I always find the service to be great; and yes, sometimes you might have to wipe your car with a towel in some places, but that's pretty normal. The subscription plans don't equate to getting your car DETAILED. There is a cost for that level of clean and I feel like a some folks need to reformulate their expectations.

I visited the Waldorf location on St. Patrick's Boulevard earlier this week and noticed that my trunk hadn't been vacuumed. The only thing in my trunk was a single kickball. Since my trunk had always been cleaned during previous visits, I simply wanted to find out if something had changed. I wasn't looking for a refund or trying to complain--I just wanted an explanation. I reached out through the online chat and spoke with Kimberly. Instead of explaining that the membership packages had changed and that trunk vacuuming depends on the package, she was rude, dismissive, and ended the conversation after telling me I would have to go into the location to cancel my membership. I then tried to cancel online, but the fillable cancellation form on the website didn't work. It directed me to call customer service instead. Ironically, I reached Kimberly again. After I asked to cancel, she again refused to help, insisted I had to go into the location, and ended the call. After that, every call from my personal phone went straight to voicemail. When I called from my work phone, the call went through immediately. Thankfully, I reached Erica, and she completely changed my opinion of the company. She listened, apologized sincerely, explained that the membership packages had changed over time, and offered to help me find the package that included the services I expected. She also offered three months of complimentary service because of my experience. To be clear, this was never about getting free months. If someone had simply explained that the packages had changed, I would have happily upgraded. Instead, I was treated poorly and given inaccurate information by one representative. Erica is the reason I'm still a customer today. She demonstrated exactly what customer service should look like. My hope is that management recognizes employees like her while also addressing how customers are treated by representatives like Kimberly. Long-time customers deserve respect, accurate information, and a willingness to help--not rude interactions that leave them wanting to cancel after years of loyalty.
