First time eating here and I was impressed. Everything tasted fresh, and the ingredients looked high quality. I always prefer building my own bowl, so I went with a salad base, two scoops of salmon, one scoop of octopus, and pretty much every topping except jalapeños. They have a great selection of toppings, making it easy to customize exactly what you're craving. One thing I really appreciated was the price. A regular bowl is only $15, which is noticeably less than my previous favorite poke spot, Poki Monster, where a similar bowl would cost me around $18. It's nice to find a place that delivers both quality and value. My only minor complaint is the ordering process. One of my favorite, if not my favorite poke spots. Reasonable prices, delicious poke bowls and great service! Their poke bowls are packed with flavor and they do not skimp on the toppings! My go to order is the medium bowl with half rice and half chips. Medium comes with 3 scoops of protein, I normally go with 2 salmon and 1 spicy tuna and it hits every time!! This house sauce is delicious, I usually go with medium spice with spicy mayo and eel sauce drizzle. You can order online or walk in and order, service is pretty quick, they have a whole assembly line. So my sister had to cancel her birthday dinner plans with lots of friends because she got sick as she was working through the day. She lives alone so that meant that the dinner cancellation would result in her spending her birthday by herself in bed. Since she was sick, she was going to spend the rest of the evening in bed. As a good big brother living in another state, I ordered her favorite foods and desserts to be delivered to her house so she can binge tv and rest. She texted to tell me she was so happy because on top of what I ordered for her, SPIN poke saw my note that I had included in her order, just simple a "HBD Bro". 6 letters. Probably the best fish tacos I ever had. If you're into fish tacos, stop what you're doing. The fish was crispy, the slaw was fresh, and there was this sweet kick I wasn't expecting that totally wow'd me. I think it was the tomato mixed with that creamy avocado sauce that just made everything blend perfectly. I ordered a poke bowl, beef plate and spam musubi. The beef plate lacked flavor overall, the mac salad was good - not a dish I would order again. The spam musubi also didn't have much flavor. It had literally everything i loved from spicy tuna, to scallops, avocado, seaweed salad. ~ Salmon Lover Bowl is just the salmon protein poke. My hubby loved it. His fav fish is salmon. So he loved every bite of it. ~ grilled shrimp bowl was delish. The shrimp was grilled to perfection and wasn't overly cooked and dried out. ~Chicken Udon broth was really flavorful. My youngest son loved it. He slurped every noodle and broth hot the spot for him. Very flavorful cause usually udon tends to be bland at diff restaurants. ~ Grilled Beef with Chicken Plate was the best for my teen 15 year old who craves protein. This is my go to place for poke bowls , everything is fresh and tasty . Never have had a bad experience with the food or workers here . The seaweed salad is some times a hit or miss and tastes fishy. But other than that every time I've gotten a poke bowl it's been great . The sauce for the beef plate and bowl can sometimes have a gelatin texture and can be fix by heating the beef up a little more. Food is tasty although the portions and the fish scoops are a bit on the smaller size. They definitely give you all of the toppings you need, but it would've been nice to have more of the actual poke as part of the meal. Stopped by to pick up food while at the hospital. They have a few signature poke bowls along with a build your own. We opted to do the build your own and with most of the toppings. The fish was fresh and portion size is huge. We also got a few spam masubi which tasted fine and were relatively large compared to other places. I usually order lunch here when I'm in a time crunch, so I normally submit my order through their website and select the time that I can come to pick up my order. If you submit your order through Yelp, the time is set for a specific time that you can't change. Ambiance is a chill vibe. There are a lot of businesses around here, so everyone comes in during lunch. Friendly staff here and great customer service -- every time I arrive, my order is ready to go and the guys here know me by name! I was at Kaiser hospital when my son was admitted to the children's ward. I just took my chances and ordered online and picked up food. It was ready when I got there and I was offered extra condiments although it had some in the go bag. I ended up going back again during my son's multi day stay. I highly recommend this place. I'd go back over and over again if I was closer. I had a bowl with many types of fish. All I remember is that the fish was fresh and delicious. I really can't remember what I ordered and I should've took a pic. . Everything was so good. If a business is good I will usually do a review. If they are bad I may skip a review, but either way I want to help people by steering them in the right direction. Thank you to all the kind staff. However, I'm thrilled to say that this is my favorite poke place in recent history! It's actually very dangerous that this place is only minutes away from where I live. My wife and I will definitely be back here! Located near the freeway exit, this spot is nestled in a small plaza. Parking could be tricky, but you'll find a space. I promise. Going into the store, I noticed it wasn't huge or anything, but they had a decent amount of seating. The way to order is unique. There is a order sheet that you pick up and mark with a pen. I thought this was a great idea! The prices are fair. Regular bowl with 3 scoops was $13 and large is a few bucks more. However, they do put a lot of stuff in the bowl so just know the regular bowl will probably be more than filling! My wife and I got the same bowl. Regular bowl with all salmon and all the fixings. The bowl was SO good!! I think what made this place shine is the fact that they use sushi rice instead of regular white rice!! I tell you... it makes all the difference! I really wish other poke spots use sushi rice. However, I'll give it to Spin Poke for doing the right thing and offering sushi rice with their bowls! The salmon was nice and fresh and all the other stuff was so delicious! We got it with mild sauce and spicy mayo. Get all the crunchy stuff at the end and it was great. A bowl of rice, covered in everything you would find in a crunch roll at sushi. Tempura shrimp, lots of crab, nori, green onions, spicy mayo, eel sauce, and ginger. I vowed to return soon! Then I forgot about it and never went back. My boss asked me to get lunch for him a few weeks ago. "Surprise me," he said. Spin popped back into my head, so I went and got him a Crunch Bowl.
