This dish was served by a heated stone bowl with broth. On the side were two plates: one with bean sprouts, Thai basil, and jalapeño slices - the classic trio, and the other with filet mignon, rice noodles, and veggies. I was supposed to add ingredients to the bowl to cook them. Since the stone bowl was already full of broth, I had to ask for an extra bowl for me to scoop out some broth to get some space for other ingredients. That was fine, but the stone bowl was extremely hot, so I ended up overcooking both the meat and rice noodles... Their stone bowl rice noodles is from $30 -$45.
