I have a shoulder problem for about 10 years (and a bad posture) and I have been coming here for awhile. Dr Hur does so many things that the usual chiropractors do not which keeps me from almost pain free (I say almost because my pain is chronic). Long overdue review, but the best chiropractic office I've ever been to! You're always greeted by Sean with a smiling face and everyone is super friendly. Great to be in such a friendly and enjoyable environment while you're being treated. I've been going to Dr. Ryan Hur for about two years, on and off, and I always feel so much better after my sessions. I go to Spine Solution for everything, from upper and lower back pain, to a wrist injury, to rotator cuff injury. I always feel much better after my sessions. I've had lower back pain for yearsss and I never knew why, and after a car accident over four years ago, my neck started hurting as well. Sitting at a desk doing paperwork all day is probably not the best for my condition, but that's why you have the nice, friendly doctors and staff at Spine Solution to get you better. Although most people think going to a chiropractor is just about adjustments, there's actually much more to it than just the adjustments during your sessions here. The electrical muscle stimulation machine here is my best friend. It's a great way to start off my sessions every time I come here for treatment. It really helps to release muscle tension, which I have a lot of. Dr. Hur also uses a tool called PTLMS with releasing muscle tension, it's great. I also injured my wrist years ago, and it always bothered me, but I ignored the pain and discomfort. This led to scar tissue build up in my outer wrist and Dr. Hur used the Graston tool and technique to break down the scar tissue and help with the flexion in my wrist. Painful at first, but you feel much better after. Dr. Hur is very attentive and thorough with his diagnosis and when explaining what's going on with your body. I found this place because I was looking for a chiropractor as an emergency because I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I got very lucky that they were able to see me that day and they took my insurance. I went in and after very careful intake of my information and asking me several questions pertaining to my injury, they made sure to begin treating me right away and gave me everything I needed to start on the road to recovery. I was there for over an hour and dealt with four different types of treatments that all assisted with improving my pain. I left there feeling amazing with a massive improvement because there was a huge decrease in my pain level. I am a law student and so living in pain is a very big risk because I cannot keep up with school and it is counterproductive to everything that I'm doing right now in my life. I really needed this place to pull through on the first try and they did. I needed to come back two days later because I still had pain due to my injury being so bad, and they gave me the same level treatment again and helped me push through. Now I am pain-free after both treatments and back to feeling normal. It seems my injury was a repetitive use injuries which is very hard to treat unless you are in good hands. I had never gone to a chiropractor before. I wasn't really familiar with what they did either. Full body massages and cupping therapy wasn't helping me with my back pain anymore so i decided to do some research. I came across Spine Solution online and decided to give it a try. I called and it was very easy to make an appointment. The staff is extremely friendly. I honestly feel guilty for cheating on him. This past weekend my lower back was hurting again and Sunday, I just couldn't move. I ended up going to 'Joint Chiropractic' in Glendale and damn, that place sucked. Theres no machines and you're only there for like 8 mins. The Dr just adjusts/cracks your back. That's it! I didn't even think it was that much of an adjustment. Waste of $20. Anyways, like I said in my previous post, this facility is hella clean and nice, you feel welcomed from the get go. There's also a new Dr. who was nice as well. He was calling me Mister, which I thought was funny cause I'm only 24 and i thought i look young. But its stuff like that, that gets to you. You know you're at a great place. The actual work is refreshing. You're on a rolling bed first, then tens unit, and then whichever Dr. you get, they will work on you and adjust you. Hands down the best chiropractic duo in KoreaTown and probably in Los Angeles. Both Dr. Chung and Dr. Hur are very thorough in their treatments and explanations. They make you feel right at home and their personalities are just what caring doctors should be like. I've been to a handful of different places, some okay and some not at all, but these guys are definitely legit. Terrible service. I called to make an appointment as a new patient, they told me to email them my information and that they would call me back. I emailed and waited and they never called me. I called them several times, they never called back. Once I got someone on the phone I finally find out that they are not an provider to my insurance (which they had told me already they were over they phone). They were so kind as to find the email I sent them and inform me that they had not indeed ever called me. Only once I got a hold of them did they offer for me to pay out of pocket for their services. I found Spine Solution when I was in extreme pain. The pain I had experienced from sciatica was worse than anything I had ever experienced, and this statement is coming from a woman who has gone through labor twice. I had already visited a couple of other chiros in the ktown area multiple times. I had also gone through acupuncture and all of this was to no avail. My pain had not subsided. I went to Spine Solution and met with Dr. Hur for over a month. From the first visit I noticed a change in my condition. The treatments are very thorough, long (much longer than other 5 min places), and affordable. This is my first yelp review, as I've never been compelled to write one before. I started seeing Dr. Ryan Hu for herniated disc pain that I've been suffering from for almost two years. After seeing Ryan, my day to day pain has been reduced and my flair ups are much less frequent than before. What REALLY got me, however, was my visit today. For the past 4 days, I haven't been able to open my mouth wide enough to eat solid foods without experiencing excruciating pain. I went to see my dentist and she said it was TMJ. She didn't give me anything to help with the pain and told me that I needed to be fitted for a mouth guard (which I will still do). Today, I casually mentioned the TMJ to Ryan during my session and he said he would "take a look". He started pressing on my jaw muscles asking me to open and close my mouth, as much as i could, several times. 3 minutes later, he was finished and I could open my mouth fully with very little pain! My jaw pain has gone from a 9 (bad) to about a 2 (great). I HIGHLY recommend going to see Ryan ASAP. read more

This place practically cured me, especially Dr. Ryan Hur. Please call them to confirm the address. Their rates were extremely reasonable for my uninsured status. I have the proper diagnosis to treat a lifelong ailment that used to constantly bring me down and put me out of commission. I had a severe muscle spasm in my lower left back. They treated it for six weeks with the Graston technique. It was a little intense but very therapeutic. The rest of my back responded to having years of scar tissue that was built-up be broken down. However, the specific muscle spasm was still fighting back as strong as ever. They referred me to a local top-of-the-line MRI facility to scan the muscle, and we found out the muscle spasms were due to three lower herniated discs. One was especially severe and sending out a nerve impulse to constantly spasm the muscle. We then began six weeks of decompression therapy with the Cox technique. It was less intense and really helped solve the problem. At first, I resented the previous treatments, but after doing some research I found out that the Graston technique was also appropriate for my situation and helped the second batch of therapy be more successful. Being uninsured, they were initially trying to spare me the expense before sending me for an MRI, which was also reasonably priced. I have all the exercises and tools at home, including the McKinsey technique, to continue to treat any flareups. It was so bad that I was considering surgery. Failed back surgery syndrome is so common that it is best not to get it if you absolutely do not have to! This place spared me of that. They have top-notch machines also to get you loosened up and aligned and prepared for treatment. They were also excellent about informing me of my daily aftercare.
