I tried the car was side and as usual, the Spash Car Wash is always pretty basic and to the point. I didn't love that this location didn't have as many DIY options as others do. I did love the drive thru quick car wash and the hand dry towel at the end truly makes it a breeze and gives you more of a complete car wash. They have monthly options that are a no brainer for getting unlimited car washes. If I lived closer to a location I would totally do it! The only thing I would've done differently is probably pay the extra to do the wax add on since so much dust and debris is going around especially now during fall. Complimentary vacuums for all car washes are available right across at the oil change section. I love that you can take your time vacuuming and they have both nozzles to vacuum with which is super awesome! read more

I took my Chevy Silverado to Splash car wash today in Bedford NY. I must say this is the worst hand car wash I have ever experienced or have seen and I used to work at a hand car wash facility. They missed cleaning several spots on the body of car, they only did half of roof and missed most of hood,. The wheels and tires were not touched at all, nothing, no pressure washing no soap no nothing, Drying the car was ridiculous, no drying of door jams no drying of roof , horrible job. The truck looks worse now than before it came in . Extremely disappointed for $35 . Will never return or recommend. The owner should be embarrassed. Absolutely horrible read more

I had my truck washed at the Bedford Hills location. I was very disappointed by the works hand wash. My interior was not fully vacuumed (they were leaves and debris still in the door sills, dog hair on the shifter, and other places weren't vacuumed). The inside wipe wasn't completed (the dash wasn't fully wiped). The hand wash was also lacking (my rear bumper appears to be barely touched). This is my second time being dissatisfied at this location (the other time, the manager gave me a free re-wash and clean). I don't feel that I received $42 worth of a clean (it took approximately 20 minutes). The other thing to consider is that they weren't busy. read more

Staff is friendly and fast - they do such a nice job. Inside has the best greeting cards too - so I often leave with a wash and a funny card. I highly recommend giving Bedford Slash a try! read more

I stopped in yesterday for a wash, got in the exterior wash lane by accident and couldn't back up to get in the right lane. After the wash I explained the situation to the kid behind the desk and asked if I can pay 1 of the guys to wipe down the inside of my windows. He comes back and says his guy will do it for $20, literally what I paid to have my whole car washed and half way wiped down. The special quick detail services are nice. Decent quality but for $200 I expected the leaves to be removed from my windshield. I was walked around my vehicle at pickup to make sure I was happy and everything looked good until I opened my hood. Hmm, was my car even washed? I'll let you peruse my photos and be the judge. Went for a basic cleaning today, which I was told was supposed to include hand washing and drying of the exterior, vacuuming the interior, wiping down the dash, and washing the mats. When they finished, my car had barely been dried (see all the water marks), some spots had been missed completely and still dirty, and the interior looked like they hadn't wiped it down at all (plenty of dust and fingerprints, also included in my photos). The car is less than a month old and should be pretty easy to clean. Somehow they managed to even screw that up. Guess they didn't like that I didn't go for the more expensive cleaning packages that they kept trying to push when I first arrived. Again - brand new car, so I don't need that level of detailing this soon. Definitely will not return. Too bad; it would have been easy repeat business for them. read more

I have a monthly subscription to unlimited washes and i occasionally add in additional services. Every single time im disappointed. Last week i paid an additional $30 for a spray wax, which i have gotten in the past (for $20). This time they did such a poor job. I like the service because it improves the look of the black plastic on the car which they completely ignored this week. A COMPLETE waste of time and money. We had our BMW X 5 washed today , when we arrived home it is appalling how bad the car wash is. It was toward the end of day we did not have time to go back before closing. The wash was $39.00, there are dirty blotches over the entire exterior. The interior vacuuming is just as bad as the exterior wash, they didn't even wipe down the inner door frames. I went here on Saturday for the first time since this place came in highly regarded. I was immediately impressed with the very well kept buildings and up to date facilities. I wish I could give this place 4.5 stars and not just 4 lol. The only reason I don't give 5 is because it was very expensive. Cost me $70 for the works (machine and hand wash, tire shine, and a vacuum) that took about 40 minutes. The car did have some dirty spots that I found after I got my keys back, so I asked him to vacuum those extra parts for me. The man was super nice and helpful, and asked me if there were any more spots I would like touched up again before I left. I also enjoyed walking around in the shop while I waited. I take it that the owner loves dogs- haha. Overall experience, this is the best car wash I have been to so far with an enjoyable experience. I will come back! read more

They do not do a good job at all in cleaning the inside of your car. They do not vacuum well, they do not even wash the rubber mats on your car even with the most expensive type (the works) like other car wash places. Go to Sammy and Sons in Chappaqua. They are way better. I regret coming back to Splash today, thinking they got better. Boy, I was so wrong. Do not patronize this business when they are busy. They rush and do a sorely inadequate job. I paid extra for an interior vacuum, and my Dustbuster would have been a better tool. Disappointing that you have to pay to have the interior vacuumed and then do it again yourself. BEWARE. I went to get my car washed and the machine where you choose what wash you want wasn't "working" so attendant took by card to the office to charge for the wash. Before leaving he tried to sell me the special deal they were having on the unlimited car wash option and I clearly denied at least twice. He went to the office and came out with some papers for me to sign for unlimited car wash and again, I refused this service. I now have a $32.50 charge on my credit card which was the amount at the time. I had to go right back because the wash was horrible and the areas not clean. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. read more

The owner saw the condition of my car. He reopened the car wash for me. It turned out that a giant egret crapped all over the car they spent 15 minutes scrubbing the car. If you care about spending your hard-earned money well, do not get your car washed here: I just paid $70 to get the worlds most mediocre car wash. I did not intend to spend $70 in the first place. The sign said that it was $34.99 so I was shocked when I went inside to pay. They explained that that price listed was just for the inside. That was not made clear to me at all, but it didn't matter. They took way longer than they said that they would to finish washing the car and when I finally got to my car, the interior still had leaves, Pineneedles, and other debris on the driver side of the floor. There was also a sticky substance on the exterior rear view glass. I brought it to their attention, and they half heartedly took care of it without a word of apology. When I got in the car I realized it everything felt sticky and didn't look like it was clean. It certainly didn't look like it was $70 clean and I didn't even bring it in to be cleaned in such bad shape at all. I will never come back here and I will be telling my family and friends who do come to this car wash about my experience. read more

*******BUYER PLEASE BE WARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT******* If you have signed up for the "Unlimited Exterior Hand Wash", it will not be honored at the Bedford Hills location. I have been a loyal customer of Splash for more than 2 years. I have 2 vehicles on my plan one is a 2021 Jeep Wrangler, and the other is a classic BMW which cost me 65k cash. I signed up for the the exterior hand wash only because I thought that was a good deal for a brushless wash. I never, opt for the interior option because they just don't do a good enough job with the 3 minutes they spend to address your interior. So "To Me" the interior is a waste of money at this place. All I expect is an exterior hand wash, the car dried off with clean towels, no Armorall crap and that's it. Generally, I frequent the Wilton and Darien CT locations with pretty much no issues.  However, every time I go to the Bedford Hills location things fall apart. Each time I pull up, they start back and forth on their walkie talkies, they have to go in & out  the building to get some sort of OK from somebody, and the operators start yelling back and fourth to each other. Its a complete mess & I the customer don't know what the hell is going on. This past Saturday same scenario accept, this time some guy "I guess he's the Grand Poobah of the carwashers or something", comes outside to me with his chest all puffed up and says "Aye Yo ma-man, you gotta take yuh car into the other side next time because yah plan says exterior aye". I explained all of the above and even mentioned my 2+ year patronage of the establishment. He tells me "aye I don't care what they told yah at any other location ma-man, you gotta take your car over there, because it says exterior aye". I contacted their main office and spoke with someone who promised to look into the issue I had. She called me back in about 4hrs which was great. She then said that the manager there at Bedford Hills said "I should take my car(s) someplace else". I wonder what would happen to that location and the jobs there if everyone "Took their cars someplace else". I took my SUV to be washed here this past Sunday and it happened to be Customer Appreciation Weekend. I came with my 8 year old daughter. They could not have been nicer or friendlier. The car came out very clean and I was happy with the service. The manager there was absolutely wonderful! I don't know his name but he went out of his way to entertain my daughter while we waited for the car. The inside area is spotless...very clean and well run. Yes, it is not cheap but they do a great job so I rather pay more for a job well done than be disappointed. I will be back again. read more

The five star detail is not even one star. The sell you the ideas that they are going to produce professional quality results and they don't. They have the car for 5 hours it comes back you with a basic vacuum, wash and some spray wax. There was milk my kids spilled on the rear of the front driver seat, it was never touched everything was still dusty. When I removed the Matt's on the driver side the floor was never touched-shampooed so there was no need to evaluate the rest of the car. Essentially it's an highly overpriced car wash. Go elsewhere, other companies appreciate the business and value their customers. Just brought my brand new Lexus into Splash and got an exterior wash. Not only did my car come out just as dirty as it was before, but the paint was chipped off my car in 4 spots!!!! Horrible!!! Do not got here! The manager, Paul, said maybe I'm "mistaken" and that they aren't paint chips. As you can clearly see in the photos, the paint was scratched off. I always take a look at my car before going through a car wash for this very reason. These paint chips were not there before entering Splash and I have never so much as gotten a single scratch on my car before. Extremely disappointed. read more

We have a monthly family plan to this place and IMO , it is a great deal. Yes, not perfect as they can get overwhelmed most especially during busy season , but hey for the amount we pay on a monthly basis, I can't complain. We have been going to splash for over 4 years and our cars never get a scratch. Highly recommended. read more
