Cut to a little over a year ago when we had them replace our entire HVAC system -as soon as that job was done we were having issues with the air and Donald told us he was moving to North Carolina and closing his business so there wasn't much they could do -they did seem to fix whatever was going on but we've heard a "buzzing" sound in the walls every time the air kicks on since and Donald shrugged his shoulders and said "it's probably something electrical" then about a month ago our heat stopped working -we called Thin Air since they were still listed as a business and we should have a warranty with them -Donald (who moved to North Carolina) answered the phone and sent Dominic out about 7 hours later -Dominic said he "did some things to make it turn back on" but suggested we add more vents to the house. I asked Dominic about Donald and he said that he (Dominic) actually own the business now and Donald was here visiting and "helping" him then Dominic asked for payment even though we had a warranty-two days ago our heat went out again -we called and guess who answered-Donald-and he was nice until we gave him the address-Donald said he'd send someone out by the end of the day and no one ever came and they didn't answer any of our calls after that. Bottom line -these dudes are SHADY AF -BEWARE!

First time running the machine again, the error is back, nothing was repaired and yet I was charged for this "solution". We also told them to fix and replace other items as they deemed necessary. They refit new bolts, rebuilt the carburetor, replaced the skids, adjusted the tracks and replaced the drive belt. The snowblower is damn near brand new and done at the extremely reasonable price of 200 dollars. The staff is very pleasant and easy to deal with. This local business gets an A+++++ from me.

Aaron was our service technician and was knowledgeable about European Appliances. He was professional and a good communicator to explain the issues to me and ordered a new part for my machine. The new part arrived he did a great job at my request to take photos for me of the inside of the machine before and after. That way I could see how he was able to thoroughly clean the inside of the machine before a main part was replaced. Now I feel comfortable moving forward to keep the machine and not have to replace it. I appreciate the professionalism, punctuality and care that was taken by the technician while he was in my home.

The service guy that came was nice but he did not solve my problem cleaning my dryer vent. He said he cleaned it from the inside of the unit about 8 feet before his air compressor hose stopped. He went outside the building and couldn't locate an exterior vent anywhere. He tried the roof and didn't see anything either. He said it would be an issue because my issue won't be fixed and that it would be a fire hazard. I told him I was not satisfied with the service. He called his manager and the manager said to tell me they completed their job even thought they did not and offer a $5 discount off the $139 charge. Then diagnoses my issue for my dryer and indicates he has the part but it was in his other work car but claimed he will call Patty to reschedule for him to come back and he will repair it within 10-15 minutes. Now so conveniently I did not receive a call back and now my warranty company says it is not able to be replaced by diagnosis from A&P yet they were sure it would have been replaced quickly. This company took my money and lied to receive more. Don't Trust them they are working with the warranty company to take hard working people's money.
