The beef was tender, the noodles were nicely cooked, and the fresh herbs and lime let me adjust each bite to my taste. The peanut dipping sauce added a creamy, slightly sweet contrast that paired nicely with the fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a comforting, flavorful meal that felt both fresh and filling. I would happily order the beef pho and shrimp spring rolls again.
