I've never, ever, seen a group of folks pay such attention to detail when it comes to this work. Let me give you some examples. You know that dust that gets stuck in the bottom of your LCD display on your phone, way down there in the crack? I never see that. Does your phone have a soft scent of fresh flowers? Mine does. Can you wipe your finger on the top of your whiteboard, that part waaay up there, and see no residue on your finger? I can. After someone cleans your desk, is it both spotless and have nothing out of place? Mine does. Let me cut to the chase. If you need a cleaning team that treats your house/office like you had all day to clean it yourself, do yourself a favor and hire this crew. Small business, a ridiculous focus on customer satisfaction, and fantastic punctuality. I recommend them without question.

Your employees should be a representative of you . Although I never used their services, the way this business handled the situation was extremely disappointing. I never received a follow-up call, email, or text regarding my complaint. I know my message was received because the employee contacted me with threats after I reached out to the business. I even offered to provide the messages as proof. It has been over a month with no response or accountability, so I feel it's important to leave this review. If you are Black or African American, I would strongly reconsider using this business. Update respond back to the owner . You did not reach out regarding this at all, either personally or professionally. She works for you and is a reflection of your business. So, in other words, you're saying she's allowed to make racial comments as long as they weren't directed at a customer? You haven't returned a single call or spoken with me to even review the evidence I have. That evidence includes three separate police reports all stating the same thing, as well as Facebook messages containing racial slurs. You took her word and that was the end of it . Doing a FULL investigation would require both parties and speaking with the person with the complaint. It shows how you treat black people . That response alone shows the type of business you choose to stand behind. No worries, though. My review will remain posted.

Wow! I have had several cleaning services over the years, and recently decided it was time for a…read morechange. After many years with the same company, I felt the quality had gradually declined. Today was my first cleaning with Exclusive and I am beyond impressed. The team arrived on time, was courteous, professional, positive, and incredibly thorough. My home is absolutely spotless and smells amazing. Every room received attention to detail that I haven't seen in a long time. The office staff was also wonderful--friendly, informative, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. To top it all off, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable for the level of service provided. It is rare these days to find a company that exceeds expectations, but Exclusive certainly did. The crew of four worked very efficiently and were thorough in all the spots. My husband and I are still working from home, so we moved around when they had to come into our office spaces, no problem. I inquired with various cleaning services via yelp and The Maids were proactive in responding to me, emailing me, calling me and giving me a quote right away. The women I spoke with on the phone talked to me for an extended period of time walking me through every detail, answering my questions, and providing me with their best deals etc. She told me that if I booked 2 services with them, the initial cleaning would basically be half the price. I was already considering monthly cleanings with them if al went well, so this was a no brainer for me. She let me know that they will continue to come monthly unless I call and request for them to stop. She took a credit card to file and let me know there would be a $50 deposit that went toward my first cleaning. I was quoted between $115-$150 max and my service for the first cleaning ended up costing $155 The Maids were available to start right away, and I scheduled for the following week. They call or text the day before your cleaning to give you a time frame (mine was between 11:15-1:15) and then I received a text the day of noting that they would be there in about 30 minutes (They showed up at 11:30 on schedule). The cleaning took 1.5 hours. 4 women came. 1 to do the bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 vacuuming and 1 dusting. I was elated at everything they did. Carpets, hardwood, ceiling corners and vents, underneath my couch cushions and couch, shower, toilet, mirrors, sinks, stovetop and microwave, counters, every surface and frame, trash, literally everything you can think of. My mood the rest of the day was seriously happier than I have ever been in a while. The ladies who came to my home as well as who I dealt with over the phone were friendly, professional, prompt and thorough. I have been raving about them already to my friends and family and they are all now considering using the service. I am excited for my next cleaning in 4 weeks and hope that the service continues to be as excellent as my first experience. Also - They all wear masks, gloves, and shoe coverings!
