I never write reviews but had to with this one. I had my suv detailed here and when actually needing to put things in the back seat I've notice that they did a horrible job. One side doesn't even looked like they touch anything. Under the stereo wasn't wiped down, back passenger door wasn't wipe down and section of the carpet weren't even vacumn. I paid over 200 for this and this is what I'm getting!!! And to top it off they didn't return one of my floor mats and of course when calling to tell them , they don't have it. The wash was great, they did a really good job. A little pricey but the car came out looking nice. However I was very displeased with the customer service. We have never been here before so we did not know how it works. The man ushering the cars claimed to have given us a ticket to pay inside but he did not. And that is when we were met with a older caucasian man at the counter who was really rude and grumpy towards my boyfriend. All he (my boyfriend) did was simply ask questions as to how we pay for the car wash, and the man answered as if we should already know. He was very short and completely mean. On top of this, when we paid with the lady cashier, the older man kept staring at my boyfriend as if he had committed a crime. He did not break eye contact with us until we were out the door. My husband & I randomly & separately visited Splashes on 5/5/18. The creepy bald man that stands there on his phone pretending to supervise should actually check cars to see how poor the cleaning is. The vacuum job is a joke! Will definitely not return, I'm going to try Autopia next time. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! I used to go all the time and my car would look perfect and the price was great. Last few times they missed spots. This last time the whole front was covered in bugs and the guy left spots everywhere. I made him redo it and spoke to manager about declining service. He seemed totally unconcerned. BEST car wash service in Livermore/Dublin!! If I can give them another star, I would :) Be ready to wait! I always bring my car in early when they just open, but it always takes them at least 30-40 mins to have it done. It wasn't because there are many cars, it was just how much work they put in to ensure your car is spotless afterwards. I had a Mini Detail done and I could not recognize my car when it was done. Where does one begin. 40 minutes after checking in, my car still had not been washed. When I asked the gentleman behind the counter to check on it, he went to the back section and did not return. So I asked the lady at the counter to check. Then one of the gentlemen who clean the cars walked up to me and asked for my car keys! I gave them the car keys when I arrived. They decided that since the car wasn't starting they should jump start the engine. It is keyless entry, but they were looking for a traditional key ignition. Sigh. So they miraculously found the keys. Then they had me show them how to start the car, which I did . The they did a very poor cleaning job. Long story short, wear some shorts and wash your own car. read more

Worst car wash ever! Have been here a couple of times and they always do a horrible job vacuuming and drying. Now this time they skipped my vehicle because it was too small and instead they let two vehicles ahead of me because they were bigger and they would give a better tip. SMH never coming here again I truly learned my lesson. Don't recommend it at all. read more

They took over an hour to clean my truck and when it finally came out they had snapped the hinges of my gas cap off by somehow opening it up during the cleaning and hyperextending it. When I confronted them about the damage they denied all responsibility and accused me of lying and that it was already busted. I had just filled up my tank at the gas station onsite and closed the gas cap myself. This was a complete and utter lie and defamation of my character. I am well off and if I had damaged it myself I would not have gone to the effort of trying to pin this on some poor worker there making minimum wage. I simply wanted them to take responsibility for the damage. I wasn't unreasonable and would have happily taken compensation for the damage in the form of a free car wash or two. They refused to pay and insisted it wasn't there fault. I e fed up ordering a replacement part and fixed it myself for $50. I will never go back to place and I advise all my friends and family to avoid them at all costs. There rude and unprofessional approach to customers is deplorable. If you are waiting in line for a carwash they should not tell you that they're closed. Especially when their website shows different hours. Poor customer service for sure. Don't waste your time. read more

I don't even want to give them a one... My sister took her vehicle there and damaged her expensive rim and because it wasn't factory they would not replace it!! If their not factory Mark ( the owner) said their cheap n fall off!! I asked to see where it states that in their insurance policy and he said,"I will not give you that" a little fishy if you ask me!! They refused to give her the money for the factory rim. Horrific business ethic to have! It might not happen soon but eventually with horrible customer service the company usually fails. So if you do not have a standard factory vehicle don't go here!!! My daughter took my car to this car wash for a surprise for mothers day. We have been there several times, what a disappointment on Saturday the 13th. My daughter waited over 40 minutes for the car to be finished, not including the time it was stuck in the wash area They had to re wet the car because it was left in the sun to dry to long. A few of the customers ahead of her even went shopping at a nearby walmart and had returned to find their car still not finished, in fact left to dry also on its own. When she went inside to see what was going on, she was told by the clerk that they were short handed due to mothers day and that she would just have to wait. She paid for the $35.00 wash. So not worth it, all the "extras were not done and they even sprayed the paint with armoural, of some kind leaving a stain on it. The tires were only partial done.working to dry the cars. While she waited several cars behind ours were turned out and finished. The workers only half vacuumed the car. and have a bad attitude. One argued about her request not to have the spray inside the car due to my asthma. Turned out we did not have to worry since it was not done. I have gone here for many times and lately the service has gone downhill. We plan on not returning. I would recommend going elsewhere strongly the care and quality are no longer available at this business. read more

I have had several cars done here. I have had service done from a simple wash to a full detail. If you are getting a hand wax or detail, the job is done well and details are attended to. I have been satisfied with a hand wax of my car. The shine is good and there is no left over residue. However, if you are getting a basic car wash, you may find some details missing. For example, I have a lot of trunk space in my sedan I had left "hidden" compartments open to make sure that they were vacuumed completely. The main trunk was but the "under trunk" was not. I suppose I could have asked specifically but I have not had this problem at other washes. Interior surfaces don't always get cleaned well. Hard spots on windows remain. Again, if you pay for a hand wax or detail, these matters are taken care of but not in the basic wash. read more

Just got home from my first visit to Splashes and this will be my only visit. Looked at their web site for pricing to compare to other car washes in the area, Saw their A la Carte pricing and decided to give them a try ($15.99 for an exterior wash and $4.00 for tire dressing). Be aware the ala carte services are in addition to one of their package offerings. This is not noted on their website. The manager said their ala carte pricing is just like a restaurant. I said, Not so. When I order ala carte at a restaurant I only pay for the items ordered, not the dinner I didn't. He said their pricing is the price and walked away. No Customer Service. Most of the workers do not speak English well, so communication can be tough. The wash and tire dressing I wanted were decent (no holidays). They also wiped down the inside and cleaned the windows inside and out. Decent job, but way over priced at $25.99. May have to hire the grandkids in the future, until my back is better and I can do it myself. read more
