I am very upset I took my new (to me) car here to get a wash. I have no idea what kind of towel or rag they were using, but it scratched every single plastic surface they used it on in the interior of my car. They also flat out missed some spots (I know this because there are some areas that were still dusty and are not scratched). The areas they cleaned were left with some sort of residue or film on it. I had to go through and re-clean the entirety of my car on the inside because what they didn't clean was left with a cloudy film over it. I am never coming back here and I recommend if you don't either unless you want the interior of your car all scratched up. I plan on calling them to see what sort of resolution I can get from this. Save your time and money. I came at 4:30p and these guys rushed my car so they could go home. Vacuum was terrible, interior was terrible, Jasmine scent was the only thing nice about this experience. If I could give zero stars I would! Don't go here! So we went here yesterday morning and had two of our cars done. We paid 85$ for both. Here's the problem.... they finish the cars I think hmmmm not a bad job as I walk up to claim my vehicle. I get inside and they definitely could have done a better job inside but hey, it is what it is. So I get home and park as I walk up my walk way which is now on the passenger side, I notice what looks like bird poop. Okay no prob let me just get it off. As I get closer I see that my car actually was dented and the paint is scuffed. WTF??! They cut a corner too close and dented my car! They never even told me!!! It's definitely something that you KNOW you hit something. And seriously you just detailed the outside of my car and went completely around it. I do not recommend this place. Very dishonest about not owning up and saying they did something, that would be the right thing to do. Ugh! It's a joke and trust me I didn't even waste my time trying to Fight with them to fix. They do a very mediocre job for car washing. They don't do a very good job of cleaning the inside of car. They could do better.

I got my car washed and vacuumed today. I left a bag of very expensive shampoo and conditioner in the car that was accidentally thrown away. I realized this 30 mins later and called to see if they had it. They called to say unfortunately the garbage had been taken out. I was bummed! However, the manager Stan? I believe insisted they look for it. They called back and said they found it after going through all the garbage bags!! I was so impressed and happy! Car was literally dirtier when they finished "cleaning" it. Asked for a refund, owner refused saying "I don't do refunds" of course you don't, you'd be out of business in a week. After I complained that the windows were grimy and all the recessed areas on the outside had not been touched, the owner took a rag out and began failing to clean the recessed parts of the exterior, tweaked on that until he scratched off a big chunk of my custom paint. Offered me a free car wash coupon, which I will not be using. Got in the car, windows still grimy, interior now smells like a rotting animal corpse. Had to air it out for hours, probably done intentionally after I complained. They literally smeared muddy rags on clean parts of the car. Worst car wash in town, if not ever. read more

I had a very good job done on my car with interior detail. They deep cleaned my interior and I was impressed. They cleaned the vents of dust which I have never seen done before! I went early and it was not crowded. I gave a nice tip as they did great. read more

I'm bummed out, took my truck there this morning got there when they opened so no line no rush, got a 35 dollar car wash and when they said it was ready I was pissed, windows were still dirty and streaked, door jams weren't wiped down and they didn't vacuum!! I took my car here one day not expecting the best car wash after seeing the reviews, but they literally didn't wash my car. The inside of my dashboard was still dusty, they didn't clean my windows, or vacuum properly and my seat still had a mark on it that was washable. I got the $25 wash which includes vacuuming, inside and outside cleaning and tires... Really wasn't worth it. read more

After paying over $35 for a car wash and tipping $5, I expected a better quality product. The car was cleaned but a number of little things were not taken care of.. like wiping the roof and dressing the running boards of my Jeep. They did partial but not all of it. RACIST owner! TERRIBLE customer service! We got yelled by the owner multiple times because, according to him, he wanted to close his business in 20 mins, but we truly believe the real reason is because we are people of color. There is no other explanation to the fact that we started getting yelled at by the owner the minute we pulled up the car in this business. We politely asked him not to yell at us, and he kept going. He got into our car without our permission (in the middle of a pandemic), aggressively drove it to the workers to get it cleaned, slammed the door, and nearly scratched our Audi. We immediatly asked him to stop, get off the car, and he kept yelling at us saying that he didn't care. This business needs to be closed ASAP. The workers look scared and harassed, which by the way were all people of color too. They were humble and seem to do a good job, but it must feel horrible to have a job to feed their families where they have to go through harassment like this. It is unacceptable to get yelled by the owner being customers willing to pay premium price for a hand wash. Going to make a complaint at the business bureau as well. read more

Idk anything about the car wash, but the store inside is awesome! Ana who runs the post office is amazing. She does so much more than needed and she always has a smile. I moved here 2 years ago and have been using splashes car wash from day one. But unfortunately the last time I had my wife take her car there it left with a dent. You know the one they did not do. And I'm sad to say the last two times I have went for a wash there service has went down hill. The interior has been very poorly wiped down and vacuumed out and exterior shows a half done job. I always try to pick off peak hours to go here. The last few times that I have gone, there would be no one at the vacuums so I would pull in. More people pull up after me, and sure as shit they are the ones that go through before my car. They need to organize that a little better. The last straw was when the young girl that works there stole a pair of my sunglasses out of my car. They honestly think you don't notice.. but "they are not responsible" so there is no point in bringing it up. My family have been using this place for a long time but not anymore. Arrived at 8:05 with 2 cars ahead of me ....price has gone up 30$....fyi. took 40 minutes to complete .....with tip $40.... I brought my brand new car here to get detailed and cleaned. They did a sloppy job and made a huge scratch right in the middle of my infotainment system. I have a 2018 honda civic coupe, so my system is mainly screen. Mind you my car inly had 4k miles on it. They are negligent and prolly used the same towel they dried the outside with on the inside!. I've given this place a couple chances but I've had enough. Stopped today at 4pm for a car wash​. Chose the $40 wash, which seemed to be a thorough inside/outside package. Anyway, there were four cars ahead of me so I paid and sat down expecting maybe a 30 minute wait. It took 30 minutes just to get my SUV through the wash portion. Then they pulled it forward, sprayed something all over it, and then it sat there unattended for 20 minutes. At that point (4:50) I had to leave to pick up my child before 5pm and told two of the men that I needed to take my car finished or not. They looked at me like I'd just insulted them all. They barely wiped the remnants of whatever the oily substance was off the sides, didn't thank me for the $10 tip I STILL gave them after leaving with my car UNFINISHED, and I had to take a pile of dirty rags off the hood of my own vehicle to leave. I get that there will be a long wait if they're very busy but five cars doesn't​ seem like it should be a 50 minute wait. And if I'd been able to wait longer, I'd imagine it would have been well over an hour by the time they were finished. Perhaps they need some efficiency training or something. They certainly could use customer service training. Regardless, I won't be returning to waste more of my time and money. read more

45 min for the car to even go through. When I asked the manager how long it usually takes 20-25 min, so when I mentioned that I'm now up to 45 min, he says, "ya that seems about right, were running slow today." For $40 service and the car should be shining. Unfortunately neither were :( read more

I can't believe this is the only full service car wash in Livermore. I really hope there's a similar car wash and put them in competition. They never clean the inside of my car thoroughly and the only reason I come here is because they're literally the only full service car wash in town - pathetic for a town of 90k people. And to top it off you're waiting for an hour or more - and it's overpriced. Bring a book or your laptop because you will wait a long time for your car. Go somewhere else if you can - Dublin or Pleasanton because I will for sure never come back here. I Went in on Friday morning 845am and they were not busy. My estimated time was one hour for complete carpet shampoo and the special car wash, it ended up taking 75 minutes ( not that I blame them the inside of the car was pretty bad). They did miss the edge of spoiler on my Cruze and there was one or two missed dust spots inside. Overall very happy with the quality of work, will go back again. read more

Ok, I used to be a frequent customer of Splashes Car Wash, however that is changed as of today. First of all forget that they raise the price to $39, i don't mind paying that for good service. What a joke i got my car back and went home talk about piss poor workmanship. The vehicle interior was semi cleaned "Vacummed out" unfortunately they reversed the floor mats, which had doll stuffing on them, since the vacuum job was so poor I guess they did not want me to notice it. The windows appear not to have been cleaned very well on the inside, there were dirt and crap where you open the doors up as if they did not vacuum. Needles to say i will not be wasting my time or money at Slashes anymore, i will drive a couple more miles and go to Corralwood in Dublin they also do a fantastic job on my vehicles. We had to get the carpets shampoo'd and we had our 19 month old daughter with us. We were told it might take a few hours or more and was then offered a ride back home! We got a call later on and we drove our 2nd car over to pick it up. I know of no other car was facility that would do that! Excellent customer service and a clean car! Top notch business. I called ahead of my first visit, and Mark got on the phone and patiently described the unique brushless wash process. Blue Coral is what Mark has spec'd as the wax/chemical lineup of choice.... Only the best is served up here. I pulled into Splash's a couple days ago and saw a service rig parked at the front and the back of the car wash. When I looked down inside the car wash, there were metal rods and machinery laying all which way. The car wash was closed. Two days later, I came back and they were open, so I pulled in and lined up for a wash. After my car was done, I tipped the worker $5, and drove over to OSH. Upon arrival at OSH, my sister got out of the car and said, "What's all over your roof?" I looked and it appeared there was motor oil smeared all over my roof. I told her we're going back. I drove back to Splash's where the clerk got the "manager" for me. The manager and I went out to my car and I showed him the streaks on my roof. He told me I had parked under a tree, and if I wanted to pay them more to rub out the stains, he would. The guy stood there and called me a bald-faced liar after I bought a service and paid his filthy crew a tip! Dude, I don't park under trees! The only place I could have gotten motor oil on my roof is at your car wash. Could you have said, "Gee, lady, I'm sorry, let me get someone here to finish that job." But, no! So you want to know a secret, you old phuck? I'm never using your car wash again, and I hope everyone who got oil on their vehicles today comes back to complain. That was so piss poor of you! You call yourself a businessman? Well, you're just an old, white phuck (yes, the same creepy old bald fart that everyone else has encountered) who doesn't know the half of staying in business! I haven't been to this car wash in over 18 months and was surprised to see all of the negative reviews as I remember them doing a rather nice job on my vehicles. I actually looked on yelp for a car wash location that was closer to my work, but ended up going to Splashes b/c all the ones near my work also had negative reviews, so I figured I come back to see if this place had really gone downhill (in which case I would seriously need to find a new car wash). I like Splashes b/c they're located close to my home and easy to get to (right off the freeway). While I know gas prices are always a bit higher when a gas station has a car wash on site, I do agree with another reviewer that their gas prices are substantially higher than most. Back to my car wash experience... I came in at around 4 pm on a rather warm day (~85 degrees) and was a little skeptical if they would do a good job b/c of the warm weather and being so close to the end of the day, and b/c of the reviews. It was fairly crowded--I was the 6th car to pull up to the vacuum station and there were about 4-5 cars being dried. I bought the $40 car wash (which I think is the package in the middle of their selection). The car took about 35 minutes from start to finish, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how thoroughly my car was washed and dried. They did as nice of a job as I remember them doing the last time I was there and would definitely recommend. But I do have to wonder...do I have low standards or maybe only people w/negative experiences are yelping car wash locations? Nonetheless, I left with my car shiny, bug-free, and watermark-free on the outside, completely wiped down and vacuumed on the inside, and bright and dirt-free rims. No complaints here! read more

My husband brought my car to be washed and chose vanilla fragrance without realizing it would bother our daughters allergies. Mark was extremely helpful removing the fragrance from the car. Excellent customer service! He told me to bring the car back, which I did. He was patient and understanding. read more

I have been bringing my 2014 Ram here since I bought it. Not once have I ever had a problem with the way they clean dry and wax my Ram. It always looks better than when I drove it off the showroom floor. I will keep coming back as long as they are open. Oh BTW I have A LOT of after market accessories and they actually take great care to make sure that everything is intact and looking good. read more
