for the first time because I was curious about it. We saw The Wizard of Oz, it was cool, but I felt like watching imax movie with extra effects. I was expecting more considering the price was steep. Maybe if I see a concert that will be a different experience. read more

The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere was a highlight of our trip. They do an awesome job entertaining you all the way through as you make your way to your seats. The escalators light up with scenes from the movies as does the mini sphere on the inside. On the way out, there's a wizard prop that talks and entertains. The prices of food and souvenirs are exactly what you'd expect of a venue like this... very high. The show itself was amazing. They did a great job reimagining the movie to fit the screen. The 4-D effects were perfect. From the feeling of the intense wind and noise during the tornado to the "jump out of your seat" fear every time the wicked witch appeared, it was awesome. The Sphere has been on my must-visit list since the day it opened, and I finally got to experience it over Valentine's weekend for the Backstreet Boys! We sat in section 405, right in the center, and the view was AMAZING however walking down the steps it felt steep so I was gripping the rail the whole time because I honestly felt like I might tumble forward haha!. Major respect to those I saw wearing heels because there's no way I could've pulled that off. Lastly the show was amazing! The visuals and sounds made it feel like you were inside a giant 3D Universal Studios ride. It was a night full of nostalgia and singing our hearts out. read more

Second time at the Sphere; this time for the Wizard of Oz. Great movie experience but wasn't as impressed by the venue before and after-experience. Drinks were $25 and movie itself was almost $200, although we had good seats. Felt a bit like a money grabber for what you get. read more

Such a cool venue! Came in for the Backstreet Boys concert and had to get some food! We ordered 2 orders of chicken tenders with fries, 2 waters, a soda, and a mocktail and it came out to $80-ish. Expensive, which was expected. I think we could have shared 1 order of tenders and been satisfied. Know when buying water, they open the water and throw the caps away. Doesn't make any sense to me, but I guess facility rules? We still had a great time and the visuals were top notch! read more

I finally got to experience the Sphere, and it did not disappoint! I went with my family to watch The Wizard of Oz, and it was absolutely amazing. I do want to point out that this is not a cheap experience. Tickets are definitely expensive, but the experience itself is so unique and, in my opinion, worth it. The movie is played with immersive 3D effects, which really bring everything to life and make it feel extra special. We booked our tickets online, and when we arrived, it was busy. That said, the staff was very efficient, and we were able to find our seats quickly. The movie started right on time, and we had such a great time. The effects throughout the film truly come to life as you watch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely go back to see another show or a concert. read more

Friend wanted to go experience the Sphere. It was either the Eagles or The Wizard of Oz. Since the eagles tickets were $$$$, we had to go for Wizard. My friend did buy the valet parking as it was $10 more than regular. He can't walk far either. It was the best purchase! Lead us straight to the entrance. Inside was magical! They had so many little immersive projects you can see and do. Gift shops were pricey. Even a magnet was $18! They had a cheap "makeup" bag for $10. I just wanted something to remind me of this adventure since the percentage of getting a foam apple was a slim chance, but did not purchase anything. Wish they had a program book or something less expensive, to at least remember the experience. Lots of ushers to lead you to your seats. When seated, there was not many people in the VIP, or middle section. The experience of the movie made you feel like you were right there with Dorothy. The website clearly stated to show up early. There were still people coming in after the movie started, 10 minutes in. Back to the apple.... They didn't drop very many that night. We were sitting in section 207 with the seats closest to the 206 VIP section. The only reason I got one is because barely anyone was in the VIP section, so I walked over to get one by an empty seat. There was an usher also collecting the apples, but was not giving them out. After the movie, there was a little show in the lobby. My friend went to the restroom and I saw that the gift shop was selling the foam apples. $10 each. I was going to give my apple to my friend, but I saw the gift shop selling it. I only got another one, as he was the one who really wanted to experience the Sphere and we both had something to remember this experience, since I did not buy anything else from the shop. read more

Saw Illenium & Dab the Sky back in March and it was INSANE! Honestly never thought I'd see a rave on this scale but it's completely ruined regular raves for me lol. The visuals and lasers were epic and the wide screen is so immersive. Watch your step because the rows are pretty steep. Sit towards the back middle for the best view! read more

Loved seeing The Wizard of Oz here. We had seats in the 400 section, if you are not a fan of heights I suggest going lower. It was pretty steep up there, but I got used to it as the movie went on. The details that you see during this presentation are amazing! I just wonder how everyone that was attached to this movie would've thought about this, I'm sure they would've loved it! read more
This is more a review of The Wizard of Oz movie/experience at the Sphere but as someine who wasn't sure if it was worth going, it turned out to be worth the price of admission. The 4D elements along with the massive dome screen was truly an experience. And, it helps that I caught an apple that fell. They also have exhibits around The Wizard of Oz in the lobby area. If you stay after the movie, they even have an interactive session with the Wizard. If you're in doubt, it's worth checking out the Sphere! read more

Went to watch the wizards of oz. This is experience was beyond my expectations. I have zero complaint from the time we arrived. The effects they have for the movie was insane. You had apples falling from the ceiling which was pretty cool. And the wind effect from when the tornado happened in the movie. It was awesome. Best experience ever. Definitely check them out and see one of the shows. It's pretty cool. read more
Sphere is just as impressive the second time around. My first visit was for Postcard from Earth and this time we returned to experience The Wizard of Oz. One of the most memorable moments is the transition scene when Dorothy is swept from Kansas to Oz. As the storm builds, loose papers begin swirling across the massive screen and then seem to spill out into the room, creating the illusion that debris is flying all around you. The effect is paired perfectly with subtle wind and vibrating seats, making it feel like you're actually inside the cyclone as everything lifts, spins, and shifts from black-and-white Kansas into the color of Oz. Beyond that scene, the immersive details really elevate the experience. From falling apples and the flying monkeys overhead to seat movements that sync with the action. It's not just visually stunning, it's interactive in a way that makes the show extra engaging and genuinely fun. read more
The Sphere has been on my bucket list since it was constructed. I didn't care what I saw there but I just had to see something. Anything. My opportunity came to see Illenium and DJ Diesel (Shaq) at Sphere over Easter weekend. It totally blew my mind. The venue is incredible and the production for Odyssey was out of this world. What an amazing experience. This was not my first EDM concert, but it will be THE ONE I always go back to, remember, talk about....it's hard to even describe Sphere's energy. It must be experienced. read more
One of the main reasons my partner's family planned a sibling trip to Las Vegas again was to go to Sphere to see The Wizard of Oz. Note: it's not a stage show, nor is it the entire movie as we know it. Just run with an experience. It's like IMAX on steroids. I know you've read a million review about this place, and I tried not to read up on the details, because I like being surprised. So, no spoilers other than two scenes are very popular and immersive. All I have to say is if they ever do a Star Wars/Star Trek experience at Sphere, I'd be there a LOT. I would love to see a concert there. I think something space-related from an observatory would be awesome. Make the trip. Bite the bullet with cost. It's so worth it. Also, it's within walking distance from the Strip. We had one person in our group who has difficulty walking, so ride share/taxi drop-off and pick up is close and easy as an alternative to walking. read more
Fun experience and Wizard of Oz was a good first movie to adapt. The movie itself has been lovingly restored and remastered to fit the gigantic screen. The wind and seat effects were fun and it is a timeless movie. Seats were ok, comfortable but could use a little more leg room and the flying monkey effect was underwhelming. Date of visit: December 31, 2025 While I've always found this to be a cool venue from the outside, I was not eager to attend an event given the ridiculously high price of literally every thing that screens here, whether it was the Darren Aronofsky film that was designed to be shown here or the reimagining of The Wizard of Oz. But when one of my husband's favorite groups, Backstreet Boys, was playing around New Year's Eve, I knew that it would make for a great Christmas gift--especially since despite all of our journeys to Vegas, we had never been there at the turn of the calendar before. Sphere is easily accessible from The Venetian, but note that easy does not mean fast; it is a hike! I had been in this part The Venetian before having attended a large conference a few years back as you walk through the conference section of the building to get to the skybridge to the actual venue. I did chuckle at the amusing combination of conference attendees and Friends of Dorothy on their way to see the Wizard on a random weekday while passing through. Personally I am not a huge fan of Backstreet Boys (I was more N'Sync), the concert was very impressive. We had seats on the 300 level which I think were fantastic and I didn't feel like I wished I was down on 200 at all because the screen is so immersive and all-encompassing that I didn't mind the stage looking so small; we could always see what was going on. Speaking of the screen, it. Is. Awe-inspiring. It's akin to IMAX on steroids, the screen is next to you. It's above you. It's below you. The pictures and video I posted really do not do it justice and I cannot recall another time when I entered a concert venue and had my breath taken away. Staff were nice but be careful exiting; we were ushered out an exit that put us on the street, in the rain, and we would have much preferred walking through The Venetian instead to get back to our hotel. read more
Parking for the sphere is a bit of a nightmare. Know this heading in and pack your patience. The staff outside herds everyone to stairs to gain entry. If that is not something you can do, you have to get a little forceful with them and that unnecessary. I know if I need an elevator or not... leave it there. Once inside... beautiful. Fully immersive and Wizard of Oz (the show I'm attending) is everywhere. The sounds, smells, video, imagery everywhere. Security is pretty thorough and I'm alright with that. I want to feel safe. Drinks are steep as is expected for an attraction like this. They could and should offer carriers. It's hard to hold on to your over priced drink, a snack and a handrail to navigate the stairs to your seat. Bartender TODD was amazing BTW and deserves all the praises I can give . read more

Spoiler Alert! Stop reading if you want surprises. What an amazing experience we had. I went to their planet earth show last year but for my birthday this year, we saw the Wizard of Oz. Prices are expensive but you have to get there early to take advantage of the photo opportunities and their pre-post show. Made it so worth it! The actual movie in the sphere was absolutely stunning! And it's interactive with chair movement, wind, and items flying around you. I caught a leaf and even got an apple which was really cool. The color, sound, effects and full picturesque views were incredible. 10 out of 10 recommend! read more
I have a mixed review. 1) The Wizard of Oz movie was fantastic. You could tell we were in the cheap-ish seats (in the middle of the middle) because we didn't get any of the effects like flying leaves, bubbles, etc. We did get the seats shaking, so that was cool. 2) The d*mn rows are WAY too narrow and I, and others with me, were scared we were going to fall. Dangerous, and you feel like you are packed in like a sardine. That was not fun. 3) Come on, the mark up on the merchandise was ridiculous. 4) Drink prices, while they included a branded cup that we didn't need, were also expensive. So, would I go again, probably not. I went so that my friend could experience the movie. Now that we have been, we don't feel the need to go again. read more
We went for what was supposed to be THE EAGLES last show of their residency at the Sphere. Turbos out they have actually re-upped for a few more shows. We had never seen the Eagles in concert, so this would be a unique experience itself. But inside the Sphere with the projections that were made, made it truly amazing. We both really enjoyed our experiences. Really great! read more
What a venue!!!!! No t a bad seat in the house. We sat in section 303 for The Eagles. Nice and organized. Wonderful stuff. Ample room in the hallways. Bit of gridlock leaving via the pedestrian bridges- I'd see anyone here! Even The Wiggles read more
Sphere was a terrific, unique experience. Such a large venue, with a screen that fills every person's field of view, is stunning. We saw the Eagles, and they had custom video content both before the show, and for each song. The lobby is equally impressive - giving a sense of the size of the building, even though it's separated from the auditorium. And from the outside - having an ever-changing seamless exterior display makes it a wonderful addition to the city skyline. We walked there from the Strip, and having the building visible from many blocks away added to the show. One heads-up for attendees - the seats and armrests both flip up when you stand - this makes it easy to let people through, and to come and go in general. BUT - the springs are really aggressive - if you have a drink in one of the somewhat flimsy cup holders on the back of the seat in front of you, and the person gets up, you could easily have some or all of your beverage end up in your lap. read more

Absolutely stunning showing of a great film. While shorter than normal film, DVD, etc. It has such fantastic scenery added to enhance the film. The 4D experience is something to behold, worth the trip to see it. Massive interior entrance with shops and displays to entertain you. Bars are great. The high escalator can be intimidating but there are elevators. Once inside at your viewing section, the steps doen to your seats looks scary but there are handrails to help. Cup holders are located at the back of the seats in front of you at you feet. read more

I saw Illenium at The Sphere on 03/06/2026, which is over a month ago today, and I still think about it often. I had not been to this venue before and didn't know what to expect. Both the opening act, Dab the Sky, and Illenium absolutely blew me away. The graphics and sound quality were amazing. My friend and I sat in Section 105, row 24 - we didn't know until we got there that the overhang would obstruct some of the view for rows 21 and back. Apparently the best view of the screen is in the 200s sections - I imagine it'd be better for your neck too, not having to look up as much. The venue has multiple doors at the entrance. The FAQs on the Sphere website stated we could bring in empty, soft plastic bottles to be filled inside the venue, but there were no water stations in sight. The one thing that was really frustrating was the website states the venue is a "no bag" facility and limits bags to 6 in. x 6 in. x 2 in. We saw others with purses bigger than that and not clear either, yet they were allowed into the venue after a quick search. Leaving the venue was insane - we waited a long time in the Taxi line while also trying to get an Uber or Lyft. Barely any taxis showed up, and after a while they finally said that taxis are limited due to other events. There were some Escalades and mini party buses available for $100 or more - that's not bad if splitting among a big group, but there were just two of us. Such a cool experience. Came to watch the wizard of oz with family. Very interactive and lots of things to see in the lobby before and afterwards! Great food and drink options and very clean facility bathrooms. Easy to walk through the Venetian but we easily walked the streets since we stayed at a nearby resort. read more

I've been to the Sphere twice. The first time was to watch the postcard Earth show. It was ok. For the price, I didn't think it was worth it. I decided to take my daughter to the Wizard of Oz show. She did like it, but I didn't think the price you pay and the experience was worth it. read more

Amazing, like NO OTHER entertainment experience that is best experienced versus trying to describe to anybody. If you are lucky enough to see one of your favorite performers/musicians and their take on visuals it is well worth a visit. Not know where to pick a seat and not wanting to stand, we got seat center of the stage on the seated section underneath an overhang, and vowed to get something not above us on a return trip. Experienced Phish 4/19 and 4/20/25 and am going back for the next 3 night run 4/30 - 5/2/26, counting down the days! Not so lucky with tickets this time around in Section 210, but no overhang with a view from the side for this trip. read more

If you're looking for somewhere that has good vibes and a memorable experience then you need to come here. We saw Wizard OF Oz and it was such a magical experience and we will forever remember it. The lines are quick, I love how they have 2 escalators, that makes getting in much easier. The Sphere deserves this 5 star rating. Today on our trip to the Sphere we enjoyed the Wizard of Oz performance. We truly enjoyed the convenience of entering the venue from the Venetian hotel. Our seats were very comfortable and we enjoyed the performance growing up as a child watching the Wizard of Oz. I found myself smiling throughout the performance. We were fortunate enough to actually catch an apple from the tree scene. I would love nothing more than to share this experience with my extended family. read more

As someone who's sustained/survived being internally decapitated & consequently has lots of hardware in my neck, what section would you recommend I sit in?
205-208 or 305-308 so you can look directly at the screen in front of you. They are more centered and you will have a full direct view of the panoramic screen.
Taking 2 elderly handicapped ladies to the show on Thursday. We are Ubering down, is there an entrance to be dropped off or how do I get them to the show?

Is there restaurants and good food at the sphere?
You can order fast food at the Sphere. Ie. chicken tenders, chips, etc… The Sphere is also attached to the Venetian Hotel with an all indoor walkway, so you can go to their restaurants and food court, pre and post show too.
Section 210 first row or section 203 6 rows back - what seats do you think would be better?
I would always choose the first row. Sat first row center in 300's and it was ideal.
Can I buy tickets at The Sphere on the day of the showing for Postcards from Earth?
Yes, but it is better to buy ahead of time online so you can choose your seats and to make sure they are not sold out for the day. There are discount vendors online such as Vegas.com where you can purchase tickets cheaper.
Are kids 2yo allowed? And if so what's the best show for them to see?
I don't know what their official rules are, but I think a two-year-old would be overwhelmed by the Sphere experience in any capacity. It is loud, flashing lights...could be scary.
Are they really strict with the bag dimension?
Sphere is a "no bag" facility, meaning that large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the venue. Small clutches, purses, and fanny packs that are no larger than approximately 6 in. x 6 in. x 2 in., as well as diaper bags and bags required… Read more

I went at the end of March. The temperature indoors was just right. Short sleeves would not be a problem.
Which section has the most comfortable seats?

Do they play movie in there?
The sphere requires a very complex camera for all footage used inside so they currently only have one movie--Postcard from Earth. I hope to see more movies in there soon!
Are security lines a long wait or do they move pretty quickly?
The crowds are a mess. The line stops for several minutes at a time, with no explanation or instructions about which line goes where. The staff are playing on their cell phones, not paying attention, just collecting a paycheck. I asked one… Read more
Has anyone parked at the adjacent H parking lots? Is it a very long walk to/from the Sphere? Going after F1 & reserved onsite parking but Sphere refunded due to F1. If having difficulty walking, park at Venetian or H lots (H1 better?) -w/c better?
The parking and traffic around the Sphere is gridlock on event nights. You're better off parking further away and walking. We were at Paris and walked - it was easy and beats sitting in traffic.
Where are the bathrooms and emergency exits?
Please look for the signs, Restrooms and Emergency Exits are clearly marked.
What time should I arrive for the U2 show?
I stayed at Paris. Definitely recommend walking. Traffic is a stand-still before and after the show.
Are they strict on the purse policy of 6 by 6?
My purse was slightly bigger...maybe 6"x8"? & I had no issues going thru with it. I thought they'd make me open the purse & check but they just had everyone go thru the metal detectors.
Is it a really far and long walk from Venetian (corridor, bridge, etc.) to the Sphere (The Sphere Experience)?
