I got a surprise call from the Branch Manager himself, Eric, who picked up my last-minute, same-day reschedule and came out personally to handle the job. ​From the start, he made an incredible first impression. He was super professional and took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do--nothing felt rushed. After treating the exterior, he walked me through everything he sprayed and where he laid the rodent traps, taking the time to explain a few different options for our property. I really appreciated the attention to detail; he even noticed our trash cans, sprayed and wiped down the black widow spiders and webs, and made sure to clean the trash can handles. ​For the interior, Eric made sure to address all of our specific areas of concern. As a parent, it gave me peace of mind when he explained that the products are kid and pet-friendly and told us exactly what to expect next. He even provided commercial-grade bait to place in areas where pests like to pop up. ​This family-owned business completely blew past my expectations. My boyfriend has called at least four separate times, and every time his call was transferred repeatedly, disconnected, or he was told the service had been canceled. This happened over and over again for three months. Then, two days ago, one of their employees showed up at our property without our permission, walked into our backyard, and completely caught me off guard. I was home alone and was startled to find someone on our property when we believed the service had already been canceled. That experience was upsetting and unacceptable. After seeing how poorly everything was being handled, I called myself to try to resolve the issue. Every representative I spoke with was rude and unwilling to help. First, I was told that my name had to be added to the account before I could request the cancellation. We added my name, only to be told afterward that only someone calling from the phone number listed on the account could cancel the service. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. She told me she would make a courtesy call to my boyfriend to obtain his permission so I could complete the cancellation. That call never happened. My boyfriend never received any call, yet the supervisor claimed they had done everything they could to help us. As of today, we still have not received written confirmation that our service has been canceled. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we've ever had. Three months of repeated calls, contradictory information, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service just to cancel an account is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

Even if I live pretty close by, I never got around to check out the beautiful Wonderland that the Norton family creates every year in front of their house in Burbank! I guess we were too spoiled with many Christmas activities! This year I promised myself that we'd go and check it out and lift our spirits! Maybe it worked out for the best since Christmas festivities were rare this year! I stopped by last night, glad I did. Who knew that'd be the last night since they started to pack it up due to the upcoming rain! Easy street parking, not many people when we showed up. We did come just after sunset. The holiday lights can be seen from further away. The place is so joyful and fun: a carousel, a cute train, a wheel that spins around! Music, so many details, very cool and this display puts you the holiday mood right away! Free, donate if you can. It goes till 9 pm. There are other cute decorated houses around if you want to take a nice walk around. Wear your mask and be patient, stay away from people, bring a camera. You need to take some photos here, share them, bring joy to others! I'm glad they decided to keep the tradition especially this year! We so needed a slice of Wonderland and joy for this holiday season! Thank You!

The yard may be small but it's packed of a lot of amazing Christmas decorations admired by not just kids but parents alike. There's a train complete with steam coming off and its front wheels turning. A revolving Ferris wheel, a rotating carousel, moving seesaws, and many other animated objects.
