He told me they were in the back and that he would ask the floor manager to bring some up. The manager comes to the front of the store and yells at the elderly man working the register and states if they want the pellets they can buy the one that's up here I am not going to bring another pallet up just because you asked for it. The white bags are here and if they want pellets those are the one they get. Mind you I have bought my pallet of pellets from this location 3 yrs in a row, same product. I will not be buying them from this location and personally felt really bad for the way the guy at the register was spoken too. No respect for the older gentlemen and zero respect for the customer, funny thing is the next customer walked in and asked the same question as I did about the red bag pellets that they have been using for years. Horrible customer service experience today at Tractor Supply. About 5 weeks ago I purchased some…read morechicks, stating I needed layer hens. I purchased over 40 of them. After raising them for a few weeks, it became apparent that more than half were Bantam sized birds, not layer hens. I called Tractor Supply and spoke at length with a person who took the time to look up my purchase in the store's records. She told me I could not return the birds, but to bring in my receipt and I they would "help me out," and that new chicks were coming in the next day. So I went in today. The acting store manager was annoyed before she even spoke to me, stating off the bat that there is a 24 hour policy on chicks. I was not looking for a refund, or to return them, but a partial replacement/adjustment of some kind. She refused to hear me out, basically stating there was no proof I had purchased the pullets from Tractor Supply, inferring a fraud motive despite my receipt. She denied that I had been given contrary information on the phone, and had little to say at all except I was out of luck and to keep my voice down. Not a single word of recognition of my situation. What a poor representative of the company. Couldn't even make eye contact. I was there to buy 6 bags of feed. I just walked out instead.
