As a local I am so excited that I finally found a convenient Thai restaurant with such yummy food, great value and friendly staff. My favorite dishes are the red and green curries and the rice is always so flavorful and fluffy. The food always seems so fresh and the staff are always very kind and helpful. Comically bad. Almost like the cook was trying to screw things up. The spring rolls were frozen and gummy. The shrimp were at once both fishy and cooked down to hard balls of rubber. The vegetables in both dished were overcooked into mush and even the rice was a gloopy mess. Rice? Really? A Thai joint that can't even cook rice is pretty scary. We are local and were hoping trying this place would net us a closer Thai joint to visit. NOT! We won't be back. The staff was nice but they had that vibe that says "ya, we know this food is crap". read more

Been here a few times, pretty normal Thai place. The pad Thai chicken is pretty good and I agreed with most of the other reviews that it may be more on the sweeter side but it isn't too bad. I like the chili sauce over it so that's good. The portion are pretty decent as well. The ambience is decent and have nice service. I have tried ordering out as well and the service was really fast within 10-15 mins. If you are hungry and are around the area, it's worth a visit! I didn't think it was the best I have tried so I gave it a 4 stars! read more

Everyone has their "go-to" Thai restaurant, and I've been to them all, but this one is the best!!! Even those "Best of Orlando places don't match up to Spice Thai. Came in for my Choo Chee curry with shrimp. Absolutely the best food ever. I literally crave their food here. Everything is always so fresh and flavorful. The staff is so attentive and friendly. Try the mango sticky rice for dessert. You will not believe this dessert!!! The prices here are so reasonable especially since the portions are so generous. The curry is really good. I enjoyed this place better than Merritt Island. They give these big fat thick cuts of veggies. So you really can't enjoy. The vegetable here was thinly sliced. I was in Orlando recently and had a serious craving for Thai food, so I found little place a few miles from my hotel. So, my yearning led me on my journey to have some surprisingly tasty food! I had the Pad Thai (I know, cliché, yet excellent). It was worth the 40 min traverse there and back enough for me to do it again the following day for some drunken noodles! The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the guy on the second night blamed a co-worker for taking too long for my food- not cool. Meh.. service was quick but that's pretty much if.. My boyfriend and I had a Long day and were craving some good Thai food. Reviews were good.. I don't understand yelpers! Our yellow curry was liquid and tasted like water.. Keep looking around my friends. I'm sure you can find a better Thai restaurant in the Orlando area! read more

I frequent this location and the food is tasty. Very friendly staff and great service. Quiet and relaxing space. They got couple TVs showing drone TV. Puts you in the right frame of mind. I recommend the Choo Chee Shrimp. It's amazing! Great lunch specials as well. One of the best values in the area. read more

SPICY, SPICY, SPICY we ordered two dishes; drunken udon and pad-tai. Waiter asked what level of spice we preferred, asked if medium was not not spicy, he confirmed.. Well both dishes were very spicy could not enjoy our meals. Word of advice, go for mild spice, you can always add more chili sauce after you taste your meal. We overheard other people complaining about the spicing in their dishes. The vegetables in my drunken udon were undercooked almost raw, not enjoyable. Very little amount of udon noodles, lots of undercooked vegetables. Hope this review helps. read more

Landed late and friend picked me up at the airports. Of course he only eats asian food don't why. Lol Found this place just a stones throw from the north exit of the Orlando airport . Small cute place - good selection. I ordered the steak salad which I loved. Freind ordered drunken noodles - good portion but he liked it. Good service but a bit short handed.- everyone is now. I'm sorry, but what?!?!?! Landing ravenous and needing to kick my taste buds awake, I chose Spice Thai based on other yelpers reviews. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with everything that I ordered. The art of the Thai kitchen lies in their appreciation and proportion of hitting hot/sour/sweet ratios. The green curry was much too sweet, the drunken noodles were dry with hardly any basil or wok char, the papaya salad was much to crunchy (the green papaya is supposed to pounded and softened slightly with the sugar and lime juice) and void of peanuts. The summer rolls were filled to the brim with shaved iceberg lettuce and overcooked vermicelli noodles and the dipping sauce was straight liquefied peanut butter. I really hope that I just got this restaurant on an off day, because the alternative is that people's expectations of what Thai food is supposed to be is severely skewed in Orlando. read more

I've had Thai food in many states in the union. By far, this was the worst. When I walked in, I was...uh, greeted by a dour woman behind the counter. I was going to eat there, but she didn't want me to sit at a four-top table, even though the place was half-empty. So I got it to go. Drunken Noodles looked and tasted like the ones you get in a package of Hamburger Helper. Beef had no seasoning, and was poorly prepared. Not hot or spicy, though requested as such. I was still asked for gratuity through the point-of-sale system. Glad I opted out.
